Normal Aquatics went out of their way to ensure my happiness with my project. My vision was for a 350 gallon custom fish and turtle aquarium. Norm and his team made this vision come to life. Every step of the way, they stayed close to me to ensure I was engaged and content along the way. They custom built components, threw in some free pieces for the tank I didn’t ask for and if anything didn’t work as advertised, went out of their way to make it right. I used online reviews to help with my search for the right aquarium builder. I read all the reviews and weighed them heavily to understand the companies reputation and satisfaction of former customers. Norm has high reviews for a reason, he is good and cares. I can substantiate that first hand. For all those out there reading these to help make your decision, you wont go wrong with Norm. Norm and his team not only did an excellent job installing my salt-water aquarium, but they have been providing ongoing maintenance for my tank for the past few years. The staff at Normal Aquatics hold great knowledge of all aquairum and pond equipment and livetock. The staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to help me out. The products they offer are all of top quality, and make it a point to let me know that I'm getting a great deal on all products offered and they won't have to be replaced for many many years.They also to out of their way for a free consultation to get a feel what you're looking for. I strongly recommend Normal Aquatics for any aquarium or pond services, be it an installation, regular maintenance, or if you're looking for some livestock.A+ in my book!
