Generally well-stocked with produce and merchandise. Trade-ins for SodaStream®️’s tanks, which is good environmentalism. The bathroom is clean, and there is wi-fi throughout the store. Some of the parking lot’s denizens are weird. Six self check-out registers, though Target discounts nothing for saving the company a live cashier’s salary.

Location had been a great. I have a seen this is a very busy an Target. Nice selection everywhere. Huge parking lot, very convenient . The store is clean and light fully the employees are friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean.

Locked baby formula? Had to wait 15 minutes for a rep to show up … no one did so I left !!! Who came up with this should be fired asap !!!!!

I never had an issue with Target but throwing this 1 star review in the mix to hope someone from their team sees this... DO NOT GO PAST 9pm! They are very very slow for check out! There are 12 self check outs that they closed down one hour before closing. It is a big inefficiency especially when there are huge likes for only two cash registers open!! TARGET MAKE THAT LAST HOUR OF THE DAY MORE EFFICIENT!! Should've gone to Walmart...

Sad to say, but this store has really changed for the worse over the past few years. The store was nicely remodeled and plenty of self checkouts have been added…. But I’m not sure if the mismanagement is at the corporate level or at the store level but the in store shopping experience is absolutely horrendous.When you pull in the lot all of the convenient spaces are designated for online ordering and 90% of them are empty. Half of the staff is busy shopping for online orders. There are now 12 self-checkout registers, I have never seen more than 6 open at once, most of the time when I come in the evening there is 1 or 2 open sometimes none. Employees are not present to help at the self-checkout. There is almost always a long line. When the self checkout is closed there is maybe 1 line open, most of the time the employees are not interested in helping, they are sadly not engaging. It seems like a miserable place to work.Sadly the store seems to have lost its identity and has gone from an upscale option with a good in store experience to doing nothing well. It really is puzzling.To me it’s so sad because I want to shop at Target in Bethel. I used to wonder why anyone would go down the street to the Walmart in Danbury when a much better experience was only 2 minutes away. Now I find myself going to Walmart and avoiding what is left of the Target that I remember.

Great experience at target at Bethel and enjoyable and lots to see and buy. Target as well lit and organized. There are always helpful and knowledgeable workers that are quick to answer any questions you may have. I personally love this target.

There was a full display of a popular toy in the beginning of December. At checkout they refused to sell it to us due to mistakenly putting them out on the shelves Before January. We weren’t offered any compensation for our guest experience.

The remodel is great but giving the Starbucks part of the store 2 stars. It takes about 20 minutes to order and another 25 minutes just to get your order. They need to hire more people if they don’t want to keep losing customers. People were literally walking off the line from how slow it was to order.

nasty unprofessional staff. i just went at 9:55 to buy one thing and TL Nadine was locking every door and told me they were closed when multiple people were shopping and taking their time. i needed one item and she insisted they were closed. i could see behind her the multiple women and their families looking at clothes, picking things up, etc. she was extremely unprofessional trying to call the cops because i wanted to get my one item and be out before all the other people in the store would have gotten out.

Standard Target store. Plenty of parking though the turn in to and out of it to the ramp that comes from the street is a severe 90⁰ so approach the end of the ramp not at full speed when driving up.Inside is clean, there is a Starbucks and a CVS inside. Decent selection of goods, they have opened up the isles over the last few years so you are not forced to follow a maze-like path anymore.

The new remodel is nearly complete and very nice. Looks more high end, I loved the floral bouquets by the front door for purchase. The new bathrooms are much nicer.

The pick up option (if even available) is horrible. One order ended up taking over 4 hours to be ready for pick up, not including the 20+ minutes of waiting in the parking lot for it after checking in. I’m not sure what’s going on with the drive up but it needs some help.

My favorite place to shop for basically anything. I love the selection of items they have. I normally buy Tennis balls here because they are a lot cheaper then other places. I love the staff. Always clean. Love that they added more self-checkouts. Parking currently is not the best as half the parking lot is taken up by shipping containers. I’m assuming they are building something so it’ll clear up soon. 10/10 EVERYTHING.

I never have an issue with this Target. Huge parking lot, very convenient for me. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. I had to write a review for specifically one reason. The day before Valentine’s Day, I took a chance and bought roses for my fiancé at Target instead of buying them at a florist. I am writing this on March 18, and the roses still look amazing. A week ago, someone brought flowers from a florist for my daughters birthday. Those flowers are already wilting. Take a chance on Target, you might hit a bullseye!

Awful redesign of this Target location. The aisles are awkward and crowded and there is not as much variety in items as they previously had. They placed an Ulta inside, which now takes up a huge chunk of the store. The worst change, however, is that there are no checkout lines with cashiers. There is only self checkout. Very very disappointed.

Every time I go here I’m disappointed. Shelves are barren and seemingly don’t get stocked for months, especially in the electronics and home decor departments. The clothes and food are better stocked, but the clothes are usually messy. Prices are ridiculously high (even before inflation got bad). The parking lot is a nightmare with extremely narrow lanes and traffic cones everywhere. Half of it is taken over by huge shipping containers that have sat there for months. Usually not many cashiers but self checkout is easy and quicker, I have seen lines stretch across the store though. Seems like they are neglecting their stores in favor of online shopping. Every employee I’ve spoken to is nice and helpful, so I have no complaints there. This Target just sucks overall though.

Avoid this Target! This store is absolute chaos right now. There is no parking due to more than half of the parking lot being closed for construction. There are never any baskets or carts. The shelves are bare. Good luck finding a register with someone actually working at it. I am hoping corporate reads these reviews and sends this store the desperate help that is needed. A renovation should NOT take this long. Extremely poor planning and execution by all involved.

Target, Bethel You have two hardworking & pleasant baristas in a very busy store. One person to take orders & handling the never ending line & one person making all those drinks. You need at least 3 staff members working that location. You put a Starbucks in there for your customers, the least you can do is staff it properly. Those two baristas were literally sweating as they worked. So unfair to both staff & customers. Buck upTarget!!~A Target disappointed customer.

First the floor associate could not tell me where the books were, THE BOOKS! Then the register associate did not know how to complete a two item check out! Do better Target, do better!
