So we now got rid of self checkout. And then have 4 registers open that don’t bag your groceries. What type of circus is this becoming?! Looks like I’ll be paying a bit more to get go elsewhere since I just stood in line for 10 minutes just for 12 items that I still had to bag myself. What an absolute joke! Plenty of other customers were just as irritated if not more and they had less groceries!

We go a little further to go to this Walmart. We still will, less people better parking. But I'd like to share these pics from our last visit. Rotting produce. Truly disappointing.Update: still use this Walmart still avoid their peppers. Adding newer pics of peppers. Tried to speak with the produce manager but couldn't get an associate to help with that but an older gentlemen associate in the department explained to me that "we have to put everything out that we receive". Rotten or not? If true that's tragic. I don't believe it's true. Having been in the grocery delivery business every customer has the choice to refuse products that are not fit amongst other reasons (temperature, packaging damages and wholesomeness for example). The condition of peppers at this Walmart has been an issue for a couple years now. Its clearly not being addressed.Update: most recent visit found the bathrooms filthy and smelled so badly (like a porta john after a three day chilli cook-off festival). The smell could be detected at the checkout lanes.Who is managing this center? It's location is nearly rural and not overly used. It's disappointing to watch it strive toward the minimums.Update: New pictures from July 27th 2023. Nothing has changed. Cases of rotten jalapenos.

Typical Walmart. Large selection of products including pharmacy and grocery. There is an in store Subway sandwich shop. Mostly helpful staff. Huge parking lot.

"Asset protection" holding up everyone like they are stealing, when you now have to go to a cashier to check out. If you can't trust your own people to check out customers, close down! The nasty old lady at the exit screaming at people shows what you value. Awful experiences, and everything's gone downhill since they started this.

Check out at this store has turned into a nightmare!! They removed both self-check out areas. However, they seemed to have kept a couple of lanes that are self-check out, but the lines are always long. They haven't added more cashiers since removing the self-check out areas and they have no lanes for express check out (10 items or less). You could have two items or 75 items to check out and you still have to wait in long lines. I spend more time in the check out lanes than I do shopping! It's ridiculous and I will no longer shop at this store. It's not worth my time or frustration. I've talked to several people that I know shop at this store and they feel the same way.

I never had good experiences going to this Walmart I don't know why I even keep going here the staff is rude to me. I literally every time I come into the store can you start following me around and follow me the entire time I'm there like I'm going to steal something little steal man.Question:?Who thinks it's okay for staff and secret shoppers to follow me around or anybody around just based upon their looks what is the way I look must be the look of a thief I guess if there is one I'm not sure it's not like a abandoned in the night with rings around my eyes and a little mask on but yet they follow me every single time I take stuff and move it all kinds of different places in the store while they're watching me and I'll take something and act like I'm going to put it in my shirt and then go up nope better not and then I'll put it on the shelf just to mess with them because it's not cool man it's not cool for my kids to see them following me or us you know what kind of impression is that and my kids notice it before I do it's not cool man you better rethink what you're doing man it is not okay Walmart for you to do what you do here's a picture of me you all tell me what you think do I look like I'm a thief

Cops spend too much time policing the parking lot and the employees stalking me to see if I am stealing. Ugh feels crummy - should have gone with target. I'll pay the extra money to feel human and valued.

They stopped doing all self checkout completely due to “customer feedback”. We just wanted more cashiers available not to get rid of self checkout completely I had 5 things and had to wait behind 3 full carts of groceries. Only 5 lanes open all with long lines. The guy on the aisle over had one item and was waiting behind a full cart of groceries. If you have 1 items or 100 items you still have to wait in a long line.

Well I tried to give them a chance and it happened again I placed a order for delivery and the shopper/ delivery person (Martha) first off literally put half my order as not in stock then when it’s delivered she left a delivery order that wasn’t even mine and takes a picture of it like it was all good… Thankfully Walmart refunded me without any issues however I still have all these items that I have no need for, so I contacted the local store and speak with the pickup/ delivery manager and I guess it was over his pay grade cause he had no clue how to handle the situation and told me that I had to contact corporate to request a pick up of the items that were wrongly delivered to me and at no point asked my name or order number.. What was weird was the items left today had no stickers with the order number and name like normally and also I was unable to contact the shopper/ delivery person something wasn’t right and this wasn’t the first time but for me will be the last time… This store is horrible when it comes to pickup and delivery I wish I could get delivery from anywhere else even Greeley other than here but unfortunately since Aug of 2023 I’m only able to order from the Timnath store makes no sense to me however I’m not going to continue putting my money into this location anymore….

The cashier and two associates standing with her were less than professional, using profanity with little regard for the audience, and continued having personal conversations which clearly should have been continued at another time while the cashier was checking us out. We did find all of the items we were looking for though.

They've closed self checkouts and it now takes SO MUCH LONGER to wait to pay then it does to actually get a full cart of groceries - so frustrating!!! Sarted coming in when I only needed an item or two & am not pressed for time, but after today's 5 item visit, Walmart will be a very rarely visited grocery stop, if at all - I'd rather pay double than deal with the the current checkout situation. Also, other Walmarts are NOT doing this.

WTH happened to this Walmart! I came in to buy some plants, the one lady standing there never acknowledged me was texting on her phone. I asked if she had a small box I could use she rudely said no never looked up.Couldn’t find anyone to help me find something, went to pay this rude manager told me I had to go to the other registers at the front of the store, not sure why we can’t pay in the outdoor section anymore I guess the one employee had more texting to do… Walked across the store to find out they don’t have self check outs anymore!!! What??? Was told Walmart wanted to create “better customer service,” lol what a joke. Ok Walmart, so make me stand in line for 45 min because you can’t hire anyone to work here. P.S 3 open registers will not create better customer service!

3/5/24: Extremely long waits.Let’s face it Walmart is Walmart but the Timnath superstore is always clean and not busy most times. However, they have closed both ends’ self checkout. What remains is about 2 - 3 scan and go conveyors and standard checkout.What’s worse, they generally only have 2-3 checkers so lines have gotten out of hand. It’s 430p today on a Wednesday and I’ve waited to check out with 3 items for about 20 minutes. This is the same story most days between 4p - 6p mid week.If Walmart has decided to close shelf check out due to shrink and theft, fine…but offset this with more Checkers or remove the scan and go conveyors because people self checking out with 60+ items is not effective.There are plenty of lead cashiers supervising customers and attendants servicing the park and shop so you can’t tell me this is a capacity issue.I come here atleast twice a week as it’s my local grocer. I legit hear complaints from customers 100% of the time and it’s been this way now for about 6 weeks. Let’s go management team.

Used to like this walmart and it was always a good quick in and out when THEY HAD SELF CHECKOUT!! They have all the self checkouts just sitting there, which were to improve speed of checkout and to put less strain on the FRACTION of the staff they should have for regular checkouts, and yet now you have to wait in ridiculous lines because of this moranic plan to try and get more money (despite the fact they no longer have to provide free bags) from us to use self checkouts. This is absurd and the fact this might look good on paper sitting on some 8 figure salaried executive's desk, it is actually the quickest way to upset the masses and hopefully they will stop this idiocracy and actually do the right thing, which yeah I know, this is walmart and they don't care, but hopefully they will see a dip in their bottom line and make self checkouts available for EVERYONE again.

PLEASE BRING SELF CHECKOUT BACK. I live like 5 min away but I don't want to stand in line and have someone else scan my groceries. I dove all the way to the one on 287 in loveland. They accommodate to all ther customers. They had like 5 cashier lines open and both sides had self checkout open it was so nice. I was in and out quickly. I really don't want to have to drive far and waste gas just so I can get in and out quick. This is so ridiculous. Listen to the customers who are irritated with waiting for 30 min in a line. Please accommodate all your customers.

This Walmart used to be the best in NoCo, but they removed the self checkouts. Now, everything bottlenecks at the registers and EASILY 60% of my time spent in the store is in the checkout process. Absolutely unacceptable.

I regularly go to Wall Mart but their register line has been taking too long lately. I also needed to pay with a gift card and the register employees were not able to enter the pin correctly and make it work for me. I need to spend within my budget for groceries so please try and get a supervisor to help me next time and act like you care.You work in customer service.

Unfortunately the store has closed all of its self check outs unless you download an app. They also do not have express lines so if you're buying one item you need to wait behind a line of people with full carts for the check out person. Not ideal for a mother with a young toddler.

I tried to call to make sure the hour they closed, and the operator picked up the phone, I c Could hear her responding to another employee and then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back over and over again and she wouldn’t answer the phone.! Impressive, Walmart Very impressive!

The sole access point to the Walmart area presents a significant challenge during peak hours, resulting in extended wait times of up to thirty minutes to exit the premises. The limited number of operational registers, specifically only up to three every time I go there, further exacerbates the situation. Additionally, the self-checkout kiosks remain consistently closed, depriving customers of an alternative checkout option. In contrast, neighborhood Walmart locations offer multiple entry and exit points, providing greater convenience and flexibility. The current setup is inadequate, compounded by the presence of a Chick-fil-A restaurant, which generates additional traffic and congestion in the vicinity of the sole entrance and exit. This convergence of factors culminates in a challenging and frustrating experience for customers attempting to navigate the area. I only come here at night when it's less busy; unfortunately, it's no longer open 24 hours, or I would have loved to come here at 2 a.m.

Some staff are rude or busy on their phones and ignore you when you say excuse me. Now all of the self checkout are gone, I refuse to come back. Most recent visit wasridiculous given I had to wait over 20min for 5 things. Dropping my Walmart+ as well

Like most other walmarts, they were clean and well stocked, and they actually have lined truck parking for about 7 or 8 trucks. Only to park while you're shopping though not overnight. Five stars if it would have been overnight😁
