I got in today with no wait and I was just there with my new neighbor so she could see how wonderful it is to take you beloved pet to people who actually honor thar trust bond that you and your pets have.Hoping this experience has shown my neighbor that Steiner Silsbee is the number one vet serving the sterling community and use them for her animals health care needs. I would be so welcome to having them in sterling more regular but it has to be worth their time so I'm encouraging other to patronage this busuness.

Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! The individuals that work here are some of the absolutely most kind, caring, and compassionate people in the industry. They provide the best care out of any vet around the area and are very affordable. Can't praise them enough for what they've done for us and our fur babies. Highly recommend.

Horrible horrible service . Yes good prices but don't ever go here . The guy the works behind the desk will argue his way out of anything . I have never been disrespected by a company like this over their mistakes on the paperwork and all the miscommunication between there vets and employees. Not the customers fault that it was his kids 1st day of school and that they had 27 animals to see with a vet calling in sick. To much on your plate not enough help and don't give a hoot about the people or the animals pay to go to a real vet it's worth it. Highly recommend not to go to this place. Our family will never be back !

These guys are absolutely amazing caring people that really do this job for the love of the animals my Abbie was 13.5 years old and was struggling and it was just time for her to go and the gentleman that took care of us was so amazing and understanding he allowed me to stay with her as she fell asleep and knew how hard it was for me she was my best friend companion daughter and ride or die he made sure I got a paw print from her and let me take my time knowing I really want ready thank you guys for making one of the hardest days of my life a little easier.

I love this place took my yorkie to get all the shots when he was a puppy and they did a very good job. They also explain everything to you when you don't understand.

Very good service, the vet was very nice. Got checked in quickly and my pup was doing great after he got neutered! Would definitely recommend not only for their hospitality but their prices are affordable!
