Been dealing w Rob now for several yrs--initially, to cover my business insurance needs--have since expanded to get Life Insurance coverage, for my wife, & recently, this yr, 2022, have also added Homeowners Insurance, Auto, & PELP(personal excess liability policy). In all these cases, everything was completed w/o any major issues or concerns, & was fully completed in a very timely manner. Any questions we had, were always answered, even if Rob had to do some leg work to get the correct response.I recently switched the last 3 policies, because I wanted to get another quote, vs my prior Insurance Co., who has been constantly raising my premiums, every year, even though we have never made a claim!--believe it or not, Rob was able to get new policies for all 3, with some better coverages, at a savings of a little more that 14%!! Now that one Alone, really "cemented" in working with this Agency. Been a pleasure, ++++, your dealing face to face with the person who is actually handling the policies, & NOT someone over the phone, hundreds, or thousands of miles away. & IF the time ever comes, when one needs to make a "claim", again, dealing with a local owned company, & NOT some person in who may not even be located in our Country at a "call center".
