Vet threatens to not service your pet, unless vaccinated for ailments that pose zero threat to the vet. Makes zero sense, so it must be for profit am I wrong? That alone should make you question someone’s moral compass if not to question their basic ability to think critically. Our Pet gets near death sick when stuck with shots that are completely unnecessary. Massive disappointment towards someone who apparently cares for your pet family.

Dr. Lambert is so caring. My dog had a very high fever from an infection. I texted him on a Sunday morning and he got back to us right away and got her meds and walked us through what we needed to do. If it wasn’t for him helping us immediately I think it would of been a devastating day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This place is by far the most amazing place I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my family member ( cat) . They were kind , compassionate and understanding throughout the whole process. Amazing staff and providers, always caring and accommodating. They truly care for your pets just as much as you. Pricing is always reasonable regardless of emergency or routine visit. You are never pushed to make any purchases or overcharged like some other offices.

I am disappointed to say that after 15+ years of taking my family’s pets to see Dr. Lambert, we are questioning whether or not to return after the poor customer service we received from the receptionist when we called to inquire about the very hard to decision to Euthanize our sick, elderly cat. I understand they will not euthanize unless it is a last resort, but to be told “this probably could have been avoided” and having the blame placed on us that our 17+ year old cat is dying of old age and suffering is unacceptable. Now not only is my family grieving the loss of a long time member of our family, but we had to scramble to find a veterinarian, and deal with the guilt the receptionist planted in our heads. Our cat had a perfectly clean bill of health up until recently, and had a very quick decline. Anybody who knows my family knows how much we love our pets and how much we care for all animals. I would like to clarify that not once did we have an issue with the care provided by Dr. Lambert or the vet tech’s.

I am so happy with the way my dog Penelope's vet appointment went today. Right off the bat when I walked in the two girls at check in were super nice. The whole place was very clean as well. Penelope saw Dr. Lambert today and both he and the tech were very nice and knowledgeable.One thing I would say in general is that, unless you work in the veterinary field or are super knowledgeable about animals, you don't always understand the proper way to keep your dog safe and healthy. I don't see that being a problem if you go to Dr. Lambert because he obviously really cares about his patients and was willing to answer any of the questions I had regarding Penelope's health. I learned some tips about dental hygiene and also what to do if my dog has an allergic reaction. I thought it was awesome that Dr. Lambert took the time to have these conversations with me about my dogs health. He even cut her nails!!Another thing that I thought was neat was that the receipt at the end had an explanation of the vaccines/procedures my dog received today. I'm not sure if I've seen that at other places. I left there with a complimentary bag of treats, some joint care samples, and a happy and healthy dog. I would highly recommend this vet practice and especially Dr. Lambert to anyone.

This is the most amazing vet I have ever been to. My dog has had a variety of issues and they are kind, responsive and always willing to fit him in no matter how busy they are. He isn't the easiest patient (and thats putting it nicely) and they all still provide amazing care for him and never show any frustration if they are feeling it. The staff is knowledgeable- they offer wonderful advice, answer my never ending lists of questions and listen to my concerns. The vets take time to explain everything to us in ways we can understand. I can not say enough positive things about this place and would never take any pet anyplace else. Highly highly recommend.

I absolutely love the professionals here. They are knowledgeable, concise and make you feel comfortable and at ease on the way your pet is being treated. They are thorough in their exams and always have a solution for any issues your furry friend may encounter. And the price is fair, I travel over 1h every time just so my dog and cat can be seen by Dr Lambert. He is truly the best.

Dr. Lambert has been caring for my pets since before he had his own practice. Dr. Lambert has always, always, greeted my pets and made them feel comfortable with his attention, talks to them, pets them, etc. His attention to detail is awesome. As he is examining them, either for their annual checkup for for some other issue, he is talking to me explaining everything so I can understand. His decisions about treatment are always as practical as possible, it's not all about money. When we had to say goodbye to our potbelly pigs over a year ago, he was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and went extremely above and beyond what would be expected.Dr. Lambert's staff is always kind and attentive, extremely capable in every way.I can't say enough about Dr. Lambert, I am happy driving nearly an hour to bring my animals to him.
