This animal shelter was a disappointment in more than one way (and disappoint is a kind word). After promising on a Friday that a dog could be picked up on Monday, on that Monday the shelter refused to let the dog go to it’s new home because they learned that my cousin had found it necessary to give up a puppy on the advice of her doctor (the puppy was too aggressive). The shelter NEGLECTED to previously ask the question about previous dog ownership and the “Board” refused to reconsider. The dog my cousin had been promised was a two or three year old trained dog. They made a perfect match. He even fell asleep in her lap at the shelter when they met. She also spent a good bit of money preparing for his arrival at his new home. So…bottom line…this shelter did not ask the appropriate questions before promising the dog and then refused to reconsider or admit their mistake. My advice is to avoid this shelter.

Kittens are very cute! They don’t have website update because the manager, as a gov officer, is always busy on phone call.But undoubtedly, cats love there!

This is not a legitimate business. I had fraud charges from this place on my debit card. I live in Georgia, never been to Connecticut in my life. SCAM
