Now who don't love Army Surplus?🤔What a great place full of great stuff,knives,hunting,camping,backpacks,GOTTA love there selection of cloths&good brands.Carhart,Levi's, ect.Alittle something for everyone in your family.Coats,hats,gloves for working ,cold weather.ect.Check them out great customer service skills,Ask them &they'll will tell ya,if they have it or were to get it..💯 😎💪

Randy at Boondocks is legit. He was able to get me a firearm that is quite hard to obtain at the moment and the price was actually cheaper than what was quoted. Huge inventory with excellent service and knowledge. Highly recommend.

Nice place to go to! I was looking for a unique birthday gift. The sign was it.4 stars only because the carpeted floor is not level and the tip of my shoe got snagged... what a trip, lol

The staff and the seamstress are incredible and are amazing supporters of first responders. I took a uniform shirt to get tailored for a law enforcement officer’s funeral on super short notice and they got the job done and didn’t even charge me. Highly recommended!

Very rude and poor customer service.Nice store. Good selection. Loved the museum. It's a shame I won't go back as to the way I was treated as a customer. Upon leaving the store, we drove 45 minutes and spent over $2,000 at Cabelas. They had a couple of guns we were interested in at Boondocks and most likely would have purchased one there. We had questions only to be answered like we were wasting her time.The customer service made us leave walking out the door with the sentiments we will never return.When dealing with customers. NEVER demean, disrespect or push them away. Unless..... you don't want cuatomers.

Awesome people, great prices. The staff takes care of business and makes sure you get what you need.As a first time gun owner I was a little intimidated when I first walk in but the staff took the time to answer all of my questions and set me up with everything I needed. I will be returning.

As a veteran, I take every opportunity to visit the local Army surplus tour. Boondocks in Sterling never disappoints. Besides the great selection, the red a mini museum of sorts. The seamstress there is the best in Sterling and where I go for all my companies seweing needs. Customer service is top notch and they always make you feel welcomed.

I had visited this store sometime ago in the past. I met Chris one day when I was browsing for a sidearm. He helped me with my questions. I decided right there which firearm to get, bought it the same day. Chris has a unique sense of humor, that I'm sure most have seen when buying a firearm of any kind. If you have past the background check, he tell you "Well got some bad news." At one moment, you'll look worried. then he'll say "You pasted." LOL. Then the buyer shows a sign of Woohoo. Chris if you're still there, thank you for your service, sir.

This place is the best for all your shooting needs. Build an AR, or need a holster for your pistol, they have it. They even have clothing to keep you covered and hidden.
