I really like sports as a whole, and this one doesn’t disappoint. Great selection of healthy offerings. Great produce options, and plenty of organic items at reasonable prices. One last thing, grab a grass fed ribeye steak. They melt in your mouth *chef’s kiss*.

Very rude employees, and long waits to check out. While coming here for meat, I witnessed one employee being passive aggressive towards two elderly ladies. Her body language and attitude were extremely negative, I saw her just push in front of them to swap price tags. One was rude to me directly. They said excuse me sir, jokingly I said I'm no sir. They muttered something that sounded close to "whatever the **** you are excuse me".Do not shop here. Mad/ sad employees is a symptom of bad management and bad leadership. While the employees should take responsibility for their attitude I've worked in environments like this where leaderships so bad, you hope to get fired to claim unemployment. I will never go here again.

Staff here is wonderful. The store is clean and well lit. However, on multiple occasions, I've found numerous products still on the shelves that were expired by more than 2 weeks. I've also found mold on things (never on the produce, that's always fresh), the most recent was a pre bagged salad. Their seafood selection is very lacking. For example, their app said they have lobster in stock at this location, and then when I got there to buy some, they told me they do not carry that.

Wonderful customer service! I called to see if they had a product and not only did the lady check the website but she walked over to double check the shelves and then made sure I knew which aisle to find it in. To top it off, as I got off the phone she told me to drive safe. ❤️

Staff can’t be bothered to greet you or acknowledge you at checkout and their produce selection is terrible. I can’t believe all of the rotten and mismanaged produce they put out there. They put basil in the fridge which they should know better than that. I hope they get it together. I used to enjoy coming here

This is a clean, well lit and stacked branch. The personnel is friendly and helpful. I regularly go there for Farmer's whipping cream that I only find at Sprouts.

First off I want to start by saying Paige is so wonderful and pleasant every time I come in. When I walk up to check out she has a full line of people wanting check out while other employees are standing in a circle cussing and chatting it up when they SHOULD be helping her out. Everyone should work as a team ! Get it to together

Im new to Sprouts, first time shopper. Right next to the entrance are check-outs with 4 employees standing next to them.I pick up juice and proceed to the check out - this side is apparently not for walk in customers, but online orders. The rude employees point me to the other end of the lanes, with one employee and 5 customers in line.Seriously??🚮

Lots of options and choices and lots of products. The store was FREEZING! Not a pleasant shopping temperature. The cashier was not paying very good attention. I gave her $50 cash and the rest on my debit card. She initially entered $15 cash. Thankfully I was paying attention.

I recently moved to this neighborhood and was thrilled to find Sprouts Market near by.But I’m sad to say “this is the SADDEST Sprouts I’ve ever been in”.I went in a week ago and was completely ignored by two women working in the deli.It did seem like the rest of the store was short handed and certainly not up to par.Today I stopped by looking for fresh mint and basil. No mint at all, and the only basil was rotting in a pot.The produce department is extremely neglected.I expected there are not enough employees. If they don’t get help they will surely close soon:( SADUpdate 11/20/22I have to say I have been impressed since I left my original review a few months ago. I pop in from time to time to see if there have been any changes, and there have. It seems to have gotten much better as far as quality and availability of most items I shop for. Plus, the produce department has improved by 50%.Happy to make it one of my regular weekly stops:-)It is now on my weekly stop for shopping. Thanks to whoever decided to clean the store up!

This store has never let me down, especially their produce. Today I did a pickup order, and the fresh green beans I got were an embarrassment. Two pounds of shriveled or very old, obviously poor quality and past their expiration date. It surprises me that your quality control let this happen. Very disappointed.

So I don't understand why they won't bag my groceries when I bring bags. This seems like discrimination. If I don't pay the store money for bags then their checkers don't bag my groceries. But they want us to bring our own bags. WTH is going on here? It's really making me not want to shop here.

Great place for fresh produce, specialty items, and bulk bins of nuts and candy. There's a deli in inside with sandwiches and sushi. Parking is never an issue.

Definitely have to check expiration dates before you purchase anything. I have made it home a few times with expired goods that being said, I love their meat department

Came in with 3 very young children to do the weekly shopping. Realized i forgot my wallet at home, so grabbed the checkbook out of the glove compartment and called my wife to send over a picture of my driver's license. At the checkout cashier wasn't sure if she could take a picture of an ID, so she called her manager. The teenage manager arrived and wasn't sure either. Tried to get the adult in charge on the phone with no luck and then informed he wouldn't run my check. I'm standing there at lunch time and nearly naptime with 3 very young children and a cart full of groceries and this kid is telling me to go home and get my wallet. Because what's the big deal?! It's not like children need to eat and sleep or anything! Great experience! Your mother would be proud of the man she raised!

Long 10 year customer no more. The last 3 trips I made into the store were an awful. The payment system made mass difficulty of processing my payment at the register, despite the fact that is a new card. I will just shop at natural grocers from now on as they respect my money for payment.

It's a bit pricey and I couldn't find everything I needed, however I did have excellent customer service. I wanted a snack mix but I really don't like when it's salty and sweet. I asked an employee and she said she didn't know what it tasted like so she directed me to another employee. She may have been a manager, only she didn't know what the snack mix tasted like either. Even though I was told there was no samples employee went out of her way to find gloves and a little cup to let me taste the mix. It was not sweet so I bought a couple of pounds and will return for more

Clean store and the staff is really friendly! The guys at the meat counter are always helpful. My only suggestion is please retrain your cashiers on how to bag groceries properly!!! They are constantly putting fragile produce with/underneath heavier items, bagging poultry with non poultry items, etc.

This is where we go for our vegetables and their filtered water. The vegetables are always fresh and usually have better prices than the local grocery stores. We don’t like Thorton’s “mineral water” from the tap so we come here for their filter water. They have an alkaline option too with their filtered water.

Can't ever find anyone who works there and the cashier asks if I found everything OK.No. Shopping at sprouts is a freaking nightmare. Good luck finding items or anyone to help-another disgruntled instacart shopper
