I brought my dog here for the first time for a bath and haircut and they did the most amazing job. I have no idea how they made him smell so great but it’s amazing! Chelsea is wonderful, we will absolutely be back.

I brought my Shihtzu here for the first time and I am very happy with the service. He's only one year old, so he's still getting used to being groomed and he can be very wiggly. The groomer did a fantastic job. Nice haircut, nails trimmed short, and he smelled very nice. The staff were all very friendly.

Price went up two times in a year for a dog bath. First time I wasn't given any heads up and was shocked on pick up. There wasn't even a new price list put out either. Then when calling to book a couple of months later they informed it went up another $20 for a bath it is now way to high. I have a very friendly easy lab and $80 for a bath with no grooming is way too much to pay. After 20 years of faithful patronage I had to seek elsewhere. I paid a lot less and my dog actually got a cute lil scarf put on him too, which he never recieved here, and they did a nicer job on his nails as well.

Animal Bath & Burrow took care of our two labs for the 8 years we lived in town. They always went above and beyond, giving our dogs love and affection during the grooming process. Every time we picked up our dogs, they were happy, clean, and so soft!We used the walk-in nail option for years to keep up with fast-growing nails in between regular grooming appointments. In our view, their prices were more than reasonable!Beyond all of that, the staff at Animal Bath and Burrow really cared about our pets. In 2017, one of our dogs ended up needing urgent cancer surgery two days after a vet visit. Knowing that our dog wouldn't be able to be bathed for a while after surgery, we called Animal Bath. Without hesitation, they put him on the schedule and stayed late just to squeeze him in. We will never forget that kindness!We will miss the staff now that we have moved away!

When you visit Animal Bath & Burrow’s Facebook page you will see in their bio where they state that they are a family run business. Which is how I see my dog- as family. So, it pains me to see the miss treatment of how my dog’s session went. I dropped of my dog early to her appointment nothing unusual.But when I came back, I was presented with a waiver saying it was standard pursued. Then promptly after signing in good faith. Then the groomer comes out to tell me that my dog was cut during her session. -They said they had a small nick on her. I felt that this was poor business practice. To coerce me into signing a waiver because they had already injured my dog. This should have been done at the beginning of the appointment. This is not the place to bring your beloved pets. Very unsatisfied with how this situation was handled.

I took my yellow lab, Pierogi, to Bath and Burrow tonight. Chelsea was flexible and able to get him in for a last minute appointment. Pierogi has never looked or smelled better! He is shedding like crazy right now, but they removed so much excess hair. And, look at the sweet gingerbread bandana they sent him home with. I am very satisfied and will be back.

I can't say enough good about this place. Our lab loves going here. We take him here for his nails frequently, and for full grooming. All of the staff is wonderful. They do such an excellent job. Highly recommend

Shaved half of my dog and they decided they were not capable to finish their work.Poor thing is half short hair and half long hair for three days. The soonest I could get a appointment with a location that would finish the job animal bath did not finish VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!In response to your comment about the cancellations, the dog has surgery and the veterinarian advised not to go to the appointment that was already scheduled, and upon the date that it was rescheduled, for he had developed an infection. Once again, he could not make that in both cases you’re shop was informed when we tried scheduling again we were told by your shop it cannot be done for six more weeks. Continue to look for a cancellation calling every few days.Aside from those facts, it was very unprofessional to start the cutting the hair off the dog, then saying it was too mattered to be done by you that is very unprofessional, and in my opinion, questionable competence .

First time there with all 3 of our dogs after trying numerous other groomers in the area. They did an awesome job in trimming and for one they had to do some shaving but made him look great. Great staff and they definitely know their craft. Highly recommended.

Top notch. We have a big dog who can be difficult to handle and Animal Bath and Burrow always do a phenomenal job. I wouldn't think of taking him anywhere else. They're personable, friendly, and their price is fair. They seem to really love the pets too and I feel comfortable knowing my dog is being taken great care of when he's there.

The staff and place is nice. However I brought my Husky there 3 times and he was never fully brushed out. The last time he had a few knots in his hair that I actually had to cut out myself so I won't be going back. It's a nice place, but I wouldn't bring a long haired dog to be groomed there.

I called around January 2022 to schedule an appointment for me dog. They scheduled me for March 12, 2022 and although it was far I understand they are busy. On the day of his appointment I get a voicemail telling me his appointment is cancelled because the groomer took too long on another dog and wouldn't have time to do my dogs grooming. I have called them over 20x to try to reschedule and they have never called back and never answer.

Today we brought a new dog to our family to be groomed at animal bed And bath and burrow. And as usual they have exceeded our expectations. This is the 3rd dog we have brought to these incredibly talented and caring folks. This is the only groomer I will trust with our newest baby. Thanks for a great job and fair price. Love them!! I have been taking my morkie here for 3years now after a bad experience at petco i tried pet smart which had bad results also as well as very overpriced. I found bath and borrow and haven't left them since 😊my dog loves it here 😍and they say he never acts up or give them a hard time 👌when I pick him up he is always happy 😬and handsome 💯and their price is amazing😎. I recommend everyone to them because they are so pleasant and pleasing.😘😘

The whole family brings our dogs here. One dog is a rescue and skiddish around new people, but he wags his tail here because they treat him well.They go above and beyond to be nice, my dog got nails trimmed recently, they not only cut the nails but then smooth them over so they don't chip our split. Details like this go a long way.

Great place to groom your dog. They are caring and Charlie (our Havanese) doesnt mind going at all. We used to use Petsmart but they were rude and never cut his hair the same. He also always fought us going in (clear sign he was not happy with my choice). He runs in the door here and the staff greets him by name. They dona meticulous job and he always has some cute new accessory when he leaves. For St Patrick's day he has a shamrock bandana. Prices are fair. I recommend this place to anyone with a pet.

Been taking my Australian labradoodle here for years. They do a fabulous job every time! Chelsea and Maddie are great! They are always so sweet to her especially because she gets nervous. Maddie also alerted me to a small lump on her paw which ended up being cancerous. Highly recommend.

Love coming here. Petco would no longer trim my dogs nails because he acted up too much - he is a rescue and must have had a bad experience. These guys worked their magic and after coming here for a few years now he stands like a champ because he knows he won't get hurt here. Great place!

Chelsea and the rest of the team were wonderful! They seemed to really love dogs (unlike some bigger corporate groomers over been to) and made my nervous dog feel very comfortable there. I will definitely be going back!

Brought my Yellow Lab, Charlie, there after he was a muddy mess from a day at the dog park. They did a great job..much better than I can do myself..and he smells amazing, too. A good value for an all-inclusive grooming (bath/nail trim/ear cleaning, etc). Thanks!
