Liam did a great job with Wilbur. He had never been groomed before and was very nervous. Only concern was that his nail trim seems a little conservative. But very happy overall. Wilbur was less than enthused 🤣

Satisfied with results, however it was a Feet, Face and Fanny grooming only and cost $75. Expensive for what we got.

Paige is amazing! She is not only a very talented groomer but she is great with my dog! Very gentle and kind. The reason I could not give Petco a 10 is because I feel like 4 hours is too long. If you could improve the turn around time to 2 or 3 hours I would use Petco grooming more often.

First time was great! This is why I returned for the second time….TERRIBLE! If I could give 0 or -1 Stars I would without a doubt. My dog was there from 9,30 to 19:15 and they completely messed him up….all uneven, shaved areas in the head… i don’t put a picture to protect his intimacy….you will be be in shock!! He looks awful, poor dog…thanks that he cannot see himself in the mirror…STAY AWAY!

This particular Petco is one of the best from the store layout to the excellent customer service. Being somewhat disabled the staff always let me know if there's anything they can do to help that they are there for me. I don't always get that level of service and attention at other stores. The only thing that I find wrong with your store is that there is no designated parking for the handicapped.

Izzy is the best! My dog is extremely nervous but she has a way with animals. I was shocked by how well my dog did with Izzy. Izzy is a dog whisperer!

Brought my dog in for a wash and full groom. When we got home, I noticed a trail of blood on our floor. When examining him to see where he was bleeding, I saw three of his nails were cut severely in the quick.I will NOT take him there again.

Our Keeshond is difficult to groom with her double coat. It’s hard to find dog under all the fur. plus she takes forever to dry!
