This store has been a Sterling staple since I was a kid. The couple that own it and their hired help are always kind and ready to help. I love the selection of supplements, teas, foods, and even healthy candy snacks. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it for you. They got me my favorite teas! I hope this store continues to do business for years to come!

Staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to find what we needed for a science experiment with my kids. They didn’t have what we needed but the kids loved the store and finding all the healthy stuff!! I was not expecting that! The shop always smells so nice and is clean but also has a positive vibe about it that is calming too!! Great shop and great products!!

This store was the first time I've been, and my sister took me. I was looking for dog treats to calm my miniature German shepherd mix for when we flew to see my mother or when I wasn't around the house and the staff showed me the CBD dog treats and at first I didn't know if it worked faster then the stuff I had him on before but 30 minutes later and he was calm and manageable so I'm planning on buying more of the treats for the future!

Unethical owners. Beware of the their meats. There is a very good chance the meat sat in the fridge until well past its expiration date, at which time, they will move the meat to the freezer, up to weeks later. They will give you terrible advice, if you ask; they will guide a person to high priced items or to items that are about to expire/or that just expired. Also, all supplements over $20, can be found cheaper online, even with their "discount program", which is largely a scam. You may find some decently priced dry goods here, but why bother supporting folks who give bad advice? They have a good pool of dedicated customers, so getting a new person to come back, is not a priority, however, taking them for as much as they can, is the priority. Good luck

I love this store!! Thank goodness they are here. Otherwise we drive 2 hours away to buy our food and supplement products. Thank you Sterling Health foods!! Oh yeah and the people are so helpful and friendly. Looking for real good food and, health products? Look no further 😉 you have found it in Sterling.

I love that we have a Health Food store with natural, alternative options! There is a big variety of products from bath and body products, vitamins and supplements, essential oils and supplies, to many food and drink options. The owners are very friendly and always helpful! The pricing is good, I'd say average for a health food store, I just can't afford to get everything I'd like to from there. I would recommend anyone to go there, it's a great place!

Nice, friendly. Will order products for you. The essential oils they use bother me though. Feel pretty sick after being in there.. I can't do essential oils. It's overwhelming to me.. makes head sick, fatique & brain fog. Kind of a bummer :(

For the area it is good but as far as health food stores it is more of a vitamin store. No produce, limited food supplies. The store has lots of vitamins and also has essential oils.
