Absolutely loved this place! The coffee is the best in the valley that I’ve tried so far and the baristas are super engaging and friendly…. The atmosphere was slightly off but that’s only because a customer (who left a distasteful review) was making things uncomfortable by acting like an entitled brat while waiting for his coffee during a rush. Other than that, this place is absolutely wonderful.

This place is great. It's a local coffee shop that makes really good coffee and they have really good pastries and small bite type food items. We will definitely come back the next time we are in winter park.Parking: It's in kind of a shopping strip mall type area so there's tons of parking

A great place to hang out. Not large but perfect for a couple or individual. The coffee is good, with a solid flavor, and depth. Love the atmosphere surrounded by quality gear, trinkets, and swag for hikers. Jason the server was awesome. I'm from Austin, I lived in France for 20 years, I've been drinking espressos, lattes, and all the other combinations for almost 40 years. Trust me, I know, coffee. My latte was an 8 out of 10 in my book. Try it, I know I will be back whenever I am in the area. I hope it has a long history

Simple coffee grab and go inside of a retail store specializing in expensive mountain attire.There is a small sitting area with couches, chairs and a bar with stools.The pastries looked yummy and they had a good menu for coffee drinks and tea. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito togo, took a bit of time to warm up.Baristas we’re fine if a little lifeless for being in a mountain town during peak tourist season.

Craft coffee shop that roasts in house. Minus a star as they do not provide straws.The taste and experience is sub optimal drinking through a lid. Moreover China is the origin or plastic pollution in the ocean, not the straw for my iced latte. Good thing I keep a glass straw handy as a backup.

Good coffee, service and breakfast burritos. Nice relaxed ambience. Expensive outdoor clothing shop also in here. So you can imagine the type of people that browse. But the staff were very down to earth.

10/10 specialty coffee. Winston and Matt are the best—both kind and skilled in all the coffee making. Great spot to grab a to go or hang out on the couches or tables. Not a huge spot as it shares with a retail spot but certainly cozy!

This coffee shop is the greatest! The baristas are very personable and kind! I see that there is so much care put into each cup of coffee, you won't find a better cup anywhere else! The owner is also very kind and considerate to everyone! the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend the Perk to anyone visiting Fraser!

Best coffee in WP. In-house roaster so you’re always getting fresh beans. Great drip, lattes, and burrito.They share space with The Trailhead so it’s a bit tight though they’ve done a great job adding desks if you need pull your computer out and get some work done.

Great quality coffee/menu, awesome service, friendly staff & super cute interior/exterior decor, nestled in Winter Park... we enjoyed delicious cortados while relaxing on the patio deck overlooking the mountains. This was a coffee lovers dream before heading for a long days hike. Thank you guys for doing coffee right!

This is the best coffee I've had along Hwy 40, and I believe they could compete well with roasters in any major city. Very smooth and enjoyable flavor. Not overwhelmingly sweet on the mixed drinks. I've stopped by several times now and the service is always friendly. It's a treat to find places like this in small mountain towns, and I'll happily keep coming back.

This local and woman owned coffee shop is a MUST when living or visiting winter park. The staff is kind and friendly, and always makes a drink that brightens my day. Get yourself a coffee at the Perk ASAP!

The coffee shop is actually located in a sports store with limited seating that is surrounded by clothing racks. The Google page shows inaccurate pictures; some with more space and some at a different location. The coffee was good, but would not recommend the atmosphere.

Love this place! Cinnamon roll latte tastes just like a cinnamon roll. Also enjoy “The Shed.” The staff are always extremely friendly, and great atmosphere.

Huge fan of this place! Delicious coffee, fair prices, the awesome outdoors shop to browse while you wait, and great service!We ended up buying two bags of their sweater weather blend during their sale and it was fantastic in espresso when I got home. Tempted to order online!
