Staff at the pharmacy counter were disgruntled. They were more interested in complaining about how many staff had called out sick in the past week than making sure that the customers were greeted and taken care of. The pharmacist was even worse. She said, I just opened up and have one voicemail that I didn’t get to yet. It’s going to be a while, you may want to come back later. I said that I’d prefer to wait, which triggered an eye roll by the woman at the counter and the pharmacist responded, OK, but it may take me 15-20 minutes or longer to get it for you. I was fine waiting the 20 minutes. It was far better than going home and making another trip back later in the day. There was zero caring or interest in customer service at CVS. I’ve seen a dramatic change in CVS since COVID and it’s unfortunate. I’m a physician, who transmits a lot of prescriptions for my patients to CVS, but if this is what my patients are experiencing, I will start recommending other options for their medication. It was disgraceful. Where is the oversight?

I am not a fan of having the pharmacy closing for lunch between 1 PM and 2 PM. I understand they must always have a pharmacist on duty, but they need to make more money .Am I the only one who feels this way?Just my opinion! Excellent professional service at CVS pharmacy Farmington Ct Nicole extremely helpful on following up on medications Tech s Jenaia and Jenny went way beyond usual to be sure I had correct scripts sent in from provider and script was immediately filled because of low stock on particular medication This pharmacy has a 10 ⭐️ rating

Sometimes they take way too long to fill prescriptions that they've had from the beginning of the day. I've had to wait over five hours sometimes. I am aware how busy they are but it doesn't help when you need something. Most of the staff are pleasant and professional but not always.
