Beautiful and still open in May! I live at Steamboat. Mary Jane I like for it's groomed medium slopes.I do NOT like that the trail map is labelled Winter Park and DOES NOT show YOU ARE HERE. I think that's laziness which supports someone NOT knowing where they are. To continue that logic why have maps at all?

Mary Jane has great skiing, more glades and runs for intermediate to advanced skiers, check out pano lift to get some views from the top of mountain

An excellent place to learn skiing or snowboarding for families and total newbies! The bunny slope was not flat and the lift was easily accessible! Pros have access to many challenging slopes. The folks there are very caring giving tips to people falling off the lifts. Bathroom was clean and they had water!

Some of the best skiing you'll find anywhere! The base is full service. High speed chairs make it top shelf. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it is free!

sick mountain, great runs, amazing staff, especially Kev and Brian. Shame that the day passes are so expensive but if you get on the mountain its worth it for the views alone. When all the lifts are open, get to the top and you can see for miles on bluebird days.

Great selection of resort terrain and solid mix of bumps and trees. Also, the runs aren’t super short so you get to have some solid laps in and get to spend more time on the trail and less on the chairlift. Chairlift lines typically aren’t bad as most of the lifts seem to be high speed. Fun mountain with great views!

Love WP/MJ been coming since early 80s. Only super gauge running on third to the last day of season but still fun anyway. Staff super friendly, when lifts shut down (thankfully fairly late) due to lightning they ran some of us up in vehicles to the upper lots. Can't recommend highly enough. Can't wait until next year!Still a great place! Snow better this year but going fast.

Very run down, bathrooms are gross. For $200 ski ticket would be nice to not have a pond in the bathroom and the smell.

Love to ski the trees at MJ. Love the free parking you can ski to with easy lift access, no walking through a "village"

Mary Jane has the best mega resort ski parking in Colorado. Parking is only tough on powder days. LOL

Parking here is so great, we were able to get right on the lift from our car and it was so convenient. Not having to take a shuttle is great. Best part is the happy hour they have here from 2-close where you can get a $5 draft beer!! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Super vast park. Tons of skiing options! Make a trip to Panoramic Mountain if you are comfortable skiing a blue down, it's breathtaking! The lines for the lifts move quickly and the parking lots have plenty of room!

Somehow they managed to make the service even slower from the 2023 season. And the cost keeps creeping up.Where is the grab and go breakfast and lunch food? Why insist on cooking things 1 person at a time?Why make us wait in line for mediocre service and food when you have a mountain that gets busier by the season?You have an influx of patrons, yet you are creating longer lines, serving half as many, and raising costs.You’re stepping backward Altera.

As a ski newbie, we love to drive here for a day trip, ride the Galloping Goose and practise on the short wide green run here. Free parking by the ski area and less crowded than nearby ski resorts. Can’t beat it!

As far as a base goes Mary Jane is great. Pass holders get a $5 breakfast burrito. I also enjoy getting my skis tuned and getting a demo for the day. I usually avoid the base when I ski because of crowds, but Mary Jane is better than most.

definitely not for the beginner skier as it can get icy, steep, and fast real fast. As they say, "no pain, no Jane." Awesome trees, amazing runs, challenger lift can be a little slow but the whole mountain is amazing.

Edit; 3/8/23. Getting busier and more expensive but not as bad as the other resorts in Co.Been here hundreds of times in winter and summer. Can get busy, some good bars. Of course overpriced tourist clothing stores. I love that they play "Crazy Train" by Ozzy at 3pm every day.

Always a good time at the Mary Jane Base. Grill food is pretty good, get a reusable cup and drink from their water station inside the dining area. The water is really good and I say that in all sincerity.

I was ordering my breakfast at the Mary Jane Base area for my first day of the ski/snowboard season and Latricia served me up a burrito. Look for her and she will take your order plus serve you up some excellent customer service. What a way to start a ski & ride day! Thank you Latricia for your fine hospitality.
