I have frequented Windsor Ace for nearly ten years. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to assist during each visit. Despite being a smaller establishment, they maintain an excellent range of products and are willing to assist you in locating items not readily available in the store.

Friendy and always willing to help. My only complaint would be in electrical not enough quantity is store twice now I've had to good to bigger stores as They are short in the quality I need. Nothing crazy just like I need three electrical boxes they have two.Anyway its still my go to store.

I have been going to the store for years now. Because I live in an area where it is much closer than going to home depot but I will never go here again. I will never spend one more penny at this horrible store. They have always had their prices way overpriced versus home depot, but they at least in the past would do price matching. 2 give you the same price as home depot did. But now they have stopped doing that and so now you can go to Ace Hardware and spend almost double the price for the same item that you can get a home depot. I will never spend one cent at this store. I would not go there. If it was the last hardware store in the world.

Small for an ace hardware but they managed to cram everything you would need for most normal projects. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend this place highly

They have just about everything. Sometimes you can get a better deal on things vs. another place. Convenient to have in town. Friendly customer service

Such helpful people. The customer assistance is phenomenal. Nothing like a big box store. I was busy scoping out what to get for ladies night. It'll be lots of home repair items, a new ladder and stucco patch. But hey I need to do it!

I came in for a fuse replacement for my car today and needed some help- Jaydon and a fella with a “J” name whose name I forgot :( helped me out a ton! They literally came out to my car, popped the fuse and matched it all up. They went far above and beyond any little car supplies store and cars aren’t even the only thing you guys do. Very impressed. My radio is working now!!! 😍

I have enjoyed my trips here. The staff is incredibly helpful, from the register to those on the floor. They are knowledgeable of the tools and materials for most projects I've worked on, and have always been willing to go the extra mile to look things up for me should an unknown occur. While some of their prices are a bit higher than the bigger hardware stores, I find the difference to be negligeable when compared with the distance and hassle of driving to the next town.This is definitely my first stop for hardware here in town.

Wow! I've been in this store several times since moving to the area. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! I'd drive an extra 10 miles to come to this store than any other competitor in the area.Thank you for being a great resource and knowledge base!

I enjoy coming to ace hardware, I went in for a simple part and an employee asked me if I need any help, I said no however they continued to follow me down two isles, I don’t mind they just need some coaching. I believe the employees name was cannon. However I was blown away by the knowledge and friendliness of Ben at the register, if you could make copy’s of Ben and hire an entire store if just him that would be amazing. Will definitely be coming back.

I love everything about this store! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door, a smiling lady asked what she could help me find. I was not there 5 minutes and a gentleman greeted me with a big smile. He was clearly en route to complete a task that involved a tool he was carrying and yet he paused to inquire as to what he could do to help me. The prices are fair… even cheaper for many things listed on Amazon. This has been my husbands go to hardware store since we moved to Loveland 2019. We are very blessed to have this great resource so close to home!!!

Nice store, inventory online is incorrect store did not have what was listed online. Staff told me that dewalt tools are only sold with a battery and charger, and not tool only. That kind of put me off, but because I like ACE I just went to the loveland store to purchase the tool I needed. I'd go back just not going to rely on staff for questions and information.

It was an absolute delight going to this shop. My friend and I were driving all over and even calling shops trying to find a specific bolt. Everyone we spoke to were just so rude and short. The man that answered the phone at fastenal immediately cut us off the moment we tried to tell him the type of bolt we were searching for.Anyways, we went to ace after all that and I have to say it was a world of difference! We were helped by Kurt and Jack. They were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for. They made our day way better and I'm very grateful to them both.Thank you so much for your help Kurt and Jack! I look forward to shopping at this location again!

Ace is a miracle of modern retailing in that they usually have what I need and their miscellaneous hardware aisle is astounding. For the convenience though you pay a sometimes shocking price premium vs big box store or Amazon but that’s what it costs for good service and that’s the problem with Windsor Ace Hardware- their service is wildly variable. Some visits the clerks seem to be hiding and sometimes I’m asked multiple times whether I need help and it’s annoying that they seem to no longer employ older, more experienced people.

This was my 1st visit to the Windsor Ace hardware. I was looking for a specific fitting and located a store employee to assist. He tried everything to help with my search but although we could not find the correct sized fitting the experience was a great one. He had been busy stocking items but left to assist with my service needs and knew the store very well. The young Lady at the register made it a point to also extend appreciation for my visit as well. Great experience 😊

Always a blessing to go there. I needed a special set of interlocking threaded inserts for a knife sheath I've been working on, and they took the time to help me look and then found a perfect alternative that fit my needs. The staff there is top notch and I always enjoy the popcorn as well. Excellent service as always.Also witnessed the kindness of Ashley helping an elderly woman get the supplies she needed after she had informed her of her husband's passing. Ashley took the time to get her set up and explain her own Ace card to help her out with whatever savings she could get. Awesome!!!
