CVS needs to pay their pharmacy staff so that they can retain them. This location has had the most horrible service. Not very long ago The entire staff walked out and it has never been the same since. It is getting better than it was however, the staff needs appreciation and better pay! Otherwise, we’re (your customers) going to end up in the same situation Again. No staff no service.

Not sure how I got the golden ticket but my experience at this location has been spectacular! The staff have been helpful, patient, efficient, friendly, and professional in all my dealings with them in spite of it taking multiple phone calls* to have ALL my prescriptions transferred from out of state. (And yes, I'm "one of those California people.") When busy, they've told me the number of customers ahead of me after waiting for my response to the question, "Can out hold?" (Please note, they actually let me answer the question as opposed to most places that just say, "Can you hol..." but hit the button before getting to the, "d?") Every single person with whom I've had interaction at this location has been enjoyable to the point that I've walked away from each encounter smiling.Which is absolutely unheard of in the medical unicorn community!*The transfer of prescriptions was handled deftly and smoothly on the part of the pharmacy. Unfortunately, they were forced to answer multiple calls due to my disorganization.

My provider said they called in the prescription. I showed up and only one of the two showed as called in. Called the doctor and showed up the next day evening and they showed it in the system but pending. Left because did not have time to wait another 20 minutes after I had waited in line. Showed up next day and it took the girl good 10 minutes looking for that prescription that showed as completed. Completely overwhelmed, disorganized and messy. They send so many marketing texts about refilling prescription I had indicated I wasn’t interested in refilling I had to unsubscribe from the texts. Absolutely awful!

Pharmacy tech said I couldn't purchase OTC product at the pharmacy along with my prescription. Have been able to do this at other locations. Male, caucasian, 40s, tattoo on right arm, glasses, beard with short hair on sides. Not very friendly.Had to drive to another pharmacy 35 minutes away for a prescription that this location didn't have in stock and would be a in a day or two before it would be ready. This tech failed to call and verify that the prescription was available at the other location so wasted 1.5 hours of time driving to other location only to find out their inventory system was not accurate when I called back and spoke with the pharmacist at 120th and Washington. If you get the pharmacy tech previously described...ask for someone else to help you.

I would leave o stars if possible! When they answer the phone they are extremely rude and then hang up in your face. What kind of customer service is this. I have been with this pharmacy for over 20 years and they are about to lose a long time customer. Stay away unless you want to be disrespected and not valued. They play a vital part in people's health and safety and they don't care. This place needs to be shutdown or get all new employees that know how to treat and value customer's!

Most of the time they have my medication. I would give it more stars but the white old man behind the counter needs some better customer service skills. Most people who come into the pharmacy are sick why do you think they are there??? If your worried about people coming in with out a mask on why don’t your provider them at the door. How you talk and treat people goes along way. You don’t know what someone is going through and you acting like a child and causing a seen and making someone feel worse then they already are is NOT Okay!!! Please educate your staff on being compassionate and caring vs rude and disgusting to people who are there to get medication to help them feel better.

It won't allow me to give ZERO STARS! This CVS is absolutely the WORST. You are supposed to be providing a critical service to patients that need medications but instead, wait times are completely unacceptable and no one ever answers the phone at this location. This has been going on for a long time. I was in on Dec 5th waiting for two prescriptions. Your staff told me that my Dr. did not send the 2nd one and that I needed to call my Drs office. So I did...and found out that your staffed flat LIED - my Drs office DID send it and when they got through to you on the phone you told them that you did receive my 2nd prescription and that it was out of stock but expected the next day - you could have told me that. And this is just one of many issues that I have had and continue have with prescriptions being automatically refilled. AND, when they don't answer the phone it is impossible to do business!Bring back the FREE shipping so that no one has to go wait for your terrible customer service!

CVS, please hire more people or update your website so people can get answers without waiting in line or on hold for 45 minutes. An hour wait to get a simple question answered is wild. The pharmacist and techs have all been wonderful at this location. Be kind to them and give them all a raise.

Older white gentleman who helped check me out is not very compassionate. People are there because they are sick and need medication. If masks are “required “ then post it and provide them. Being rude because you don’t agree with some one not wearing a mask is unacceptable. You’re not in the right business if you can’t be respectful and polite. Coming home in tears as to how I was treated and talked to.

A lot of people are switching over to CVS. Long times all the time. They need more people, however when I call they answer or put me on hold for a short time. I haven’t had to be on hold for more than 3-5 minutes. The staff are friendly, just busy!

I just have to let everyone know about Patrick, the head pharmacist here. He has been just wonderful to us for the 4 years we've been going to CVSConsistently Patrick has gone above and beyond customer service and taken such care of me.Even during the craziest of times and being constantly short handed, he has been patient and helpful and just plain NICEHe even laughs at my cheesy jokes and snarky commentsThank you for being such a great human ❤️

CVS is in trouble, the company needs to hire more workers. The lines are long, and the few employees seem to be stressed beyond the limit. We are very thankful that there are still Pharmacists like Steven Thai, that go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients. Steven Thai, was able to fill our prescription that had been pending for weeks. He was more than patient, and answered all our questions in a thoughtful, friendly and timely manner.

Have an appointment for a flu shot? Expect to be seen 45 minutes late. He took forever to get the vaccinations ready for the woman in front of me, didn’t acknowledge that he was running late. Then was extremely rude about which chair I was to sit in. Asked me what arm, even though that was clearly designated on my forms I signed in front of him. THEN, made an unprofessional joke about how he was going to stab me. Ridiculous place with a lousy pharmacist. Also, they need to upgrade their janky cardboard sign designating the vaccination line. Looks like they stole it from the homeless.

I’d give zero stars if I could! Hands down the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. The bad experience has been long lived and we should have left a long time ago! One problem after another, things literally never went smoothly. Could always count on an issue. Rude rude rude pharmacist & their help! I just can’t say enough DONT DO IT! Go somewhere else. I promise you’ll regret it if you don’t.

Called to see if my prescription was ready, automated voice said it would be ready at 1:50, which I know is within the time frame of the 30 min they are closed each day but I went up there to wait until they opened back up at 2. They open up, and my prescription still wasn't ready, so I was told to come back in 15-20 min, but then I had to get back in a long line and the pharmacist even had the guy behind me go AHEAD of me even though I was next in line because "he had a lot on his plate (um, what?)" Super slow and the pharmacists chat with the current customer as if there isn't a whole line of people waiting. I'm not going to be using this pharmacy location anymore and I would advise others to steer clear as well.

CVS’s refusal to accept GoodRx is a devastating blow to those already struggling to afford life-saving medication. This policy isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a barrier between vulnerable individuals and their essential treatment. By prioritizing profits over people, CVS is denying hope to those who need it most. It’s time for change. #AccessToHealthcare #GoodRxForAll

This place has gone downhill significantly over the last few years. First when CVS took over and then another big blow when Jeff left. Multiple people behind the counter but only one ringing people up but spending her time chatting with a customer like they are old friends. I understand that the last 3 years have burned people in all health professions out but maybe CVS should invest in their workers so they will be motivated to do their jobs?

Literally the slowest experience of my life. All three people in front of me had a problem with either their prescription or insurance which made the wait for me at least twenty minutes. This was also after I had to COME BACK because they didn’t verify my insurance when I transferred the prescription from a different pharmacy. They said the wait would be 25 min to verify. When I came back 25 min later, the line was like 7 people long and I just couldn’t wait that long. It’s obviously super inconvenient to have to come back because it’s inside a target. I was also trying to buy a thermometer and cough drops with my HSA card, but they said I couldn’t buy those items through the pharmacy. Super annoying. Also, their card machine is super glitchy which made an already slow and annoying process even more slow and annoying. Won’t be filling prescriptions here anymore.

This pharmacy is so understaffed, and their operation is a whole mess. My doctor called to ensure they had the medicine before putting in the order, after confirming they did, I went in, waited 20 minutes, then when I returned to pick up the order they said they had the wrong strength and realized as I walked away. They hadn't called my doctor to problem solve in the time between realizing and my return and when I arrived the doctor's office had closed. They tried calling the CVS on Reed, waiting 10 minutes on hold and told me I'd have better luck driving the 20 minutes to see them in person. (I waited on hold for 45 minutes with them before giving up). Now I'm trying to pick up this prescription for my sick kid from another pharmacy and they told me this CVS said it was filled, so I can't bill insurance for it. A whole mess all around.

I've never gotten anyone to answer the phone at this location. I have had to call the customer feedback number multiple times and have THEM transfer my prescription. This CVS is also out of my prescription even though I am on a timed auto refill. I have never received any prescription in less than 6 days from this location. Doesn't work that well when you are sick.

Trust the other reviews and don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I would give zero stars if I could. They must have lost all of their competent staff because I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years and never had an issue, but suddenly it's become truly awful. The new pharmacist is slow, rude, and seems to struggle with math...which is definitely what you want from someone measuring out your prescriptions!

I never leave reviews, but everyone deserves to know how awful this pharmacy is. I'm an insomniac, without my sleep meds I physically cannot sleep, and on multiple occasions I've had to go without because this pharmacy miscounted my pills and refuses to acknowledge or correct their mistake, implying that I was somehow abusing my meds which are non-addictive, and do absolutely nothing past the 3mg prescribed dosage. On top of this, anytime I need to refill my medication it becomes an all day issue, waiting on the phone for 45+ minutes before being hung up on, not filling medication that the doctors office sent them almost a week ago, and acting generally disrespectful often times when I show up to pick up my prescription. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They used to be wonderful but in the past year or so they've gone completely downhill. Please rely on any other pharmacy for your medical needs.

there are hardly no staff here. every time I come in, I’m waiting at least 20-30 minutes, even with a short line. today there was a massive line of at least 20 people and only one pharmacy tech was working. ended up leaving and opted to pick my prescriptions up another time. absolutely ridiculous. I’m transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. never coming back.on top of it, there’s never the same pharmacist when I go, and whoever IS working is usually rude.

I don’t know what has happened over the last 6 months at this CVS location, but after tonight, I won’t be returning.Never in my life have I had to wait TWO HOURS for a prescription while just waiting around at Target. My kid has a double ear infection. I called the pharmacy number to check on the prescription progress before I left my house. I left my house to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready. I wait in line and when I get to the front, there is 1 person working the register. They say it will be an additional 15 min wait because they hadn’t began to work on prescription yet. Weird, since when I originally called the status was “In Progress”, but I plan to finish the rest of my shopping while I wait. When I return, there is a line out of the aisle and it takes at least 30 mins to get to the front this time. Now the cashier says it will take an additional 25 mins (not specifying for what) but that I can wait on the bench and cut the line this time when the medicine is ready.I go to out my car to put my groceries in the trunk instead and wait there to listen to a podcast. When the time is up, I walk back to the “Drop Off” window and wait for the person already in front of me to finish their turn. I make eye contact with the cashier and they say, “It’s your turn next.” Then, they completely ignore me and instead they take the next person from the long line. When it’s my turn, they say my kid’s medicine still needs to be mixed.I have worked at retail and customer facing jobs, I’m patient, I’m empathetic but honestly, my experience today almost turned me into a Karen. CVS - do better.

Hire staff or shut down permanently. It’s just insulting to flagrantly waste people’s time because you don’t staff properly. It’s 5:30 pm and you have one person behind the counter and a line of 10. You aren’t even going to talk to someone after waiting a half hour. Truly pathetic. This pharmacy has no business staying operational.

I waited in line for 45 minutes. Once I got up to the counter, my prescription was not ready and wasn't even transferred from Walgreens. I was given an emergency supply which meant the world to me. The man working was all alone and he was helping every single customer with patience and empathy. He had to ring everyone up and fill multiple prescriptions and he was extremely apologetic and thankful to everyone customer. I was angry I had to wait but the poor man was literally all alone and handled it extremely well. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of this man. We need more people like him working in customer service. I did not catch his name but Thank you. You deserve a raise 👏 🙌 They need more staff, please help them!

This place is very difficult to deal with. Long lines, long wait. Every single time. last time I was there, 2 Pharmacists and one tech. They would not help her. She did her best to manage the large number of people. Be ready to stand in line for 30 minutes to an hour. I told my mom I won't get her meds anymore if she doesn't change pharmacies. I've had it. I hate to give that ultimatum but I don't have time for this place. At least at Disneyland you get a ride at the end of of the hour.

Do not go here if you can avoid it. They have 4+ day delays on refilling Rx. It is dangerous to use this CVS as your pharmacy. I have to show up, hold up lines and and be "that guy" who doesn't have an Rx ready because the pharmacy takes too long on CRITICAL medications. I've had to go without medications because their recurring refills do not fill in time.

I've had 2 other pharmacies refuse to transfer my prescriptions from this CVS because they are on hold for 3 hours and they never answer the phone. I know they are understaffed like everyone else but answering the phone is also as important. I can speak to this as a nurse who also works with staffing shortages and has to wait on hold with some pharmacies for lengthy periods. 4 stars because I know they are doing the best they can with what they have and at least they are courteous at the counter.
