We absolutely love to bring our dog here and love all of the staff. We have been coming here since Jack was 3 months. Our doggy daycare (dawg on it) told us about this place. We only want the best for Jack and they have all the high end brands at amazing prices. We try and visit once a week. As soon as we pull up, Jack goes wild in the car. He loves coming in, all of the staff are incredible. Shannon, will & Ang are some of the first people we met and even I’m excited to come and catch up. Every winter they do free Santa photos (which Jack hated this year *scared of any santa*). They are incredibly helpful and kind. I won’t go anywhere else!

This store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff! This is our go-to place for all of our dogs needs (dog food, fresh treats, leashes, anything!)One day I came looking for probiotics for our husky (itchy, breath, constipated) and they suggested to try first a chicken and grain-free food… Bingo! Our dog was just allergic to chicken, no upsells... just a quick swap to another Nutri Source chicken/grain free food ans problem solved.

We have loved coming here for our 3 dogs, they have an amazing selection of top quality food and very reasonable pricing. The staff is always helpful and really kind. Today though, I had an experience that will make it difficult to come back. We had recently purchased 4 cans of the wet food we usually buy, but got home to open one that had a super chemical-like smell. We tried to open a second one and it had the same smell. Just two days later we took these two open cans, completely full + the two unopened cans back. The associate refused to provide credit, exchange or refund for the opened cans. How might I have known they were bad without opening them? It's not the $6.80, it's the principle and customer service towards loyal & frequent customers. We should not be penalized for shoddy product. Shame on you + maybe time to consult with your vendors for a better policy that won't trickle down to your clientele.Update - thank you for taking the time to respond. This was the Black Rock/Bridgeport location. Realizing my review was too harsh, I have edited my stars back to 5, because we have always had a genuinely fantastic experience at your store, with all the staff. Yesterday just threw me off, very grateful for the acknowledgement and apology. We will be back - Thank you!

This is my favorite place to shop for my dog and three cats. This store has been our first and only pet store since we first got our kittens last year (now adult cats) and more recently this year, our dog. I spend about $200-$500 a month at this place, no joke! I go at least once every two weeks (I'm the crazy lady always buying cases of dog food in bulk). The deals they offer on the best quality food is too good to pass up. I'm able to feed my pets a premium diet due to the generous pricing and I am so grateful. I also appreciate that they hold items for you up to a week. The staff is wonderful and helpful at both locations, always checking for more stuff for me :)One small inconvenience is the inconsistent pricing between Bridgeport and Monroe. I end up shopping for specific items at each so I'm not spending even more than I already do. Some items are $1-$10 more expensive or cheaper depending on location. It stinks because its a lot of extra driving for me, but it does save me an extra $20-$50 on products. Overall, big fan of this store and I'm forever grateful I'm able to feed my pets such great food due to the unbeatable pricing here. People shouldn't have to spend a fortune just to feed their pets a diet without nasty fillers and by-products. I hope I get the opportunity to meet the owners sometime!

Self wash station!!! It’s so convenient. They have everything you’ll need in that section and it’s super affordable. They also have select days for nail trimming $5!! Staff is always so nice and more than anything knowledgeable!!! Photo shows my dog after her bath and nail trim and her new toy cow as her reward!

Went here for the first time today and what a wonderful experience. The store is spotless and organized. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. Brought the two pups for a bath and nail trim, they were very, very content and comfortable. Left with treats and toys, and a great appreciation for this wonderful store. Thank you!

As a local dog walker, the Natural Pet Outlet is my go to for all my pet supplies. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The business is family owned and operated. I love the self-serve Dog Wash and Nail clipping service. Your Pet will be happy and so will your wallet...great prices and extensive selection of products.

Wasted time, plans and gas driving all the way there just to be told that all of a sudden they do not do nail trimmings on Tuesdays’ anymore . This isn’t the first time i’ve gone on one of the days they do trimmings and they had no nail person at all because they didn't come in . But now apparently this is a permanent change that they don't do nail clippings on Tuesdays . So be warned anyone bringing your dog there for nail clippings don't bother EVEN THOUGH their Website Still currently says they do them on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays (which they should update) No apology from the girl up front that told me either, just - “we don’t do them on Tuesdays’ anymore”. Giving 2 stars because previously from my experience the employees have always been nice & helpful . also the nail tech does do a great job so if you can make it in on mondays and thursdays then it is a good place to go .

By far, one of my FAVORITE places to go to get supplies for my dog, Mabel. The staff is warm, friendly and overall, absolutely wonderful. Chris, one of the employees, is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. He has gone above and beyond helping me with my little rescues' diet, training, etc. His recommendations have always been spot on. Whenever I bring Mabel into the store, she is greeted by the employees with so much love!! Great prices and selections. I highly recommend checking out this place : )

I go to the Fairfield location frequently...super friendly staff. The owner is very approachable and appreciates customers feedback. They really pride themselves on their customer service and they seem to truly love their jobs. Great variety of products and their clearance corner has amazing deals. The new Monroe location is beautiful and the person who cut my 3 dogs nails on Wednesday night was AMAZINGLY PATIENT and was great with my dogs. $5 for a dogs nails to be cut is such a great deal. Can't say enough good things about my experience!

My boy Tiger needed his nail trimmed badly, my sister called and found out day nail trimming was and walked in paid $5.00 and was done in under 5 minutes. My dog looks great and she was incredibly great with him . Thank you and I will be back again 🙂🙂🙂

This place has everything you need. Not overpriced. The workers there are polite, helpful, and refreshing. I have been using them for maybe 3 or 4 years now. We moved farther away and I still buy my dog food and treats from them. Thank you everyone.

Went there with my little beagle pup to get her nails trimmed. The staff seemed lovely and we could tell they genuinely love animals and what they do there. Picked a nice chew-bone thing that my pup loves. Will love to go back. Wish they provided dog boarding, training etc.

Lisa and Ray are the owners and they are truly amazing! they will do anything to help you as well any of their employees. If you need a special product they will order it for you. They have great deals on dog food you buy a certain amount of bags and you get one free. Not to mention their prices are the best anywhere within a hundred miles! 😀

This is a great place to find a variety of feeding options. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help. Ray the owner strives to stay abreast of the ever changing evolution of how we feed and care for our pets. Pricing is almost always lower than competitive chains, even online. Keep up the good work!

It’s a family run business that treat the customers wonderfully. They remember you with their online contact relationship management system and can remind you exactly what brand and variety you purchased which can be helpful. Their prices are very competitive - just a few percentage points above Amazon in most cases. When you need something sooner than later it’s a great option.

Great pet store. Store always has customers and everyone is friendly. The bath station is super convenient - $10-12 and they provide soap/towels. Great selection of products, though is primarily dog focused.

This place is awesome! Great staff, helpful and friendly! They have great prices, good quality items, and a lot of variety. They also have a lot of events for pet families, like pictures with santa and vaccine days. Their dog wash station is amazing, we take our dog there all the time for her baths.
