Natural Grocers stores make me feel happy. Good vibes from the employees and smiles by the customers tells me they are succeeding at their mission to offer organic food and products to the world.I've shopped at the Natural Grocers store on Oracle in Tucson and the Pueblo store is slightly larger and perhaps a bit more well-stocked. All of their stores share a common goal for providing great packaged food, supplements, and organic produce and do so perfectly.

My favorite place to get organic food that's not just your selection at the regular grocery store. I also love that I can find the all natural shampoo and Conditioner here, or else I'd have to buy it online.The store is always clean and easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.It is a place that I look forward to going to.

I've always have a good experience when I come here. The staff are well trained and always helpful in all areas of the store. The most recent re-model in doors is lovely. I'll be honest though, years ago when it was under the name of "Vitamin Cottage" the staff wasn't very friendly, which isn't the case anymore. I'm happy with the re-model, new staff and management.

Thank goodness for this great store in Pueblo! The organic fruits and veggies are consistently very fresh and delicious! The employees are the best ever! They are friendly and extremely helpful! We found this health food store on a road trip. Wish we had these in the Midwest! The selection was fantastic. We even found new flavors of Base Culture bread and Oasis humus. The two women working the checkouts were so helpful and friendly, too! Thank you! 🌸

I had questions about certain supplements, and the person who helped me was very very helpful, In answering all my questions. He gave me his undivided attention and was very genuinely interested in my questions. I believe he said his name is "Wallet". Well, I left the store with four bottles , thanks to the kind help from "Wally"

With a great manager and excellent staff this store maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organized staff. Everyone is super friendly and helpful!I have nothing but good things to say about my shopping experience here. I consider this to be the best place to shop for groceries in Pueblo.

Good customer service is one thing, but to sit and visit with a customer after the transaction is completed and you can see other people in line, AND your the only cashier, there’s a problem. So problem on management for having one resister open or problem with cashier knowing her boundaries?? More training on both ends it seems.

What a gem! They've got all the things grocers ought to have ~ and also all the things they do have ~ a very convenient combination! And those things don't cost any more than usual, either. And they sure were nice to this poet there ~ along with good food and organic cleanser she got a smile she didn't even pay for. 👍👌💖

Kimberlee was such a horrible cashier, I have always had a good experience with this store but for some reason she wouldn't let me and my husband just pay for a refill for our water. She sorta kept arguing with me about. My water jug had my name on it an evening but still charged us for the container. I had to ask another employee to give me my money back after this. I mean they have cameras you could clearly see we walked in with it. But she gave us a rude and aggressive attitude as soon as we walked up to her register. Hope to never get kimberlee again....

While it is a bit pricey, this Natural Grocers has a fantastic selection for everything you may need. Gluten free to dairy free and every sort of supplement or dietary help you may need.

Such a great re-do! It was always clean but this update makes it so pleasant and more like the upscale place that it is, with out the huge prices. They have plenty of staff that know the products and will stop what they are doing to help. They all seem to enjoy sharing what they enjoy about this store. Parking has increased and they have many more handicapped spaces. I also have noticed many employees have been there for many years, like Montana who is so helpful and always with a huge smile! While many are closing it's nice to see a great grocer is improving and staying!

If they are going to ask customers whether they want a receipt or not they need to warn them that there are no returns or exchanges without a receipt. Even though I am a member and gave them my phone number, they wouldn't let me exchange an item that I am allergic to for a different one of equal value. Congratulations on losing a loyal customer over nothing.Edit*After reaching out to customer service, I was given a refund. While I think they should stop asking customers if they want a receipt or not, I'm pleased they made amends in this instance.

I love the new store! Better selection and easy access. I can get in and out of the store. Improving the parking lot is happening now. Single line staging for check allows for first come first serve to multiple registers. No self-check out! Nice people. Very Good service.
