My new favorite King Soopers miles from my closet store because the one in Commerce City is always packed with lines wrapping down the aisles. I was on my way home from a work site and decided to try a new KS along my route. This was a very well laid out store with friendly employees and no line! Even though this was my first trip to this store I found everything I needed easily!

I love charcuterie boards making them myself anyway. When I go to the Kings on Quebec I can find everything I need to complete my ensemble of my board. The food is fresh when I open it at home. I started shopping here when they opened and will continue to shop there.

I am impressed with this marketplace. It's really big, wide corridors and it has everything I like! First-class fruit and vegetables, beautiful flowers, and a large aisle of wines and spirits. Cuts of meat, seafood and butchery of the best. my favorite place to do my shopping. I loved the clothing area, I found skirts and blouses totally to my liking.

Very disappointed that I can't get a fried chicken order anymore. I guess they just package it now and you buy it cold. I've tried calling ahead even three four hours notice. They just refuse to do it and say it's a new policy. 😥

Lady at the front working self checkout was rude plus denied me the ability to purchase medicine for my sick grandparent since I lacked I.D. even though there has been plenty of employees not only at this King Soooers, but other retail stores that have allowed the sale of medicine without I.D. As a former employee at Walgreeens, a pharmaceutical company, the managers and the general manager instructed us to only ask if there is suspicion or if they are visibly under the age of 16. Poor customer service, poor understanding of how to actually apply policy or when it is appropriate to allow convenience for your customers.

Great new store with a super friendly staff. Easy to navigate and always plenty of staff working. I especially love the parking spaces which provide ample room and limit door dings.

Large marketplace King Soopers with a variety of products and a Starbucks. The store has a new design, therefore, it may take some time to find where everything is at. They bakery is well stocked and offers berry chantilly cakes which is something new I hadn’t seen at others. Excited to see how well stocked it stays and the customer service once the hype fades.

Deli department slicers are disgusting. I have reported this 3 times to Kroger HQ management as I have photographed the unsafe, unhealthy condition of these machines on multiple occasions in April, May and June. They obviously never clean, let alone sanitize them. Look before you have anything sliced here...or you may pay $16 a pound for high quality Boars Head deli products and get sick from these awful, lack of sanitary conditions. This photo represents what I have witnessed every time I have been to this store. Look at the gross touch screen as well as the dried up piles of everything sliced that day . Deli management should be fired.

Constantly selling rotting cut up fruits. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR CUT UP FRUITS. Guaranteed they will be rotting gross squishy fruits. This isn’t the first time this has happened. DO BETTER AS A COMPANY. Stop being money hungry selling customers rotting fruit. Very disappointed won’t shop again.

Today went to store to try to pick My wife a nice set of flowers I wasn't trying to be picky as I saw alot of flowers already dying it was hard to choose but the one I chose my wife told me later on they were also dead as I didn't see it she felt bad still liked it. Also tried looking for chocolate dipped peanuts bc im not buying another brand for 10 bucks when krogers is around 1.60 i believe but it was pure empty made me sad so I just took different candy went with my daughter back home really hoped to see some awesome alive flowers

Love this new store!! They have everything you can imagine! Received some great coupons in the mail for this new store location that I can use each week for the next month, saving me at least 10-20% off each visit so awesome! And what a selection. Beautiful store!! One thing I must ad after going here a few times is don't get baked goods at this location they always seem dry, not good. Not sure if the bakers don't know what they are doing or just old? Have given it a try over 3 times different items, just not good

Generally a nice store to shop. Today at 4 PM the staff working the meat & seafood walked past me 4 times as I waited at the counter. I was thinking he must not work the counter since he's ignoring me. After the 5th pass he walks up to a customer that just walked up , ignoring me again. What a jerk, I skipped the meat after that.

So happy this location opened! I’ve been shopping at the 136th and Colorado location and it’s terrible! The staff here are always friendly! Meats, veggies and breads are always fresh and in stock. The aisles are wide so even even busy the store is easy to navigate. The parking is abundant. I’ve made this my new shopping location!

This place is so nice and well kept. I love the new design and layout of the store. The bakery has a wonderful selection of breads and sweets! Massive selection of wine and drinks. Meat department is top notch and clean. Highly recommend this store.

Regular prices are decent. I mainly shop the sale items which are pretty good. Great for stocking up on food. We really like the Chester Chicken place here. The chicken is super tender and tastes great. A lot better prices than the competition. They were supposed to have a hot pizza place here but decided not to do it for some reason. I (and a lot of other people I have talked to) we’re really interested in trying it out and looking forward to something new.

Clean store, good selection of items and produce, pleasant staff, not busy on the weekdays. Only giving 4 starts because the store is very difficult to navigate, it's very disjointed. Also, frequently out of items, yesterday it was bleach, no bleach of any brand for sale.

This was mostly a good shopping trip. Most items were in stock and the store was clean. The digital coupon for Gatorade wouldn’t scan properly, even the girl checking us out couldn’t make it work. I really wish that Kroger would just eliminate the digital coupon program. It seems to have a lot of issues. We had to ask the bagger to bag our groceries instead of talking to the checker at the empty aisle next to us.

The store is great. But if you’re not going to have baggers then please have the checkers move items to different areas as they scan. Every week my fruit is everywhere, my bread is smashed, my meat packs are punctured. The scanners are completely reckless with the food. I try to put the items there in a way to help the smashing situation. But it just seems considerate to train the scanners properly.

I loved they opened the Marketplace up! I have a King Soopers by me and it's super small and so crowded. Being from salt lake City I used to shop at a Smiths Marketplace and this does Kroger justice!The gentleman at the meat department were not only very friendly and well mannered but very helpful when I was looking for beef short ribs.The service deli counter I stood there for about 7 minutes before the guy and gal stopped chatting ( they had there backs to me) before I got some help. I ordered a pound of roast beef and it was delicious.The aiels are nice and wide that two carts can pass by comfortably. What a plus right!I'll def be back and update my review when I hit the gas port and def check out!.

Parking is always a breeze here and the staff is 9 times out of 10 helpful in looking for something or helping with return. There are plenty of items to buy here from food and produce all the way to toys, cooking supplies, medicines etc.

I go to this store all the time. I have always had wonderful experiences with staff and quality of products. Today I bought a Apple gift card. I went home tried to redeem it. I was unable to redeem the card. I went to back to store and first of all no one was in customer service desk. When a manager finally came to help me she refused to help me , another manger came over I showed her how the package looked tampered with she agreed but still refused to help. After 2 hours on phone with Apple they said there is a new scam at stores with gift cards and stores know about the problem but won’t help there customers so Apple is helping make this right. I am disappointed in the customer service I received and has made me want to go further up the road to another store!

There can always be a better experience, as King Soopers market place has almost everything you could need provided that maker is not a concern. The only complaint on this visit was that I wanted 1 product but it was on sale as "buy 1 get 1 free" on the shelf, so I picked up 2, but it didn't ring up that way. Which meant I had to show the cashier that indeed how it was marked.King Soopers cashiers generally have common sense, so there was no problem other than showing her evidence that the in store advertisement was either misinformation and trying to steal from lazy, less observant customers. Which is annoying at best.
