Every week I come here and spend approximately $500 on groceries. When ever I said thanks after the cashier gives me my receipt they never reply back with anything when they are supposed to say you welcome at least. Last time I will step into this Shop Rite: please teach your employees to have some manners if their parents and school didn’t. Sean is the name of the last cashier that even though I said thanks and he just ignored me I said you welcome back lol. Such a clown 🤡

This ShopRite has everything you expect form a ShopRite. For better or for worse I guess. I mean the prices are pretty low and the size of the establishment is decently big. But listen, the vibes just are not it. I feel like you buy everything you would buy at a Walmart without being able to go to the toy section for some fun.

Can we all agree that the digital coupan is a scam and ripping customers off? I refuse to buy anything.. you go scan it in and either you can't find the item or you give up trying.just put the best sales out there and stop confusing your customer base.

This shop rite needs a major renovation. I've been to much nicer and bigger shop rites. No online pick up orders? Get with the times. Just go to Danbury.

We used the Shop Rite bakery to make a delicious and beautifully decorated sheet cake with a fruit filling. The pull apart cupcakes were a beautiful and delicious addition. Very professional!

Had a terrible experience when i brought my service dog in to store. Was greeted by the store manager who advised me i couldn't have my service dog. It was embarrassing due to he speaking to me in front of customers leaving me extremely upset. When asked to see the store policy i was told by the manager that he was the policy. He also advised me that he would deny me service. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly store. Everyone who works here is very helpful and polite. The deli staff went out of their way to help me with a mistake that was totally my fault. I'm going to drive here instead of to the Norwalk store from now on, even if it takes me 25 minutes to get there. I just read that they are going to be doing some renovations to make it even better. Thanks!

This is my local store, l love that’s it large with all that you could want that said it’s expensive, fish is not fresh enough, perhaps lowering the price or sales offer might animate quicker turnover! Disappointed with non flexibility of Managers when a asked for a reduction of a vegetable that was not fit for sale. It was my wife’s birthday and she asked me to prepare sushi so I needed daikon. Instead of a discount I was told do I want the old vegetable or not!?! Paid 4$ for this . Anyway not to worry there is new grocery opening soon and stews has much better services than shopwrong!

Congratulations to Marco the manager from this location who was overseeing the checkout department, you have convinced me to take my weekly shopping needs to caraluzzi and big y. After I had to explain to the cashier that didn't ring up my discount correctly how to correctly do so, Marco gave a shrug and walked back to the windows with long haired worker and said as my wife and I walked by, "these people are annoying" , just because you're life sucks doesn't mean you have to make others miserable , Marco . Pathetic customer service.

The store is always well stocked. The employees are very friendly & helpful. They have put in self check registers - very convenient. And there are always enough full service registers open whenever I’m there, even right at closing time. Much appreciated are that there are also always baggers! Such a welcome service since most stores don’t have them.

Literally my favorite grocery store to go to. The recycling section is always kept clean as well at the store itself. All the employees are so nice. There is always coupons and the app itself is great. Even on the busiest days there is always a shopping cart available. Also love the fact that they have smaller shopping carts if you’re only grabbing a few things. Nothing is ever misplaced and everything is always organized.

This store is the most unfriendly store I have ever been in. I have a service dog, a 7 pound dog. I put her in the shopping cart with her bed and the manager demanded, not asked, or instructed, but demanded that my service dog be put on the floor or leave the store. I'm from Florida and have never been treated like this. I will NOT be back. I'll go to Wal-Mart next time.

It’s pretty good! I can’t complain. Prices are the best in the area for the most part compared to big y or stop and shop and they have great coupons in the app. Only downside is I wish the produce was a bit more fresh, it seems to be an ongoing problem for us when we buy from there, but for a standard grocery shop, it’s not bad at all

Very clean. They have a big variety. You can get some pretty good deals in the meat department if you are diligent and follow their sales. Great place for normally hard to find ingredients for different ethnic food recipes! Nice produce department and HUGE organic and health food offerings! Can be pricey, but sometimes, totally worth it. Everything is so fresh. Great seafood department as well.

The phone service is terrible. I called grocery and waited 4 minutes for no one to pick up. Then I called customer service, got transferred, and waited 7 minutes before someone picked up, pretended they couldn't hear me, and hung up. I've worked in the grocery business and those wait times would be unacceptable at my old store. Being hung up on was the cherry on the sundae.

Mostly great staff, except some in the butcher area are unhelpful/unfriendly. You can stand there for an hour and be ignored. Others the minute they see you there come to help out.

This was the first time that I had done my grocery shopping at this particular ShopRite. I was really impressed by the selection that they have in the store. The gluten-free section is massive compared to other grocery stores in the area and the quality of the gluten-free selection was top-notch! There were lots of great sales on all sorts of things that my family eats on a regular basis. I did my shopping here for much less than I usually pay at other grocery stores.

An enormous store, with an incredible organic food section. We'll see how the products taste later. It was an ample selection of known Brands that also had products that were new to me. Plus they were sections of products from other countries. Parking was adequate especially given this was a holiday weekend. The lines moved quite well.

Good selection, reasonable prices most of the time, some good sale items and great customer service. Checkout lines often have baggers! My only criticism is that there's a poor selection of my favorite yogurt (Siggis) and it is never on sale.

Don't shop anywhere else! They have the freshest produce and the best mix of products within a single store. There prices are the lowest and we get many other types of products from them from outdoor patio sets to big screen TVs etc. They offer it all. Paula has an awesome Team.
