I went to the Muttz today to get some dog food for my very picky dog Bella. I had the privilege of meeting their new manager Megan!! What an amazing person she is!! She is not only extremely friendly, but so knowledgeable as well!! Megan made great recommendations for Bella!! I will shop there all the time because of Megan!! I also got to meet her dog Anya!! Muttz has been a great place to get pet supplies for years. The people are super friendly and helpful. They also have a very large variety of food and treats. If they happen to be out of something they will call me when it comes in. It's easy to be a fan of Muttz and I expect to keep going there for years to come.

So I think everything is overpriced and I got my dog a little cupcake that was a size of a pinky and it was 5 dollars then I exchanged it for a cookie after. And the cashier lady made me pay an extra 30 cents. Plus the cookie was 3.00 And she was giving me bad Aditude and was ignoring most customers. The cashier lady was really rude. I will not be visiting muttz agian

This Pet store is fabulous with great prices and associates who are knowledgeable and caring about our needs and the needs of our rescue cats. We get nice discounts as we spend, and we spend a lot on our furr family! This staff has been very supportive of us as we have lost our beloved pets through the years and adopted and rescued new ones. They are genuine, sincere, and feel like friends to us. Go visit them in Westminster, you'll be glad you did!!

I love this place! The employees are super friendly... They'll greet you when you walk in the door. If you've been there a few times, they know you. I started going to Muttz because it's hard to find my brand of cat food. They sell the good stuff to keep your pets happy and healthy. They are also in the know about the pros and cons of the different lines and can help you make the best decision to fit your pet needs.

Bailey and I love this store! The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly with her. She loves going in and checking everything out. Bailey knows it’s the treat store. I love that Bailey feels safe when we go there. Our little rescue pup will get to where she feels safe anywhere, it’s just going to take some extra love and time. This store also has such a variety of treats all dog owners should visit this store for holistic options as we come upon the 4th of July.

I really love shopping here. They consistently run a deal on the Zignature dry dog food that we feed our dogs and I’ve found great dry frozen chicken pellets my cat loves. Friendly staff and clean, well stocked store.

I went in to look for a different dog food for our two 50lb dogs. The ownerspent 15 minutes talking to me about nutritional value and pros/cons of grain vs no grain in dog food. They have a solid variety of food and I prefer supporting small business , especially since prices were the same.

This is a cute pet store and was fully stocked with everything I needed...from a doggie snow jacket to snacks to toys to little birthday cakes you will find everything you need! I like that the little bakery section is all made locally. The treats are so cute and I can’t wait to go back next month for my puppy’s birthday to get a few things! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Such a better experience than a bigger store like Petsmart.

Placed a phone order for curbside pickup later in the afternoon. They were able to look up my purchase history, get me exactly what I needed for my pup and also reminded me that I needed treats otherwise I would have totally forgot about that. This place is amazing, and the staff care about one thing above all else: fur babies. They are very knowledagble and really go above and beyond for your pet. Earlier tonight, I tried to charge a bag of food but my card was declined. Without me asking, one of the employees brought me 4 samples of food so that my pup wouldn't go hungry tonight. In tough times, there is no better feeling than knowing you have support from people who aren't required to give it. I am so glad I shop at Muttz, they are life savers.

I bring my two Maltese in for treats and pet food on a regular basis. The whole gang is absolutely outstanding! They are genuine pet lovers. If this store does not have exactly what I am looking for in a pet product they will place a special order for me and let me know when it has arrived. You will not find better customer service!

Great store with all the healthiest foods for your dogs and cats at reasonable prices. They strive to make sure you and your pets are satisfied. They remember me and what I usually purchase for my cats. There are also quite a few programs where if you buy so many bags of food you get one free.

Talk about not feeling like just another number here... their staff is always friendly and helpful. They GAVE me a BAG of samples (probably close to 10 samples) for my furbabies to try before we decided which ones they liked best. We've been shopping here, for nearly 10 years, now. When I was pregnant (and then when I had my son, but had to carry him in), they would always carry my big bags of dog food for me and put them in the car. I have never gotten that kind of service at PetsMart or Petco... I will stick with Muttz, for SURE! Also, for being a smaller local store, I think their prices are competitive with the bigger stores.

They care about the quality of the products they sell - no big Agra stuff here. It’s organic, natural foods. I believe it’s one of the big reasons our dog is sixteen and still with us. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

So glad I found this place. Was going to another popular store (C&D) and they kept trying to get me to buy a product that was giving my dog seizures. I went to this location and one of the employees checked out the ingredients and surprisingly no more seizures. Thankful for the knowledgeable staff and customer service!

I prefer to go here than Chuck and Dons and Kraisers, one of my favorite places to shop for my dog and cat. The only thing I wish they would do is update their times online. I Believe they open at 10 so I always end up waiting 30-40 minutes for them to open which is frustrating at times.

I have been a customer for years. I will not return. Over the past six months you have discontinued all of the foods I have fed my pets for years. I am not interested in special order as I like the convience of being able to walk in and get my food when I need it. The new owners are a big disappointment.

We’ve been going to Muttz for years and loved it. However, after Bentleys purchased them, there’s hardly ever any dog food in stock. They have verrrryyyy limited quantities of everything. They try to get you to special order it, which is inconvenient and annoying. We’re going to have to start going somewhere else, which is a shame because we live right by Muttz.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for my Shiba Inu. She loves the crocodile and tooth brush shaped greenies. She loves the ostrich sticks and the braided tripe the most.. love to always try new stuff every time I come. It's doggie heaven.
