It was a beautiful place. Unfortunately today it was closed as on Mondays it is closed but even if it was , it had alot of surprises to offer!!

Very rude woman that works there, very snarky as soon as I pulled into lakeside feed. I’ve messaged them over Facebook and I get terrible answers lol, I’ve been told they don’t know what’s in their store and I’ve been told to call the store directly with questions. I did, no answer from the store. I messaged them on Facebook that no one answered and they gave me a thumbs up. I purchased hay and rabbit feed from them, hay was completely filled with mud, mold and extremely dusty. Rabbit food was filled with dust as well. Last time I ever come here.

Great locatilon for a special event... birthdays, baby shower, etc. They cater right on the premises, pizzas, tray foods, etc. Everything was great and the people are friendly and easy to work with. It is an operating feed business, and llama farm, but we had a recent jack and jill baby shower there and never felt that the other customers were a problem for our event. There are covered outdoor picnic tables, along with an enclosed indoor space. It is not huge but perfect for what we used it for. Would recommend it highly for smaller events.

We had a wonderful time this past weekend. A baby shower with so much wonderful food!A great location to gather or just go relax and eat. The animals were entertaining too. So many special things about this place and the setting is spectacular!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I had my daughters birthday party here today and they were wonderful!! The owner is so sweet the room was all set up when we got there. They were super accommodating to my very large party. The tractor ride was super fun for the kids and they loved seeing all the animals. Pizza and icecream was great as well. Highly recommend them for birthday parties!!

This place is awesome! We only have 2 rabbits but they really make us feel like valued customers. Ice Cream parlor is wonderful and there are often llamas afoot to see! They have local milk in glass bottles and even have strawberry milk!! Pops pickles were delicious!

With no idea what to expect, I saw the sign and gave it a try. The purpose was to have an ice cream. This little "farm stand" was great, lots of Hershey flavors, and meat & veggies, but they make pizza too.Walk around see the llamas and cows while enjoying a nice ice cream.Lots of family fun.

Great place to bring the kiddos! Wicked friendly owners/employees! Came here on a rainy afternoon and had a cheese pizza for lunch with ice cream (& a milkshake) for dessert. Then went to go look at the animals. Bought some farm fresh eggs while we were there. (Seasonal veggies, some dairy and meats also for sale here!) One stop and got so much accomplished. We love this place; such a gem in Guilford!

I went here for my nephews birthday party. People who run it are extremely pleasant and catered to everyone's needs. Pizza and ice cream was good and they have lots of homemade goods like sauce and pickles and more.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help. I have purchased chicks and chicken supplies from them many times and am always happy with the quality of their products and their advice. The chicks I've gotten from Lakeside Feed have always been healthy and grown into good laying hens. I like that I can ask the staff about specific breeds and they know enough to help me choose varieties that are best for my backyard flock. It's fun to visit if you like animals or have kids -- once we got to play with a baby goat while shopping and sometimes there will be a dog to pet (not to mention the llamas).

We love this place. Go there Everytime we are in town. The ice cream is great and seeing the animals are fun. The Friday dinner is okay and over priced but everything else is great. An absolute must visit if your in the area.... especially if you have kids.

The farm fresh eggs are a staple in our home. The frozen meats, especially the sausages are amazing! Want a treat ice cream and pizza good too~ Service is very friendly!

Uhm you need to come check this place out because its absolutely amazing. I was looking for chicks n happen to ask a friend who told me about it. Drove about an hour to go check it out n I'll be doing it again! I couldent be happier with the chicks we got the staff was so friends and beyond helpful. I'll be telling everyone I can to swing by and grab an ice cream! Cant wait to return!

We had lunch here and the food was just HORRIBLE - chicken parm sub in particular was basically inedible. Also the cold weren't wearing gloves and their hands looked pretty dirty... Might have been good if we'd just gotten ice cream, but the food was really bad

We are originally from Ohio and moved to CT. We got lost exploring and found this adorable farm. We stopped for lunch. We had pizza and a sub, which were delicious. Then afterwards we had the best ice cream. The owners invited us to check out their animals with our toddler son. He loved seeing all the animals and petting them. For the ride home all we heard in a sad little voice was, "bye animals, bye farm". Which in turn means he had a great time and was sad to leave. I saved this location to return in the future.

Great pizza and plenty of things to buy. Inside, there is an ice cream stand with tons of selections and a refrigerator with bacon, beef, pork, etc. The people are very friendly and there is plenty to do!

We live here in North Guilford and this is our neighboring Farm. We call it the" ice cream Farm " because they happen to serve real hard scoop Hershey ice cream in all my family's favorite flavors- I'm talking to you, coffee house cookies and cream. The ice cream parlor and now pizza restaurant is aggressively clean yet warm and welcoming. they offer a variety of meat and Dairy that is produced on-site by the family. You can also purchase textiles made from the llama and alpaca hair and various other beautiful Farm crafted Goods.This is a family-run business, multi-generational- I believe Grandma Scoops the ice cream and makes the pizzas. I can't say enough good things about Lakeside Feed. They have beautiful animals that are well cared for visitors can walk around to visit thr goats, peacock and his hen, etc. Lakeside is a gift to my family and an absolute asset to the good people of North Guilford.

Lakeside Feed is the best.They know want you need and they get it for you.They are always pleasant and it's family owned. All hands on deck.No hard sell either. I was out of my grain and had to stop somewhereelse. Pushing things that I didn't want....Lakeside Feed....worth the drive!

North Guilford is a beautiful area and Lakeside Feed is a good place to stop for a bite or to grab feed for your backyard chickens or other small animals. We bring our granddaughter to enjoy a scoop of ice cream and watch the beautiful peacock.

The workers were so polite and helpful with the first delivery of our 6 chicks...just to see the little farm hand delivering the little chicks as the customers roll in ....defined going back...
