WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TO GET GROOMED HERE! Ally G did a horrible job with my puppies. During the appointment she called me to tell me that the appointment was unsafe because he was trying to bite and kept moving. She also said I was going to be charged extra for his appointment because she needed more people to help hold him down. Keep in mind, I have a toy maltipoo. He weighs 11 pounds. I don't understand how it took that many people to cut his hair. This behavior is new to me as I have taken him to get groomed several times and it has NEVER been an issue. Now my poor baby is extremely traumatized and will only lay in his kennel. He has not been himself since he was groomed there. I am not sure if he was abused or not by this “groomer”. He's so terrified and won't even eat or drink. I had to make a vet appointment for him and requested they do x rays on him because I'm convinced they hurt my sweet baby. And to the pos groomer who served my dog yesterday, please note this fight is not over. I will be going in person to speak with a manager and will be calling corporate to file a formal complaint on this establishment and especially on ALLY G.

The store offered no customer service and low inventory. There was a closing a announcement three times, one at 8:51, 8:52, & 8:53 to inform the store would be closing in 9 minute,s 8 minutes, and 7 minutes. While searching for my final purchased a staff member informed me the store would be in 6 minutes and walked away without offering assistance and was gone before I could ask for assistance. I prefer shopping where my staff offer support and kindness to their customers, which this store did not offer.I understand the quality of the store now and their customer support and will be shopping elsewhere.

I took my dog today for her first grooming appointment, she is only 3 months and 2 weeks old. When making the appointment I was offered the introduction grooming to get my dog familiar with the process of getting groomed. This included a bath, hair cut only at face paws and private areas. When arriving the girl reminding me of what was included, looked at my dog and said she would go home with her private areas cleaned. After waiting a while, the groomers comes out with my puppy, places her in the table, brings her up, and with no interaction whatsoever started brushing my dog in a very rough way, I saw my dog getting scared and she pulled away, I saw the groomer just pull her towards her, grabbed her paw and said “stop”. After a while when it was time for her face, my dog was not having it, which again it was her first time, the groomer pulled her towards her by her jaw and teeth and said “stop” again. That’s when my puppy got very scared and was doing everything possible to have the groomer not touch her. The groomer then decided to pull my puppy by her jaw and teeth towards her face and forced my dog to make eye contact with her to let my dog know she was upset and told her to “stop” again. Can someone please explain to me how is that an introduction to something new for a puppy???Now I know this review goes toward the whole facility, but I do want to say that I saw all the other groomers do an amazing job. Talking to their dogs, petting them, one even stopped grooming and waited for his dog to calm down a little bit. My had a furious/annoyed/angry face the entire time.I didn’t get the girls name who serviced my dog today, but she has a scar by her lip.(By the way my puppy’s private areas were not cleaned at all, like they said)Not taking my dog here again.

I usually take my dog to the grooming salon and I believe they hired a new set of groomers. I scheduled an appointment to have my dog groomed and they turned him away at our appointment time due to his nibbles. NIBBLES not BITES. I explained to the groomer that we have never had this problem before with any other groomer and that he is very excitable but the groomer turned us away instead.I understand not being comfortable with nibbles but why not reschedule me with someone who is or someone who is capable of placing a grooming muzzle on my dog while grooming him. SO ANNOYED.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! They did an absolutely terrible job cutting here (bald spots, uneven fur) and cancelled the appointment halfway in between because they claimed she was being aggressive (she has NEVER shown signs of aggression in her life.) the groomer was automatically impatient from the time we showed up, so I'm sure my dog was feeding off her terrible energy. On top of that, they SHRED her face with a razor, which later got incredibly infected and led to a trip to the hospital. Super rude service, put my fur baby in danger, all for an $80 terrible cut (which they still didn't refun.)

I have a great time whenever I come to this store no matter what I'm getting. I have done dog grooming and my dog always loves it. We've done dog training classes here and it's always been a great experience. We've bought many things for many different animals- fish, reptiles, hamsters, cats and dogs, and they always have what we're looking for for the most part. They have a great variety and update their toys and outfits for dogs to match the seasons/holidays. Which makes it impossible not to stop by at least once a month. This PetSmart is definitely the first place we go whenever we need something.

We got our hamster here and Alex who helped us out was very knowledgeable and kind with our daughter as she gave her instructions and tips on how to care for her new pet. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

I shop at this location often and the team and stock here are great. I came in tonight and had a price mix-up but Jen was awesome and provided excellent customer service to resolve it!

Taken my dog here for a brush and bath several times and had a great experience until today. Employee that brought my dog out to me had a very rude tone and told my that they we’re concerned about my dog trying to lick them during the service and they would note this for further appointments. I feel like a dog licking a person is just a dog doing dog things. Unsure why they made it such a big issue. If you’re concerned about a dog licking you then you probably shouldn’t be a dog groomer. Every other time I’ve been here they’ve told me my dog has been nothing but sweet and well behaved. Won’t be back.

Selection is pretty great for an in person store, they have a salon and vet clinic, adoptions and great selection of toys, equipment for pets of all kinds. Staff is hit or miss on attentiveness and helpfulness. I mean it's a well stocked pet supply store, and it's clean. What more can you ask for?

We have tried multiple dog groomers over the last two years and this was the absolute best! I’m not going anywhere else now— Sarina did an absolutely amazing job. I didn’t want to go to petsmart because I have heard it can be hit or miss, but my dog really needed an appointment and they had an opening. Gosh, am I glad they did!! She did an INCREDIBLE job. She gave him the time he needed and he came out looking wonderful. And he seemed so happy, too! I was impressed with the other groomers in the shop, too, from what I could see— good with dogs, super friendly and want to help. Ans check-out up front was also a great experience. The girl (didn’t get her name, but cool blue-ish hair) was so friendly and upbeat. The whole thing was such a positive experience. Highly recommend this location!

I’m usually happy with petsmart a grooming services. Yesterday I took my Aussie for a trim and they but his his hair. They were only supposed to trimmed his butt hair, clean up around the ears and feet….well they cut his back hair off and his butt hair is uneven. I tried to have them fix it because it was uneven. However he I could get a good look at him since he kept sitting. It looks awful!!!!!!I called the following day and was told the supervisor would call me back. A week has gone by and no one has contacted me.

I love the weekly dog adoption. The kennels are so nice for the dogs to get great exposure to hopefully find their forever homes

Really bad "groomers" at this location which the plethora of reviews will confirm. Your much better off supporting a small business with groomers who care than this location.

We just adopted our second kitty from here, the same place I got my first kitty from! Marcus was so helpful and understanding. He was super busy running around and helping everyone but never forgot about us and made sure we got everything we needed to take our new baby home. We were able to get such a sweet little boy. Thank you Marcus!

we brought our dog in today for the first time after moving away from her usual groomer. she is the sweetest lab mix; has grown up around kids and other animals. i’ve heard her bark maybe five times ever. she is a lover. but when she was taken back by the employees instead of ever even talking to her or trying to connect with her to make her feel comfortable, she was cornered up against a wall so that they could look at her hair around her feet and stomach. she was visibly shaking, as she could hear other dogs whining and crying in other rooms and didn’t know these people at all. they never once tried talking to her or offered to let her even smell their hand. no introduction whatsoever. the lady just kept trying to violate her space without connecting with her. It’s like she has never worked with animals before. I could understand if our dog had ever had this issue before or if the woman had made any effort at all to help ease her discomfort/fear. they just gave up and recommended we take her somewhere else. (Which I’m glad we did because the environment did not feel welcoming or friendly). dogs snap when they are scared and repeatedly have their personal space violated !!! this cannot be a rare experience. they’re animals — know how to work with them if you get a job as a groomer .

I go there to take my cat to Banfield Pet Clinic. He is on a medical plan that helps with care. I've had him with them and the Wellness plan since he was 8 weeks. He is 3yrs old. There staff has always been real friendly with us and other customers. I appreciate the well care they do when Marley has to visit them. It's great I don't have to worry.

My dog stayed at the PetsHotel for six days last week. When I arrived, the associate was very friendly and helpful! Check-in was fast, about ten minutes from the time I entered. This was my dog’s first time being boarded, so I called every evening to check on her. Most of the time the associates were able to immediately give me a detailed report of her day, including how much she ate, went potty, and how she played with the other dogs. It seemed like they genuinely cared about the animals. The facility appeared clean and secure. At drop-off I felt comfortable with leaving her there for the week. I also liked that I could see what the rooms looked like through the lobby window. The only disappointment I had was with receiving pictures. Upon check-in I asked if there was a live camera. The associate said no, but I could receive daily pictures of my dog during playtime. I only received three pictures via text during her stay and I had to call and ask about the pictures several times.

Couldn't Be Better! We are a 'ground zero' pup training with Ashley A from puppy through advanced. When things were not clicking for us we did a private lesson and got immediately back on track. The most difficult command, 'give' was taught to Otis using a first aid pouch for my medical condition. Had it mastered in about 4 sessions. Another dog was in our advanced class from Petco and WOW what a (horrific) contrast in behaviors. I love how we can go to Petsmart all through the week and train in the public arena with no expectation to buy stuff... although we frequently do. The staff is always friendly and we have consistently great experiences. Since we came here for training, we've now gotten in to the grooming station and make our (kinda high maintenance) puppy food purchases here as well. Sample Saturdays are a great way to try new product. Love this store! Can't wait to start the therapy dog classes in April.

Took my dog there for a nail trim. She was a bit nervous. One of the two employees helping was training the other. I was a little nervous when they asked me to leave the room. I was able to watch through a small opening in the frosted glass. They were kind and gentle, and it went great. Worth every penny!!!

The pets hotel at this location tried to overbill me $400 dollars for unnecessary medical care they indicated they were going to cover. My dog has chronic stomach problems and recently changed her diet on the order of my vet. This place called me and told me she was having some diarrhea and vomiting without any blood in it. I indicated I would not pay for a vet visit for a single afternoon of an upset stomach. They insisted, but told me I would not be billed. I checked in on her by phone several times and verified she was not bleeding into the vomit or diarrhea, and after they took her to the vet they just sent her back with some probiotics and indicated nothing was wrong.Despite there being nothing wrong, the guy on the phone kept telling me if she threw up or had diarrhea again they would take her back to the vet a second time. That is of course absurd, and I told them I would not pay for a second unnecessary trip either. When I arrived to get my dog, they slipped an extra $400 charge onto the bill. When I asked for a refund, they told me they would not have my dog as a guest again in the future. I asked for a manager and was told one wasn't in the building, but after some pressing I discovered he was in his kffice. The manager gave me trouble about refunding my money. The guy claims that the diarrhea was bloody, and I informed him that I had been told half a dozen times the date of the incident that there was no blood. The guy made out like he had no way to refund my money, and I contacted the police to report the theft. Magically the manager discovered he could easily refund my money once the police were on the way.My dog was only there for 2 days, and they managed to lie about half a dozen things and rack up hundreds of dollars in veterinary bills for no reason. I told them my dog is under the care of a vet for a chronic stomach condition, but they would not listen. I told them I would pay for the probiotics they have in store, but they insisted on having a vet prescribe the same probiotics and billing me for the trouble.I am a critical care nurse. I have a good understanding of physiology, and although I am not trained in veterinary medicine, I work closely with my vet to monitor my dog's condition. I've spent almost $20,000 in the last year replacing my dog's knees and dealing with her chronic stomach issues. I do not need another half grand bill for no reason because the PetSmart receptioniat got jumpy. Even had they not indicated they didn't want to care for my dog again, I would not have trusted these people to be honest in their billing practices again in the future.I understand that you guys do not want to be liable for injuries and you want to do the best for your animals. That being said, this is not doing what is best for your animals. My dog has degenerative joint disease, and I'm currently saving up to have both of her back knees replaced. I just did both elbows. She was staying under your care so that I could work multiple 16 hour nursing shifts to help save up for her surgery. I told you guys that I would be glad to contact my vet and confirm all she needs is probiotics, but you would not listen.I do not recommend this location for pet boarding.

I brought back 4 dead glofish after only having for 2 days. You could clearly see in the huge glofish tank what my fish had , almost every fish in the tank had. They were all sick. And the manager said oh well we must have gotten a bad batch. He said we will be getting some new ones in next week if you want to wait. I asked him if he was going to put them in the same tank and he said yes ! 😡I said so you're going to sell all of these? And he said yes!😡THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING DISEASED FISH!

Have been taking my dog to get bath and brushes every 7 days for the last 4 months ever since I got her as a puppy. My schedule is erratic so Ibhave to take her to different places and she sees different groomers everytime. I always hear how amazing she has done and how sweet she is.She is a trained medical service dog, extremely well behaved. This is the first time I have ever heard my dog was nervous and not allowing them to properly dry. She was returned to me soaking wet. Was told she tipped her water bowl in the kennel. But she was so wet it is hard to believe it was just that. I had to take her to wag and wash do the job myself and wash her face better and dry her better to prevent dermatitis. But my main concern is that I am pretty sure she got traumatized with this experience. She was crying and scared when I got her and I was told she was barking (I have only heard my dog bark twice in 4 months, she is not a barker)They have people with little to no experience. Sad day for me.At least they did not charge me when I complained. But the trauma ingrained in my dog will be a tough thing to overcome. I will not come back and do not recommend the grooming services to anyone.

I love Banfield at this location, but I have to walk through this terrible Petsmart and somehow I have an awful experience every time. The employees here are incredibly rude and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome.

Good stock of food (wet/dry), dishes, mats, litter, and toys for our pair of amazing kitties. We have found some great toys there lately and our kitties are always excited to see what we brought back for them. Convenient location for us near the Target and other stores, always easy to find parking and get access to this location.
