Good hardware place around. Definitely good quality products, customer service is a bit dry though. Front counter staff are great though, always nice and friendly. Good selection of parts for Solar, Plumbing, and every odd and end job you would need to do!

Picked up some lumber. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to find a few of our hardware needs elsewhere. Concerned about inaccessible restrooms down stairs, with small stalls, but appreciate having a restroom for most customers.

Probably my first and last time here. The employees absolutely couldn’t care less if a customer is walking into their store.I came in to get a treated 2x4, and after walking around the store and seeing several different employees, none of them ever asked if I needed help.I finally went to the checkout and a gentleman, who seemed as if I was bothering him, checked me out. He simply said that I needed to go to door 2 outside to get the 2x4. Didn’t offer to say where that was, how to get there, etc. I had to ask.Then when we did get there, the attendant said it wasn’t door 2 but door 3, which doesn’t actually exist. I walked around until someone finally got off their forklift and pointed to where it was at. No offer to find the wood.Never again, I’ll just drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s to get what I need.

So I was in there today looking at stoves. The guy there (Happy) was his name. He was the most wonderful person to work with. He had so much knowledge and charisma. He listened to us and helped us find the perfect stove. Its nice getting help from a expert. I highly recommend getting your stove here because they know what there doing. Delivery Service Goes Above & Beyond! We have pellets delivered to our home by the pallet. Delivery has always been good; Willing to put the pallet inside our garage. Today they came before we were awake. They opened the garage, pulled to almost empty pallet out, put the new pallet in & then put the almost empty pallet ON TOP OF THE NEW ONE! WOW!!! Talk about service.

Good place to shop for home improvement and construction. Main issue here is the ridiculous lumber prices, but that seems to be nation wide. Besides that, everything else here is evenly priced. The goods are of good quality, and are quite easily available. Even more so, Foxworth will deliver, which is very nice.

They Have IT! Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and not to busy to help you. We had a difficult key for a four-wheeler we wanted a copy of, the gentleman at the counter asked us to wait as he went to get a coworker with more experience making those specific keys. So he did not waste our blank, which we brought. His honesty was refreshing. They were awesome from the entry to the store to the checkout. They will forever have my business.

Good luck finding a parking space out front. That's where the employees and company vehicles park. You have to park around the side of the building along the street.

Going into the Woodland Park Foxworth store has been a positive experience. Staff is very friendly, quick to help, knowledgeable where the items you need are. I do handyman work, and work is very slow during the winter months. There's a lady there, tall, dark hair, she does such a wonderful job of expressing thanks for coming to the store, even though it has been awhile I have brought anything there. She has a good memory of who comes into the store, very supportive of those who works with her. This store is a much more pleasant place to shop than the store I went to in Texas. I have been waited on by various clerks, all have the same upbeat attitude, want to serve and helpful service. Wonderful job!

This has got to be the worst lumber yard I have ever done business with. First of all I spent thousands of dollars here and get treated very rudely and unprofessional, if even just on the phone.I was waiting for some special order items and had called for 2 weeks trying to find out where the parts were. I NEVER ever received a call back from anyone. I then resorted to email and have yet to hear back from anyone. we finally had to go elsewhere and buy what we needed because they were holding up our entire project.I just hope I don't have problems getting my money back.Would not recommend this place.

While building our new home in the area, we have worked with several contractors and businesses. My personal preference is to work with people who are informative, professional, provide great customer service and local. Todd Mattson has been consistent in the high quality service he provides. Over months of various projects Todd continues to provide excellent service - including status updates, referrals, communicating all along the way. It is good to know there is still great customer service these days! I truly appreciate all Todd's assistance.

I like the store. The check out ladies are always very nice. The lady back in paints is always very nice. The guys outside in loading are always very nice.One or two of the guys helping on the floor have to smile a little bit more. Sometimes you ask for help and it is as if you are imposing on them.If I have money to spend in your store, there is no reason that shouldn't make everyone really happy.

I am reconstructing a new chimney flue system from the stove up, and Todd at Foxworth was extremely helpful to say the least. He spent his time explaining what I need and why I need it and much more about the store. This gentleman represents the company very well. Not particularly helpful or friendly. Pricey! Worst lumber I've ever bought. I only go there when I don't want to go to the Springs and Woodland Hardware doesn't sell it. And as a followup to the response. I used to buy a goodly quality of lumber that was considered, "salvage." The quality was far better than this. "Price match? "They are the only game in town. I already didn't like the place, but after the response, if I need a board, I'll go to Home Depot.

It's nice that they are at the ends of town, if you do not have to go through woodland traffic. And they may not have exactly what you want, but they will have something to insure your project stays going. A little expensive, but that's worth not driving all the way to the springs for a couple of items. Usually pretty quick to get checked out too, and then back into the mountains.

Foxworth is a great place to shop and work. You are always treated with respect as a customer or employee. Nice people, great deals and coupons and a wonderful selection. Their wood is high quality and their return policy is more than fair. I always pick them over any other hardware or lumber store.

Like poor selection? Like Employees that are surly towards you, who just don't have clue and do not pay attention. Like paying twice what anyone else charges? I only shop here when it's a 100% necessary and I still go to Colorado Springs to any store over this one, but sometimes one has an emergency and needs to get something now.. Get this.. I'm waiting to check out and the two cashiers who have no one waiting in line are watching a dog in a car and telling each how nice it is. Meanwhile, I wait to be checked out and when one of them finally finds the time I'm suppose to tell them what type of product I bought, so she need not walk around the counter to scan it. How about a trip to the yard only to discover that what they said they had in stock was not there and then being taken care of by a bad breath guy who can't figure out how to do a refund. Six years later he gives me the wrong paper work, and gets mad because I laid mine down on the counter. He didn't like my attitude, or the way I placed it back on the counter, meanwhile his breath could make maggots throw up and I've got to deal with this chinook of foul. Please don't take my word for it, ask a neighbor in Teller County how "professional" these guys are to deal with. I was going to speak to the manager however, with every experience I have ever had with this business I'm positive that the fish rots from the head down.Please, Lowe's or Home Depot show up. No one will ever come to this place again. Want lumber go to Casey's, now that a great business.

I wish I could give a below zero star. I went there with my family today for the first time 8/5/2020 at around 2pm in woodland park, we were checking out $400 worth of equipments, an employee that was checking us out started yelling at my family because my 5 years old son does not have a mask on. We told him he’s 5, the governor says 10 and under does not require masks. The store employee came at us with 2x2 wood wanted to fight us in the parking lot. We got in the car and out of no where he came with his green Ford Truck and hit us and drove away. We didn’t even get to buy the stuff we went there for. An employee chased us out with 2x2 wood and hit us with the car and drove off. Super unprofessional. It’ll be the first and last time I go there.

My husband went in to this store in Woodland Park, CO today and had the worst experience of his life in a supposed customer oriented business. We moved here recently and are working on a ramp and fixes for our patio. It was his first time in this store. He asked an associate for help and the associate turned his back to my husband and ignored him. He asked another associate and the same thing happened. He gave up asking for lumber and was pretty angry by this time, but he had already found the screws he needed so decided just to buy them. During the checkout process he was paying with a credit card and that associate was also rude to him assuming he knew where they had hidden the credit card reader instead of educating him on where it was. Lowes has our business for lumber!! Tried to support local, but never again here!!!

I've always been treated well at Foxworth-Galbraith... good quality on goods there. BUT, I recently got a $10 off coupon, but unfortunately the cashiers knew nothing about the discounts. When one cashier called and asked someone in the office about it, she was told 'no it's 10 %'. I had to go home and get my laptop to prove it was $10 off. If such discounts ate offered, all staff should know the details!

We ordered 2 pallets of wood pellets on a Sturdy to be delivered to our home. Monday morning the driver called to say he was on the way. He parked his truck at the base of our drive and drove up on a fork lift. He was very careful when he placed the pallet as far into our garage as he could. The whole experience was easy with no problems or drama. Very satisfied.

No need to drive 30 minutes to the Big Box stores! Foxworth-Galbraith has a huge selection of lumber and hardware at prices just as competitive as those big stores. And if you join their rewards program you save on each purchase and get a reward later too!! All this right in our hometown, and the help is great too. No wandering through endless aisles to find help. They are great!

I had to wait 1/2 for a price on a toilet. Brought it home 2 weeks ago, and it is leaking. Unable to find the location of the leak. We even replaced the wax ring. Also had to wait on another visit for yet ANOTHER price. This time on a door....20 minutes, went to check thew door out and I noticed it was DAMAGED!!! They did not even check for damage before they brought it from the back. And then guess what....they had no other door in stock. PRICE YOUR ITEMS! Your customers time is also important. Leaking toilet will be returned this week.

The prices and the people at Foxworth in Woodland Park are hard to beat. The people are always friendly and I find that it's no longer worth the trip down the hill to find a better price. I am in there at least once a week, and during the summer it seems like I am in there daily. Always a pleasant experience.

Great store for shopping options but do not agree about staff especially in the lumber yard. 3 men working (talking) while we loaded working around the forklift they left. Cashiers are always friendly but not so much elsewhere.
