This location blocks the path where wheelchairs need to go to get to the businesses here. That is very disappointing and disrespectful to the handicapped in wheelchairs. Needs to be addressed.Wheelchair accessibility: There isn’t any

We came to this location a little later in the evening. About 6:30. The young lady who took our order was kind. My daughter ordered an iced green tea lemonade that tasted like straight lemon juice. The girl who made her drink said that that drink is meant to be unsweetened which we’ve never experienced before, however; even if that is true now…She then took the drink, which had been sipped from, poured it into a shaker with syrup and then poured it back into the cup. This is very poor/unsafe food handling practice. Our other drinks were ok but one of our grilled sandwiches had cinnamon on it. Weird.

I asked for a tall blonde roast and a croissant. They said it would 5 minutes. I've waited long enough to get annoyed, ask about it, get apologized to, wait another 10 minutes, pull out my phone and write this review. I'm still. Waiting.

this is the second time I visit this store and the store manager always treats me poorly through the drive through. His name is Joseph and he seems to always be in a bad mood. I’m a Starbucks partner at a different store and I’ve rarely been asked for my I.d when I use my partner numbers but I understand it is policy and does happen. I have gotten away with showing them my Starbucks app because my name matches the name given with my partner numbers.unfortunately my Colorado I.d app had signed me out so I wasn’t able to show him my I.d. Joseph though was very stubborn and said he had no other proof if that really was my real name so we proceeded to give him different partner number of the friend that was riding with me because he did have his I.d on him. It’s just very upsetting how rude he was to me I don’t understand why he puts himself on drive through when you’re supposed to make customer connections and greet people nicely. On top of that he did give us our drinks for free but I feel like he was just angry of how long we were sitting at the window that it might have messed up their drive times and probably wanted us out of there. I’m not coming back here I wasn’t treated right either times.

This Starbucks was great. Customer service was a great and all the staff was so nice. This is normal for most of these coffee shops. They also had a huge selection without being out all the time unlike brighton locations, whom never have much in stock.Kid-friendliness: They are always so nice to my kids and inviting.

I’m so sick of businesses saying online that they are open until a certain time, so you drive all the way there and then they are closed! You said online you were open til 9 so I put my little guy in his car seat and drive all the way over which isn’t close, but I decided to come because it was the only one open, and y’all are closed! It was 8:30. If you change your hours then fine, but please change the hours online because people depend on that information.

As of today I will not go to this location. Rude staff and I changed my order and the girl said I will charge you next time. This time I will do it. To add strawberry puree what is that like .25 cents. She made just a big deal of it and was extremely rude. And the guy that I told him I didn’t want the banana bread warmed up he said that’s the way it comes. And the bread didn’t look this it usually does. So he was rude saying I can give you another one. And tosses a new one in the counter. Wow Starbucks get a grin on this store. They need some fixing

This so a great in store Starbucks! The staff is great and always make the drinks to expectations and will even do one of those off the menu drinks for you! They're usually always in a good mood (even if they aren't you can't tell).

Consistently slow service. The last three visits took 15, 20 and 35 minutes in the drive through to get a single drink. I could have driven to three other locations, parked, purchased a drink and returned to this store in the time I spent waiting in the drive through for my drink to be ready.This store has been slow for years but has steadily gotten worse. I will not be going back after my latest experience.

Always a cheerful welcome, very prompt, helpful baristas, code brewed to perfection. Occasional treats are brought by to enjoy for those that sit a spell. If you go often, they also wool know you by name and ask how things are going. Very special place

This store does an AWESOME job at operating efficiently and get's an A+ when it comes to Customer Service with a positive attitude! They are handling the Covid pandemic in a very responsible manor that makes me feel very safe - they even have a doorbell service for you to use when you go to pick up your mobile order. I drive out of my way to go to this specific location because of the service! I love starting my day with them!

Never had a problem. Coffee always fine. Wait time reasonable and staff are nice. Messed an order up once, apologized and fixed it free. These one star reviews on Starbucks always mistyfy me. I'm convinced Starbucks simply has a higher than average percentage of retentive snobs in their customer base. I feel bad for the baristas.

Cold day was on motorcycle and hands were frozen and needed a hot chocolate, but I left my wallet at home and had to cancel my order. Employee Cyd took care of me and she gave me the hot chocolate that I desperately needed for free and all employees were very friendl

When there are only 4 customer's who have ordered, and the person who order 10 min prior to me coming in and I got my order before her, one employee was complaining to us the customers this is ridiculous , I am tired I just want to go home, wow! And it was not busy in there at all, but yet the employee complained about us the customers wanting to order, and rolled his eyes when another asked if they could have there water. I know how hectic it can be but this was ridiculous

It sounds so petty but it feels like this place starts closing down 3 hours before they actually close. If you want a bakery item better show up before 6 cause that's when they stop selling anything in the bakery case. Is this a Starbucks policy everywhere?

Had to change my review aftwr my visit today! I did a mobile order but im so pregnant It was hard for me to get out and I went through drive to grab it instead of going in. I left sbux about a year ago and its been hard to find the kind of service I gave to my own customers while there, but the girl in drive today delivered. VERY sweet and didnt seem bothered by me at all. I know drive times are the main focus but she even let me take my time to add something to my order. Def will be back! Thanks for brightening my day today!

Every time I come here I end up waiting 15-20 minutes. I decided to place my order on the app so it would be ready when I got there but I still ended up waiting 20 minutes for one drink. If I had a big order I’d understand but 20 minutes for one drink is ridiculous.

So I ordered a tall Late at the drive through. Started driving and realized my coffee drink has no coffee in it, just milk. So I drive back and tell them they forgot to put the shot in it. The lady tells me “perfect. Will make you a new one”. Not sure what’s perfect about it? So I get my new coffee and it’s only half of the cup. Seriously Starbucks???

The person taking our order Tuesday morning at the drive thru repeatedly corrected us in a condescending tone. So when one of us ordered a small, "Did you mean tall? We don't have small." Or when I ordered a breve, "So, you want a latte?" No, I want a breve. You can tell because that's what I'm ordering. I really don't mind when people repeat the order back and it sounds different than what I ordered (ex: small breve repeated back as tall latte with half & half), but when folks interrupt my order to correct something that, point of fact, I am actually saying correctly, and to do it repeatedly and rudely? It exercises all of my patience and guarantees I'll never be back.

Typical Starbucks, very consistent quality and service. The drive through gets busy and they should find a better way to route the line as people do cut in line. (Yes in a drive through they cut in line which causes flareups on occasion)

Worst Starbucks in Colorado. Stood waiting at counter to order for over 5 minutes while 2 make employees stood there talking to each other. When they finally noticed me they both acted like I was bothering them. When I received my drinks (2 teas with LIGHT ice) they were both filled with ice. After asking for a tea with light ice employees gathered by the sink and were saying unkind things about me to each other while throwing the cups in the sink before proceeding to make another set of teas both incorrect once again. Starbucks is expensive and a treat. The experience should be enjoyable and not ruin someone's day. Shame on you.
