Big shout out to Rene at this branch! I was overcharged for a truck rental by accident, and live quite far away from this location. A few other employees said there's nothing they can do unless I come back into the store, but Rene went above and beyond, and tried many different solutions to get me the money back. Eventually when nothing else worries, she personally mailed me a store credit card so that I would be able to get that money. Really appreciate her patience and quick thinking!

Don't buy the LifeProof carpet!!! The employees don't tell you that you have to have it professionally cleaned by a very specific type of service every 12 to 18 months or it voids your warranty!!! Horrible customer service and business practice!!! Shame on you home depot!

it was a nightmare to order kitchen countertops via Homedepot. I had to deal with 3 different companies. 1. Homedepo 2. Desert Eagle, 3. Deltile. As a customer I end up calling or going to these store multiple times and each place will tell you to go to other place. Super poor communication between those 3 places. I had to change my order few time and the kitchen designer at the home depo had very bad attitude. In fact my daughter 10yr old said she does not want to go to this home depot again. they treat us like we were begging for the countertops. we actually did business of over 13k. We could have cancelled the deal but we already ripped off our old counter tops. As a customer, we had really hard time running after home depo, deltic and desert eagle. will never do a business with them again. they deserve 0 star but that's not in the options.

I have had two refrigerators from Samsung in 3 weeks and they are both broken. I called to have this returned and they won’t accept it. The first one was defective upon delivery. And it flooded our home. The installers rescheduled a new delivery. The second refrigerator started to work and was broken within 48 hours. We then followed Samsung protocol and had a tech come out. The tech stated the condenser was broken and it’s NEW!!! I would like the refrigerator returned and my money back. I do not want a replacement. Customer service is only allowing a replacement. We do not want a replacement. This is unprofessional and unethical. We have now a loss of $13,000 due to a flood from the broken fridge, countless time spent trying to get this remedied, living out of coolers for 3 weeks with two babies. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I called to ask about Trex post sleeves and availability. I was told they had to transfer me to lumber. They transfered me to flooring instead. Then they transfered me to lumber and I wanted on hold for 16 minutes. This store clearly doesn't understand the meaning of customer service!

Their handicapped parking is only on the entry side, which makes you come out of the exit side, and you have to walk across the parking lot. It's not good in the winter.

My company was trying to rent a lift through this location. I did the entire process beginning to end and was expecting a confirmation email which I never received. The project was scheduled to be installed today, and I am with no Lyft because of the lack of professionalism and diligence of the staff. More than mildly disappointed and by the way, united rentals price with delivery was significantly cheaper. Good luck.

Shout out to Hailey working customer service on 11/10/23 at 7pm. I watched her navigate a return for a very nasty, entitled individual who was making obnoxious demands at the customer service in a rude demeanor. He was speaking loudly and throwing credit cards at her aggressively while demanding an item be returned outside of his return window. She kept her cool and remained respectful and concise through the encounter. I was so impressed! Rockstar!

Self-checkout is no longer self-checkout. You have to stand around waiting for the employee to show up with the scanner that they've removed from the station. Definitely go up the street to Lowe's or up to Firestone Home Depot, this one sucks

She was such a great help in finding us what we were looking for, she even went the extra mile to find us a piece for the center of the stove with the model # great customer service.

Nice inventory of Christmas decorations but home depot associates go out of their way to avoid you..I walked by 4 of them looking for help and every one of them walked in the opposite direction or pretended they were examining door knobs, so I had to find what I was looking for myself

Tried to follow up with them but only Shannon help me, she tried to contact home depot in Thornton but no one has answered the email or contact me. At this point im so disappointed. The worst store for customer service. The manager is absolutely clueless. Items that show in-stock have not been stocked on shelves. When you ask someone to check they look at you like you're crazy. Go to Lowes and save yourself the aggravation.

I order the commercial water heater on the May 17th in the store. When I make the payment they have two option one is 2 weeks deliver the other one is 2 to 4 days deliver but will be $800 dollar extra. It’s urgent. I chose the fast one pay extra. They told me the delivery day on Monday. I have no problem with it ,after I ordered two days at the Home Depot. Send me the other message say delay the delivery day on the Friday. I called Home Depot to make sure they told me will be here on Monday for sure . because I close the business end scheduled the people coming to install I want to double check the water heater will be here .They delivery didn’t show up . So disappoint. By the way, the salesman he was very helpful. He’s a good man .that was the Home Depot’s problem.

Jan has the worst customer service ever. Even though we had a curbside pick up we were told to go move our car to the other side of the store and go inside. We went inside, stood there waiting and another employee noticed us. They started helping with our order, we waited a total of 25 minutes before we were then told that they couldn’t accommodate cuts in a board because their saw was down. I let them know that all other Home Depot’s don’t run things this way and I would not shop here again and she told me “okay”. I have never been so disappointed with a Home Depot experience. I have been a loyal customer for 10+years and have several credit card with them. Awful!

Of all the area Home Depots that I visit this one has the employees I would definitely rate as the most chill. I don't know if that's the management style or the clientele they have to deal with but it's always a pleasure to shop there. This is not a mecca for contractors like the South Thornton location tends to be. Therefore it's not normally crowded or difficult to get around the store. Note to self: buy some Loctite Red...

Ok, I’ve never been inside the store before but hear me out. I placed an online pickup order with this store around 6PM for materials I needed the next morning. Fulfillment is supposed to be 2 hours so I figured this would be more than enough time to have my stuff ready by 8AM THE NEXT DAY (14 hours in other words). 11AM rolls around, never heard from the store. Spent a solid 15 minutes on the phone trying to get an update before heading over since the store is over a half hour away. All the people could tell me was “we don’t usually pick orders before calling to confirm.” Well ok but I never got such a call. I told them “this is my call to confirm I need this stuff asap.” 1:30 rolls around — nothing! I finally cancelled and am just going to have to figure out where else I can get the stuff. I am not spending one more minute dealing with this store and don’t trust them that the order would even be ready when they say it is!Maybe the in-store shopping experience is good but the customer service absolutely blows.

If I could give them a -0 I would absolutely horrible customer service as I was checking out the ring me up three times each time getting my price wrong in self check out acting as if I was trying to steal their merchandise after I corrected them. They argued with me that their price was correct they over, charged me for regular wood and charged me 24 pieces for blue pine. Went to another Home Depot a $550 bill buying the exact same product paid $240. I will never shop here again.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! We were looking to replacing some flooring with carpet and some laminate. Went to the Thornton store off 168th on Friday (6/23), picked out the flooring, and the lady input our selections and scheduled a measurement date. Johnathan comes out on Tues (6/27) to measure, tells us the lady who helped in the store, put everything in wrong and will fix it and we will get a quote for the carpet that evening and the flooring would take a couple days but would have it by Thursday. To date we received nothing, Friday.I called the measurement number given online, spoke to Taylor and asked for a supervisor, He told me I cannot get the number for a supervisor, but would transfer me to one. It was Greg, he actually got the quote to us for both types of flooring while I was on the phone with him, he said the guy did not input the information correctly for the bathroom laminate, but seemed to not care at all of what happened and mess ups seemed to be the norm for Home Depot.Save your time, frustration, and money, and go somewhere else!We have chosen not to use them at all after this process and can’t imagine the nightmare the installation would be!

this particular store has become pretty handy for me as I have jobs in Erie, ft lupton and Brighton, at present. it's in a most favorable geographic location in my northern travels. that being said, it's a super clean and inviting store. every associate that I've had interactions with has bent over backwards to assist me with anything I've asked of them. I highly recommend this store if you're in the area.
