Not often you get that kind of service and it makes me want to go back just because of her!

I came here a couple times and the prices are overkill for juice and vape kits. The lady at the front is very in experienced in selling the stuff and it’s a complete waste of my time when they don’t have what I need for my vape machine.

The vape department is nice. Keeps me supplied. The only guy I've ever seen working is chill and helpful. Bought a glass pipe for my wife. Forgot it when I left. Two weeks later, shopkeeper had it still packaged and waiting, and reminded me by placing it in my hands and sending me off with it.

Winter Park now has a real cigar shop. It’s always been my favorite stop for cigars in the valley. And now they have a real humidor and they have multiplied their selection. Patel Macanudo Romeo y Jullietta at reasonable prices! Whoo Hoo. And the folks that run this place are amazing friendly folks! Well done:)

The woman helping us seemed extremely inexperienced and when I told her we were from out of town and I had never seen these brands of juices she said nothing. I told her I preferred a custard juice and she said she didn’t really have anything like that right now but she had no suggestions but I chose the strawberry sorbet and she said it was good. Come to find out I changed my coil and filled up my vape and the juice was an extreme menthol. One would think if I told you I like custard you would mention that the juice I randomly picked out was menthol… but i guess not. Also the package has no notation that it is a menthol juice. Just so disappointing.

I bought what I was told was an authentic pyptek prometheus pocket on clearance. Pyptek sells replacment glass kits so after i broke a bowl I ordered a replacement kit from pyptek only for the bowl to not fit. After a phone call with customer service and some pictures I found out my beloved pipe was fake. Pyptek is a local colorado company and for a colorado head shop to lie about their products is a shame. If you sell knock off products then sell it as such. Dont market it as authentic.
