Our condo room was updated except one complain, our first night was frustrating because the bed sheet and pillow case was smell and dirty. We called the front desk and asked to bring us a new bed linen and pillow case lol! the rest of utilities were fine and updated.The pool and Hot tub unit was new and clean but the sad thing is they were close the pool around 4:45pmAnyway we and our friends enjoyed our stay here so quiet and peaceful .

Terrible is giving them too much credit. First let me clarify, this review is for Beaver Village Management Company, not Beaver Village Condos. This company promised much and delivered nothing. They made up lies about our association, our members and what they said they would do and didn't. They said they would handle a capital improvement project, they didn't even start it and it their lack of action on project resulted in significant damage to the property. The only positive thing I can say is they didn't steal our money and based on their incompetence on everything else, I can only presume they were not capable of pulling it off. They never once shoveled our property as contracted, did not answer calls, did not return calls, told vendors they were supposed to pay that they should charge the association late fees. Who were they looking out for, their vendors or their clients? If you want your property mismanaged, go with BVM, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Zero stars should be an option.

Did not pay bills for our HOA and made up stories about the owners. The owner is generally dishonest and incompetent. This incompetence resulted in structural damage to our property. They have the lowest price in town, but it is definitely not worth it.

We LOVE Beaver Village! Our family has rented at Beaver Village for our Winter Park CO vaca many times over the past 30 years. Beautiful setting. Always clean and comfortable and a quick walk to town.

This is a management company in Grand County and NOT a condo or rental as everyone seemingly thinks.That being said, it is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. There are no words really to describe the incompetency, unprofessionalism and seemingly ineptitude that this organization displays. One star is the minimum otherwise zero. If your property is managed by this group, I wish you the best of luck and unlimited patience because they seemingly could care less about their home owners, following up on anything and doing what they say they are going to do. Even if you ask for a bear minimum from them.

I wish there was an option for a negative star rating! I booked Beaver Village Condominiums in Winter Park. When I arrived the office was closed and my key was left outside in an envelope with directions to a condo called Sun Song in Fraser. I specifically booked Beaver Village because that is where my family was staying. I tried to call many times to get this corrected and I still have not received a call back from them! The condo was disgusting! I wish I could post pictures on here! As soon as you walked in it smelled horrible! The sinks and tubs were dirty, the washing machine was leaking water, dirty dishes in the cabinets, ants on the bed, duck take holding the door together, closet doors propped against the bedroom wall and loose flooring in the bathroom! I was mortified to let my 11 month old crawl around. Luckily we were able to find another condo the next day but we had to spend the first night there. Shame on this company for their false advertising and lack of response!

I wish I could say I enjoyed the room, but I can't lie. There was NO trashcan, there was mold in the shower, no AC (in July!!), the remote was programmed for the tv, but not for the dish box, there was no nightstand, the outlets were loose and wouldn't hold the plugs for our cell chargers, everything creaked as the whole place is entirely wood, so you could hear people coming and going, the thin walls made sure you heard every conversation, there was a gap in our door so big, you could see out into the hallway, and there was NO daily housekeeping. They don't provide a whole lot of amenities, and it's not a good room for the price you pay.NOT A GOOD PLACE! The ONLY thing I can take away from this, is that the staff was VERY friendly!

Wonderful suite! Has everything we need, beautifulb great location. Winter Park is gorgeous. Love the weather, the scenery, the people. Lots to do and seen. Close to many great places- Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain Natoonal Park, Denver. Great family vacation!

Perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world!! Horrible service on every front from the minute we walked in. My daughter's bed literally broke in the middle of the night and nobody was able to help. The rabbit ear antenna fell off our tv!! The place looks like its hasn't been renovated since the 1930s! It should simply be condemned and torn down. Would rather pitch a tent.

I love the condos at Beaver Village. They are individually owned, so each condo has it's own style. Beaver Village is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Winter Park and is a short drive to Winter Park Ski Resort.

Ugh! Where to start, hard to find because the outside of the building says something else. The outside of the building hasn't been updated since the 70s. The cable didn't work. Nobody could come fix it. No towels, glasses or even a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Pigeon poop on all of the window sills along with dead flies on the inside. We did speak to the manager the next morning and we were issued a refund. That is the only reason they got 2 stars.

PAY ATTENTION WHEN BOOKING! There is a big difference in this Beaver Village Lodge and the Beaver Village Condominiums across the highway. You want the condominiums located at 50 Village Dr, believe me! The Lodge plays with names to confuse you & may go by The Beavers, Beaver Lodge, Beaver Condo, and most recently they've started using just Beaver Village, etc. & they do actually manage a few of the condos across the road. The majority of the condos at the real Beaver Village Condominiums are managed by CMC at staywinterpark. Just be sure you're staying on the Village Drive property and not the the "hotel" directly on Hwy. 40. You will thank me later.

I used to work here nearly 20 years ago... it hasn't changed a bit... which is probably not a good thing. So many memories made here it'll be a shame to see it torn down!
