Great customer service. When we got there Kevin gave us a few other choices than what we had chosen on line. So we ended up with probably the best RV site they had.Super clean, simple, gorgeous place off the road and really quiet! Loved the hot tub. Thought about playing some pool in the clubhouse but never got to it. Just a short 20 min drive to Creede, a beautiful little gem of a town.

Very impressed! We rented a cabin thinking it would be rather rustic… definitely not… it had more amenities than many hotel rooms. there were so many sweet things inside the cabin… Coffee and coffee filters, and a coffee maker… Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. And the shower was amazing Massaging showerhead. The coffee cups were even large. Will come again.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Near town but far enough out. 4th of July community lunch was awesome. Everyone was friendly.Cons: Very dusty - our site was nothing but dust - no gravel, no grass and with the wind, very difficult to be outside. Electric service was not good. 30 amp pedistal but voltage would swing from 118V to as low as 99V - it normally hovered around 106 Volts. We rarely used the Motorhome AC due to low voltage concerns which made it tough in high 80 degree heat. Had to be very careful what appliances used in the motorhome - Low Voltage is not good. I informed office but not sure they were too concerned. Can not report on other site's voltage issue. We could have been only one affected. We stay at a lot of different campgrounds around the country - this was probably the worse voltage of any. The low voltage is my main reason for low rating.

This was a great place to stay. The cabins were cozy and clean and the hot tub was amazing. It was very cold during our stay which is what we wanted! A warm hot tub and warm cabin in a snowy mountain setting!

Perfect spot for a ski weekend at wolf creek! Spacious cabins, dog friendly (and even recommended a wonderful dog day care nearby!). The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. Appreciated the large fridge, full kitchen, warm cabin, comfy bed, and hot shower!

We really enjoyed our stay here. They had a site big enough for our tent, the showers and bathrooms were clean, and the other campers were incredibly nice and welcoming. It felt like a little community. It was just wonderful, and a good base for all the things we wanted to do.They were pet friendly, however, there are no "off leash" areas within this campsite.

We stay here every winter with our family of 5 and other family for our annual ski trip. The cabins are warm and cozy and have everything we need. The deer normally come visit out the large back window. The hot tub is just perfect after a day of skiing and the laundry room is great to have! Staff and owners are always very accommodating!

Very quaint & comfortable. Well stocked with necessities, coffee pot, coffee, kitchen towels, dish soap, dishes.Plenty bath towels, soap, shampoo.Lots of storage. We stayed 5 nights. No one bothered us.My only complaint is that we paid extra pet fee but are not allowed to leave pet in cabin unsupervised. I get it, but that's the main reason for paying extra. You can't go out to eat, take a tour or grocery shop if you need to.Nice showers, laundry area, pet area. Fish cleaning area, & extra parking.

Best cabin experience! This cabin was actually laid out and stocked so that you could LIVE in it comfortably. It has a real kitchen with full size appliances, a large two-bin sink, and ample counter space. I brought some cooking things with us (having had experience with other "fully stocked" cabins), and didn't need them. The owners clearly made an effort in furnishing this cabin. The many windows made it possible to cool the cabin quickly for sleeping and the furnace did a peachy job of heating in the morning. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa and soft chair, and the furniture on the front porch was a treat. We were there in off-season (early October) and it was beautifully quiet at night. The region is just packing with trails, fishing spots and more. What a delight!

Love this place. The owners are wonderful and the cabins are always spotless. We stayed in Cabin 9 for the first time and it was spacious, with 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the cabin. I wish they had recliners, as my husband is 80, and I'm not that far behind...lol

We stayed in cabin 11, it is converted from an airstream Rv to a cabin. Whoever designed it was a genius!! If you like staying in an RV you’ll love this cabin. What I mean by that is the bathroom is still like an Rv, some people don’t understand that. The cabin was cozy and clean. The staff were all pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay again and most certainly request cabin 11!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Mike and Leola

Rustic and beautiful! If you're looking for new and fancy this isn't the place, but if you're looking for peace and quiet in mother nature then it surely is! Clean and the sites are nice. The staff were super sweet and very courteous. We would go again.

Great little place. I have never stayed at an RV and cabin park, and my friend that did the booking is notorious for getting the cheapest, ghetto, and freezing places for our snowboard trips. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the large cabin ended up. It's nothing to brag home about, but for a snowboarding trip, it has comfortable beds, easy to hang out in the main room, and is warm with a supply of wood at the front door. If you are doing a trip to Wolf Creek, I suggest booking this location as a place to rest your head

It was very clean. But the beds were terrible. We had 2 beds. One was soft and one was hard. I looked and they had put maybe an inch foam on there with blankets for padding. I'm 66 y.o. , so I hurt pretty bad during the night. We all need a goods night rest. Next time we'll bring our camper. All the workers were very nice and accommodating. They just need new mattresses

Hospitable owners and staff.Very informative of the lakes and rivers in the area.Cabins are about a 1/2 mile from resources.Only problem is the town rolls up the sidewalks at 7pm.There are a couple of restaurants that are open till 11.Had a great time in Rio Grande and Mineral counties. Great on the eyes.

Went there from a family campout and had an awesome time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very enjoyable. There was a community room that we were able to use that fit all thirty of us for the annual family campout dinner.

Quiet. No A/C but we had our fan with us. Large kitchen with new appliances. Clean. People in office nice and friendly. Lacking in electric plugs for our phones, tablets, etc but we made do. Phone signal for AT&T was very low. Had cabin wifi for emails. People who work in office very nice. Would stay again

We went to visit our Daughter and family for Christmas. Our cabin was perfect. Had a full kitchen so I could make Prime Rib for Christmas dinner. Loved the fire pit, we did up some mean s’mores. The deer would graze right there, so relaxing to watch. We are already planning our next trip back. I would recommend these cabins to anyone....

The new owner is very nice. He has done a lot of work this year and the park looks great. RV spots are very good with trees snd wooded areas or not if you prefer more open space. Cabins are very nice with very comfy looking beds and strong showers. Lots to do close by and within an hour even more. I wish I could stay all summer.

We spent 5 weeks here in Aug-Sep. The views were beautiful and the new owners are a great family. Changes and improvements are being made almost daily.Cabins will be open for the first time this winter and South Fork is very close to Wolf Creek skiing. We will be returning next Summer and will be excited to see what changes transpired over the winter months.
