They don’t know how to speak to the public, whoever the woman was who answered the phone was extremely rude and slammed the phone down on me for asking why they say they’re open at 7 everywhere but when you show up to the store at 7:30 no one is there and no one answers the phone till 8:30. Do better

Omar was fantastic! He was very knowledgable and spent extra time making sure we got exactly what we needed and a good understanding of the use of the product.Ace Hardware employees are already known to be attentive to their customers, but we feel like Omar went above and beyond! Just goes to show one might want to choose Ace over The Depot for their DIY project.

This is not the former Mr. D's, which closed almost two years ago. This is Sterling Ace, a soft opening about two month ago. Continuing to add inventory - the place is amazing - we need this store and we need it to thrive and survive in Sterling. Stop in and look, I think you will be surprised.

I don't try to complain..I just moved here with no direction. The guys in the siding department..I wish I took down your names..Just not used tocomplainig about the adult person at the check it stand,,I inquired for help and was poonpoo Ed and then when checking out asked about there membership or so forth and she completely disregarded me..Awful. Awful. I will never go back

Don't buy here there is NO RETURN so make sure your right on sizes lost $100 because the boots were 1 size too small. Thank God they are going out of business!
