The manager of the pharmacy: Siby doesnt belong in customer service. He behaved rude, unprofessional and accused the cutomer falsely. He also raised his voice having a temper tantrum. I have been a customer at the pharmacy for 20+ years and when the previous 2 female pharmacist left a few years back, it was a big lose. His behavior is not OK and therefore it was reported to corporate and we will take our business elsewhere.

Not happy at all with the Indian woman at the pharmacy. She is never friendly and she never smiles and acts like your bothering her. If it happens again, I will switch pharmacies. It's happened everytime I went there. Bad bad customer service and I'm so uncomfortable!

Used them for a number of years before my insurance restricted me to another pharmacy chain. They were excellent. When my insurance changed the pharmacy plan, no longer restricting where I went, I came back to Rite Aid. I am so happy to be back. Their customer service has been stellar. I have had a couple of complicated issues due to med shortages. They have communicated with me about it. Unlike the other chain I had to use for 3 years. Rite Aid has also advocated for me to help resolve issues.

Rite Aide in Brookfield Ct is by far the best pharmacy.The pharmacy staff is always friendly ,knowledgeable efficant ,and caring. The store staff is also friendly and always asks if I need help finding anything. I love the fact that this store is not so large that the wait time in line is quick and you dont feel like just a number . Thank You Laurie Goetz

My favorite pharmacy hands down. People are friendly, caring and considerate. It's hard being a single mom shopping with a young child, however, these folks go above and beyond with helping make the shopping experience easy. Plus the shelves are always full so you never have to worry about them not having something. My kid enjoys the toy section while I am able to get the items I need. Affordable and fun! We get these fun t-shirts and my fav masks!

I gave one star because my doctor who's office is directly across the street from rite aid told me to go there because of back orders for the medicine I am takingThe pharmacist (SIDI, the pharmacist treated me like I was a criminal) he (Sibastian told me" go back where I came from") very loud!!!I was born in ConnecticutNeedless to say he didn't fill my script

Nationally, Rite Aid is hanging on for dear life so you can easily see that the store set up and design is dated.However, this particular Brookfield store holds up well in customer service. Good folks at register and working in the pharmacy.

Great clean store I hope it stays here open I hate cvs . Prices are all over the place deals to high price milk ,lately prices are up and they are out of certain things a lot. Like everywhere nowadays. But certain times they have great deal clean store and helpful employees.

RiteAid has been our local pharmacy since we moved to Brookfield about 4 years ago. Before moving here, I had always used the old-fashioned independently-owned "drug stores," because of the close-knit, small town relationship thing. This RiteAid store has never disappointed me!

If you are looking for a pharmacy to "run" into for a last minute item, you have to check out the Brookfield Rite Aid. This store is clean and stocked for anything you might need on the fly. My go to when I want to be in and out in a flash.

The boy at the register, whose name I do not know because he wasn't wearing a name tag, was very condescending and impatient with me. When he found out I was getting money transferred to me, he said "aw getting money from mommy and daddy?" And as I was checking the details of the transfer information to make sure it was all correct, he said, "it's close enough, Goddamn." I am uncertain why he would just choose to talk to me in this fashion since he didn't act this way towards the other customers in line, perhaps it was because I was younger as well. Regardless, horrible customer experience and perhaps he needs to go back into training to learn how to deal with people.

I came here multiple times for feminine products that I know nothing about, and the staff was helpful enough to show me exactly what I needed. They even told me to keep the receipt and that I can return it if my girlfriend doesn't like it.

I like Rite Aid because you can use your wellness plus rewards card and save money and their sales and deals weekly at Rite Aid their hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 8am-7pm.
