Nice condo. The garage is a big plus in the winter. Well equipped kitchen, but no spices. The unit was spacious and clean. It has floor radiant heat, which is difficult to adjust. it takes the better part of a day for the room temp to match the thermostat. We opened the doors to cool the unit off as it was set at 70 and that was too warm for us. the plastic covering on the main bed was annoyingly noisy when rolling over. It crinkled and woke my wife up. Has outdoor space, but it faces the garages of other condos, not very scenic. The major attraction of this unit is that it is dog friendly. There Frasier river trail is a great place to walk the dog away from traffic.

Iron Horse Condos was incredible. The value for what we got was outstanding and the location could not have been any better. Ski-in/ski-out was so much fun and convenient. The hot tub and steam room after a long day on the slopes was the icing on the cake. Definitely give this one a try. Some of the pictures on the website aren't the best - I would say it is much nicer than I expected.

We stayed in Creek Side 403. The location near the creek was beautiful. The condo was as described and my kids loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. There was a few issues that I sent a message over and had a quick response. If you plan to travel however with a larger vehicle, parking is notIdeal. We have 2500 truck with a longer bed and there was only one spot we could fit into and if that spot was taken we couldn't fit in with how the low the bars and beams are located on lot.

My wife, 12 yo daughter and I needed a place to stay for a ski race week, and were immediately concerned with how much money we would spend, and how little (think hotel room) we would get.While searching, I saw this property - and couldn't believe the price. I booked it, thinking it will be out of the way, or in disrepair - but surprise! The place was quiet, convenient to everything, plenty of room for 3 people, and have a front office staff who are wonderful!I highly recommend!Nearby activities: Winter Park skiing is 6 minutes away; the town is 3 minutes. Fraser is 10 minutes.

I'd give 6 stars if they were offered. We just spent a week in Winter Park--for the second year in a row, and I can't say enough on how much I like this place. I'm late learning to ski, but there are many great greens here for all beginners, some easy and some a bit challenging--but that's how we grow! We are already planning our visit to Winter Park for 2025. Don't cheat yourself, book your trip soon! (Oh, and bring your bathing suit, the hot tub and warmed pools are fantastic after a day on the slopes, skiing or hiking.)Nearby activities: Unless you are there during "shoulder season" you'll have access to everything Winter Park has to offer... free shuttle service, even to the ski-in/ski-out locations like the Iron Horse.Safety: The folks in Winter Park and the surrounding areas are as friendly as you can ask for. I have never felt any sort of concern for my safety from either humans or animals. Note: I have only visited in spring for skiing.Walkability: You can walk and walk until your heart is content... or your feet wear out. Obviously, snow may impact this based upon your ability.

Had a very nice stay at a condo at Frasier Crossing. The one bedroom unit was spacious and nicely decorated. We had some issues with the heat - it was ALWAYS too hot. But opening a window helped enough. Easy walking distance to the gondola and the village. We had an issue getting into our room at first, but someone answered our call right away and got it resolved.

Our family of 4 (and our dog!) recently stayed for almost a week. Fantastic experience! So well stocked.... Coffee, dog cage(s), some snacks, nearly every kitchen cooking appliance you could need, child high chair & playpen, Xbox, toys for kids, books, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, etc. And the home was very clean! Location was excellent, soft bedding and the heated garage was amazing. I am hard to impress and our entire family was impressed. My only complaint is that they could get better (softer) toilet paper - ha! That's the worst I can come up with :) Will definitely be back.

Our place was perfect for a large family. The fireplace was so nice and the kitchen was well-stocked.The biggest compliment goes to Richard at the front desk and Jen (the house keeper). My husband dropped his extra car key as we left for home a bit earlier than the rest of the family. My grandsons found the key next to where we were parked and put it under the windshield blade of another Hondo parked next to us. When we realized what happened, we called the office and spoke with Richard and he was prompt to ask a house keeper to check. She found the key and they are keeping it until we get back up there next week.This type of extra customer service goes a long way and we truly appreciate both Richard and Jen's quick response to a stressful situation.Sincerely,Linda and Richard Nicolette

We had a clogged drain and non working sink garbage disposal. We called first day we arrived for maintenance. No one came during our whole stay.The dishwasher was full of dishes from last rental for us to clean and unload.We were supposed to leave the rental with our dishes in the dishwasher, but couldn't fulfill our part because the kitchen sink was full of wastewater. Gross!!!Hope we do not get charged extra.Rooms: Subpar cleaning by housekeeping.

This review is for Arrow Unit 202. Loved the location! Wonderful new unit in the middle of town within walking distance to many restaurants in the area (weather permitting), otherwise, very short drives or use The Lift. While the communication was great, the description was a bit mis-leading, but not a show stopper. Just be aware it doesn't have a garage but does have a dedicated parking spot, and this is a second floor unit and there are no elevators. We have notified SWP to update their description for this unit. There is also construction occurring as they are growing but it was not bothersome at all. Otherwise, the electronic keypad made it easy to come and go, wifi had great speeds, the unit was clean, modern and comfortable, and they provided all the amenities you would need. We had a wonderful time and would definitely re-book this location.Rooms: Unit was modern and clean. Couch and beds were very comfortable.Nearby activities: Winter Park Resort is a short drive away. Easiest to park at Cooper Creek garage (free) and catch the Lift from there.Safety: Room is secured with an electronic keypad.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance in town (weather permitting).Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive.Noteworthy details: No garage so car is in the open but dedicated parking spot. No elevator but single set of stairs inside the building straight up to the units (4 shared).

The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to snowmobilers. I would have a hard time recommending it.

This was the second year in a row, staying at the Arrow townhomes(Different units each time). Our experience with Stay Winter Park has been good both times. There is always someone to answer the phone and listen to your concern And response times are as quick as possible. We would definitely rent with them again.

We didn't stay at this property but we arrived at the address thinking the unit was there as our gps showed we went to ask for information and even when our unit was not from their properties the two gentleman's were very helpful kind and respectful they gave us orientation about where we should go I'm glad to meet people like that and we will consider this property for our next trip

We've stayed at Beaver Village Condos for 2 ski trips and our vacation has been great. Our condos were comfortable and in great locations with easy bus shuttle access to the resort. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. A perfect location and comfortable, clean and enjoyable condos for our family vacations.

Location is what you want with reliable effective shuttle to the resort.Nearby activities: Winterpark resort is one of my favourites and this place has excellent access.Walkability: Lots of restaurants pubs and general store type shopping nearby.Noteworthy details: The access to shuttle is fantastic. When most of the state is trying to get to a pow day the shuttle will get you there (and back) on time.

Views are great, shuttle is nice. However, we have been given three noice complaints in one night. The first was due and we quieted down, but the second and third times we were talking at a very low volume and they said they could hear us from down the hill. The security staff continued to come up to our room again and disturb us as we are all trying to rest and told us if we didn't quiet down they would call the cops. We were barely even talking and we were getting ready for bed. The condo security continued to stand outside of our room and stare at our balcony for 45 mins. We feel unsafe and as if we are not able to enjoy the condo we all paid a lot of money for. DO NOT STAY AT BEAVER VILLAGE CONDOS. Your privacy will be violated by the security that refuses to leave your buildings parking lot at 1:41 am.

It was a really nice cozy place and even the fireplace was automatic which was really nice to keep you warm. I love the woody vibe of it and the main reception had a lot of amenities too. The community and the visuals were really nice, but the interior did feel a little bit stuffy at times. The mattresses and pillows weren't that comfortable and there was not enough space between the top bunk and the ceiling
