They need to help the produce worker in the mornings with the sprinkler System they use for their produce. The poor guy has been trying to do the best he can to keep the vegetables fresh for us. At least the store manager can do is get it fixed.

You need to pay close attention to expiration dates and freshness! Especially in the dairy department. Their freshest dairy products expire in days instead of weeks, like some of their competitors. I’ve pointed this out to management as well as a product that expired 30 days earlier. Not much has changed since then.

Good store. Half or less the distance to Walmart or king soopers. Less people and faster lines in and out can be way faster. Some items can cost a little more, but also it’s more common to find sales here than at KS or Walmart grocery. Glad the store is here.

This place is serious need of new managment. Produce is always wilted, moldy, and rotting. The labels are never in the right place or there at all so you have no idea what you are paying. The Meat section is the worst ive seen in my life. Just generally there is no real fresh food in this building. do yourself a favor and drive a couple minutes further to king soopersEdit: Why even respond to people if you dont take any accountability or action from feedback. If things are going bad and you wait to replace them so you dont lose money you are making the fresh product wait to be put on display and by the time that happens the fresh product is no longer fresh and the cycle continues. This location is far too busy and charging far too much to be serving this garbage product.

I'm very disappointed cuz I believed in the company of Safeway but their true colors show I'm on fresh pass and they haven't had a delivery working in 6 months. They keep leading me on. They say IT will get back to me another month goes by a supervisor. Will get back to me another month goes by the lady behind the phone. Will get back to me but no response and do to my budget. I only get deliveries once a month so I call every month to see what's going on and this month they said too bad deal with it. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit. Why paid for a full year of service? So instead of getting ripped off I have to go to another company because I refuse to be a victim. I hope everybody else is doing fine, but if you're not, don't be victimized by Safeway

Just a suggestion for Mason at store 892. You don't know me. Giving customers nicknames may seem fun & without consequence, but at whatever point you heard some frat boi d-bag use the word boss and decided it was going to be your entire personality you failed yourself. I'm not your friend. I'm not a small child. Maybe referring to each customer as Buddy, Boss, Boss-man can stop? It's bad enough that you flat out told me you couldn't manually enter my card without asking if it was a digital card or just a card that doesn't work (which, whatever if that's the policy fine), but than I have to hear the word Boss with each passing customer as if I'm in some Baltimore nightmare. I can't tell if you're trying to be cool or trying to f1ght me. Keep the boss and buddy to yourself. I don't need a nickname when I'm shopping.

I don't usually go shopping at Safeway but ever time I do there very good friendly and helpful you can get a bargain there if u download the app and get alot of things cheap and yes I will start putting shopping at Safeway the people that work there are very nice Thank You all June

Scott the manager is extremely verbally abusive to employees. It made me physically ill to hear him to talk to the employees. He would curse at them for no reason. Also the food isn’t great quality because all the appliances are old and not working properly.

Stopped at Safeway to cash in some scratch tickets, the young man watching the self checkout paged 4 times for someone to come to the customer service a young man came out looked like he was sleeping, no help for him, no one ever came out to help 😞 would not shop there again.Poor customer service

Please hire some employees… there’s never any carts, and self checkout is a nightmare at your store with big orders. Had to come to Walmart instead.

For several months now, there are no carts available and doors are broken making the store look like it’s constant disrepair. I’ll be shopping elsewhere until they fix it. Do not tell me to go on the website to chat about it. The only acceptable response is that they’ve committed to resolving the issue.

Affordable and fun place to shop. Nicely remodelled recently. I like there fried chicken and Cole slaw. I also buy ground beef there often. The crew there are very polite. Knew some since it was Albertson's. I buy produce there too. Seems fresher than soopers. Bread could be cheaper. Always clean and nice. And they have a Starbucks in front. Love the service deli and the butcher block.

The people here are friendly, and helpful, but you have to pay close attention while checking out!I hit up the company website, clicked on the digital discounts, and headed out to the store. By chance every item on my list had a discount attached to it, but after entering the membership number, and scanning none of the items was discounted. NOT ONE!So instead of asking the attendant to fix every item, which, regretfully, is the normal routine. I left the groceries there (sorry), and went to a different Safeway, and low and behold after re-shopping for the exact same items ALL the items were discounted!I’m not saying this was intentional, but the changes are supposed to go into effect on Wednesday, and this was on a Friday! You can try to chalk this up to someone forgetting to make the changes, or a “computer glitch”, but when it goes from happening once in a while, to every visit, and then literally everything you try to buy? It makes one wonder if this is really individual negligence, or intentional. 😕

Convenient location and they have a really great flower selection! I stopped in for a mother's day card and roses almost a week ago and the flowers are still fresh and happy!

I am never not disappointed when I give Safeway delivery another chance. They are chronically out of stock. How can you be out of something your own deli makes? Or any type of canned chili? It's just too unreliable to be useful. Now I have to either drive to King Soopers or order delivery from them, which is actually cheaper anyways.

Not every Safeway location is the same! Love this location's produce department. The gentlemen in charge of produce works really hard to keep it stocked up and beautiful. They have a lot of options. The deli here is great too. I know a lot of the staff and they're all great and helpful. The beauty product/make-up isle here has a lot more options too.

There is an employee at this particular store who went completely way and above for me a few days ago. The system at Safeway was glitching and I wasn't getting my rightful reward/discount but like a different till like 20 22-23 and after many many attempts to correct it I was expecting him to say you know what can you just call customer service or come back and he was persistent he followed through and he got it fixed I couldn't believe it I haven't had customer service like that and it's been a long time his name is Mason and I believe he's in training to become a manager and rightfully so he's awesome I hope management reads this and they reflect on that thank you Mason I will be back although groceries are higher there at Safeway than they are at Kings you are making me come back because of what you've done for me thank you

Look at your receipt. The scanning of coupons or discounts dosen't work. Corporate robing you. Rewards being calculated is a mess. I've called corporate many times. Store managers hands are tied to corporate because they can't fix the IT work that needs.AGAIN LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT. THEY ARE MISREPRESENTING THEIR OFFERS THAT ARE ADVERTISED.THEIR STEALING YOUR MONEY. PERIOD.....

Always very clean & organized. I always use the self checkout but the few interactions I've had with employees have all been positive. They've been very helpful & polite. It's smaller than some of their other locations & I like that

Soda pop is always a great price here whether it is store brand or name brand althoughThe prices aren't the best on everything else.The deli selection is always fresh and great tasting especially the guacamole it's made in the house house of Safeway that is..The store never seems too busy there's really ever a long line so sometimes that's worth the extra price.The staff is also very friendly and helpful in the Starbucks is awesome there they take EBT SNAP cards on any cold drink.

Dealing with the Sunday manager at the service desk today was very unpleasent again. This guy is so condescending and unfriendly to me every time I have to deal with him it puts my stomach in a knot. We won't even talk about the young man at the register who tells me everything is correct on my receipt when it's not. He has done that before too. Safeway, your weekend crew needs social skill training!

I frequently shop at this Safeway and I think the staff is fantastic. The produce guy is always super friendly and all the cashiers are always willing to help. The app makes it very easy to save a ton of cash too.
