Had a great pet grooming experience here recently. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. They cut my dog's fur nice and short just as I had requested and got rid of all the mats on my dog's ears. Highly recommend.

My dog Blue comes out feeling refreshed and invigorated with good energy. He's completely brushed out, soft and smells like a dream. He has an issue with his dew claw nails curling under and in. Kyra's expertise in his nail care has exceeded expectations. We are happy campers.

Awful awful experience with grooming. I missed an appointment for my dog on Monday, they said they will reschedule me for 8am Tuesday. But later Monday they cancelled my appointment via email and called me saying someone will call me later today and reschedule. No one called on Monday. I called back 2 time on Monday but no one picked up the phone. On Tuesday they left me an voicemail saying I should call back and anytime before 9:15am is good. I called back immediately 4 times but no one picked up the phone. I drove down with my dog to see but they said I have to call first… Thank you Petco for a wonderful morning wasted on pointless driving.

Colleen at the Avon Petco did an incredible job! Our girl wasn't nervous at all and it took exactly 3hrs just like they estimated. This location is really nice inside and I love where the grooming salon is located in the store. Colleen even let us know that she noticed our girls ear was looking at little irritated when she cleaned it so we know to let our vet know. Thanks Petco! We'll definitely be back.

I am a new puppy owner and the customer service is great they help me prepare for my puppy before I got him i was so nervous we haven't got grooming yet but next week he'll have all the shots he needs to get grooming he was just to little I talked to other groomers before getting him and the said bring him in But not petco The grooming manager explained all though she keeps it clean he still needs his rabbies shot I watch them very closely their very good nowhere to make a pet insurance policy which I'm overwhelmed
