After double surgery, they still neglect to fill a prescription needed Stat from my surgeon. Like another review I've read, YOU DONT REFILL ITEMS CALLED IN FROM DOCTOR/SURGEONS till we come days later expecting them to be ready. You make every excuse, earlier this week you didnt know why my script didn't get delivered as it was setup to be. When I do get someone on the phone, you are courteous and have done your best to get them timely ready, but that is only after it being brought to your attention and after my husband stood in line multiple times expecting them to be ready. I mean why does a pharmacy wait days after to fill something? And, why don't you let us know? The healthcare industry is broken enough as it is. You should have some attention to this negligence brought forth to your superiors who should fix it or close you down. No one should be waiting endless days for prescriptions for pain or mental health. I thought Walgreens was bad...

This comment doesn't just pertain to pharmacies, this has been the worst experience, the worst service of ANY business I have come across. Every single prescription takes 2-3 days to fill. they will not fill most until I come in looking for it and there always an excuse. Meds on back order for weeks. EXTREMELY rude staff. Go.literally anywhere else. People NEED their meds. this isn't a game but this place doesn't care at all. I'm never fired up about this stuff but i will be encouraging everyone i meet to go elsewhere.

I’m actually shocked at how many negative reviews this pharmacy has. They are super sweet, friendly, and they listen to any concerns you have. People just need someone to blame half the time 😒. Good job guys!

Edit - Changed review to 5 stars. They have really upped their game and I feel like that deserves acknowledgement. I used to have problems like other reviewers but now feel I can endorse this pharmacy as a good one.

Been going here for years. The pharmacists have always been nice and helpful. They make sure that you understand the medication before you leave. They used to have a drive up window but it is closed currently. That made things a lot more convenient verses having to come into the store.

I have been to the 120th and Colorado Blvd location twice within the last week. Monday when I went in, my prescription was not ready after my doctor had called it in, I waited for over an hour for them to fill me my antibiotics. Then today I had another prescription filled there. I waited for 3 hours before going in as I did not want to wait in the store again, never received a call or anything. Just to go in and have them tell me that they don’t carry my prescription and it would take until the middle of next week to get it. Which I cannot wait. So I will not be using this pharmacy again. Very unsatisfied with the service here.

We have used this pharmacy for over a decade and have always appreciated quality technicians and helpful pharmacists. Perhaps it’s a staffing issue and the stress everyone is feeling in this post-COVID world; however, the doctor of pharmacy intern from Regis University is incredibly rude on the phone and in person. Since he has joined the team, we have had several errors in our number of refills compared to our provider’s number of refills on the first script.I’m not saying it’s him, but the timing coincides with his internship as well as stress of COVID. If you prefer not to deal with customers, maybe a research PhD is a better career investment, just saying. Accuracy is important to our family because we have a child with a seizure disorder, and meds taken late makes for a rough day, but days missed can turn into an emergency, and even deadly situation. Customer service is important because it’s just morally the right way to treat people if you’re in a serving profession. We will be moving our many prescriptions to a new pharmacy and probably leave Kroger at this point.

This pharmacy has some super awesome people working for them! They know both me and my husband, and my dog's names! They are always friendly and helpful!Sometimes they are pretty busy, but they always try their best to get things done and keep wait times short. They also have a drive thru, which is really nice!And when I take my puppy with me through the drive thru, she always gets a doggy bone prescription from them. Lol! She loves it! And all the staff love her too!My ONLY gripe about this pharmacy is how short their hours are on the weekends, but at the same time, I'm glad they get to have a little more time off.

This is my "go to Pharmacy" . Initially I chose it because it was close. However, I want to be clear that I have been there dozens of times and the staff has never once been anything other than kind, professional and respectful. One negative review I read above looks like it was due to one miscommunication. Don't let customer's overreaction deter you from using an extremely good service!! My guess is those surly customers have never had a job in retail and have no idea how hard it is, and see themselves as royalty- those waiting on them as less than human!

I usually love this pharmacy. We get a lot of meds here. My daughter just got out of the hospital with a new prescription and the first lady was nice saying they could do a partial order of the new med. I wait 30 minutes and go back and a different tech said "no we don't have it" I told her the other lady said they did. Then she informed me that her insurance would have to pre authorize it so basically sorry. She told me I would have to pay out of pocket. 9 pills for 70 dollars. I asked if my daughter's insurance would de-imburse and she said "I don't know ma'am" and told me it would be a few more minutes and to go park and wait. My family gets dozens of prescriptions here a month and just because of this person with a bad attitude and a major chip on her shoulder I should take every single one of them to a different more polite pharmacy. See? All it takes is one person to make the whole pharmacy look bad. Congratulations.

I have been here twice to fill prescriptions, both times I had different technicians. Each time, the technicians we're very rude, and seemed like filling my prescriptions was a huge interruption in their day. The first time, I had a code from goodrx, when I gave it to the tech, she actually rolled her eyes! I will be going to Walgreens from now on.

They have been extremely wonderful in the past. Lately they have had some new or float people who have not been great. They are also almost always understaffed. The drive-thru which is SO convenient is closed far too often.They have a few very exceptional people there though! Ct, Thai, Michael, and Tara are beyond wonderful!

Quick service, honest estimation of time to wait for RX to be filled, clean and polite. They even ran a coupon that they had, for me, and it lowered my price.I recommend this pharmacy!

What business is of a tech to question why you are having dental work done.. I don't just take meds for the fun of it!! No professional at all.. I am ensuring you have a job just fill my prescriptions and get over yourself.

Slow as molasses in January, drive thru is always broken so you have to go in, but the smartest setup in the covid world. I'll transfer my scripts to Walgreens.

Between drive up window never being open rendering it useless and the 48 hours it takes them to fill any prescription, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

They were helpful but clearly senior staff did not care about other (lower) staff members. It’s sad seeing this as it is ALWAYS a team effort.
