The groomer was very helpful and was very nice I was nervous since it was my first time bringing my dog to the groomer but she assured me everything would be fine and she would take care of everything when I went back to pick up my dog she had did an amazing job with the haircut I will be definitely going back for more grooming

I was charged for something that I didn't ask for plus not a good job grooming my dog there were part that they missed and didn't blow loss fur from dog had to clean him afterwards and bad attitude from groomer

The groomer was having difficulties clipping my dog's nails which I thought that it would be 2 groomers or at least an assistant. So I wasn't completely satisfied because the whole purpose of booking the appointment was for my dog's nails to be cut and buffed. Overall I was somewhat satisfied because they did a great job otherwise bath/haircut, teeth brushed.

The lady(Jessica) always goes above and beyond to do an above average job on our dog Midnight! She does everything with care and love and it shows as Midnight always gets excited to go to Petco because of the way Jessica treats her job .. which is very professional. We have been coming here for awhile and we love it! It's clean and very professional and an amazing place for pets

Haircut was ugly & my dog was hurt during the process. He is visibly uncomfortable post haircut and I believe that the groomer wasn’t experienced enough. He keeps nipping at his legs and nails. This never happened before at other groomers. He wasn’t groomed properly at this location and I do not recommend pet lovers go here.
