This was a last minute place to get a room and it was phenomenal. The people and workers were nice and down to earth. Simple and easy check in which was great since it was late at night when we arrived. The room we stayed in was just recently re-done and it was spectacular. The shower was also nice and hot after a long day of skiing. The free breakfast in the morning was a plus as well! I would stay here again!Rooms: The room was brand new and everything was nice in it. Temperature control dial and the shower was nice. No draft from the door or windows.Nearby activities: Great place to stay if you plan on skiing at Wolf Creek. Just a short 20 minute drive to the mountain.Noteworthy details: They have cable TV so you can play cartoons for the kids as they wind down for bed.

Had a great 3 day stay at the loge at wolf creek. It’s close to restaurants, ski rentals, and wolf creek ski resort. The staff was amazing, especially Tara, she fixed the hot tub herself when it went down for a day to make sure it worked when I came off the slopes. The old fashioned at the bar was one of the best I’ve ever had. My dog even felt comfortable here. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience staying at the Loge. The property is conveniently located and only 20 minutes from the wolf ski resort. Three rooms are clean and the attached kitchenette comes in handy. The cafe offers basic snacks and light food along with coffee which is really helpful since eating options in South fork are limited. The biggest pulls point was the helpful staff, our car wouldn't start in the morning and the front desk staff brought his own car over to help me jump start and provided guidance on where we could get a replacement battery. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to visiting again.

This place is newly renovated. The room was clean and the amenities were great. Easy check and check out process. Where they suffer is their responsiveness to overnight immediate needs. When we arrived the door, we got into the room easily. Then, the door wouldn’t latch locked. The piece that clicks into the lock was jammed into the door and it wouldn’t come undone. I called the after hours number and it said to except a call back within the hour- the call never came. We ended up stacking the cooler in the room and our cooler up against the door to have some piece of mind we would be safe. Even after corresponding the next day they didn’t try to make it right. Could definitely improve their customer experience in my opinion. Not sure I would stay again.

As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. I loved that you could pull your car straight up to your room. It was extremely clean & quiet. Room was simple and clean perfect place to stay. Great location as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I left my earrings & they contacted me & are mailing them to me.I definitely plan on staying there again.Pam

If I could give 20 stars.... I would.This place saved a work trip that was going disastrously to say the least and turned it around into a wonderful experience. They accommodated my late arrival and the director of operations was kind enough to make me food after hours, after a 13 hour day.I will absolutely be staying here as often as possible, the room was immaculate with a HAMMOCK inside the room and a yeti cooler ready for my use if needed. This place is truly bringing a new class of hotel to mountain towns and I will not be surprised when I start seeing them everywhere. The GM and his wife were wonderful and their dog even sweeter. Thank you to all of you, I've been in the hospitality industry for almost 2 decades and I am blown away by this place.

Delightful stay and Biking adventure! Nice newly remodeled rooms and new main lodge. Friendly helpful staff recommended trails for our beginner level. We borrowed the hotels mountain bikes, yeti cooler, and drove 15mins to fun beginner stone quarry trails and rode penitente canyon as well.The loge had Delicious breakfast sandwiches for purchase and also enjoyed our togo lunch sandwiches. Not to be missed mexican restaurant for dinner called Ramon's is a short walk or drive away.Loge has a great location and looking forward to staying there to ski Wolf creek this season.

We were super impressed by this newly and tastefully renovated motel in South Fork, just 25 mins from Wolf Creek and 20 mins from Del Norte. Rooms were impeccably clean and comfy, appointed with a hammock, a yeti cooler, new flat screen tv’s. Several hot tub areas, fire pits, games like shuffle board and cornhole, grills, a cafe and bar. Also dog friendly was a big +Marcus the hotel manager was friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommended and will definitely be back

Such a beautiful lil town in the mountains of good ol highway 160 westbound on your way to and from Durango Colorado!! Such a beautiful drive and amazing weather!! The place is nice and quiet in the evenings,, with many new renovations and upgrades to make your stay a wonderful experience.. also.. I've yet to meet an angry or disgruntled person that doesn't have some sort of pride in their ethics and humility towards other people and their work.. very rare to see and experience in the valley these days..

Can definitely see myself here watching football. Sandwiches are great and the staff personable. Newly renovated. Beautiful place to hang out. Will recommend the rooms to friends and family.Food & drinks: Sandwiches are a welcomed break from all the hot dogs.
