My dog has gone here for almost 2 years, so naturally when he was bit I at least expect the staff to care about my dog or care about loosing a client. My dog was bit on a Thursday, I received a call letting me know it was a small scratch, it was NOT a small scratch. I called Friday and was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Today Monday, my dog is swollen, even while we cleaned the wound daily he was infected. I called again, finally the manager speaks with me. Does not apologize, just agrees that the bite was not a small scratch. I asked for the dog that bit my dogs date of vaccination, the manager Erin, did not want to provideI am now at the vet who asked for the exact same thing, I let him know they wouldn’t provide me with this information. He called Erin and she once again refused to provide the date of vaccination. The vet is now calling Animal Control so this information can be released.I am so disappointed with the way they have handled this situation. A daycare is supposed to take care of pets not neglect them.!!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!

The BEST place to bring your dogs! The dogs get lots of fun playtime and so much love! You can tell everyone there truly cares about the dogs and their people. I don’t trust just anyone with my fur babies..there’s nobody better than Jori & Erin!

It’s the best place to bring your dogs! The staff is friendly and has no issues accommodating to my dogs needs! My boy comes home nice and tired at the end of the night because he plays so hard! One of the best places in town!

If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I was so devastated to hear of the mistreatment and absolute neglect for pups being looked after at this establishment and to think this would be a place I would consider to do business with. I would advise for those in this area to look into elsewhere for the proper care of their furry loved ones!

Very reasonably priced! My 3 dogs loved staying here for daycare and boarding. The owners and staff were so kind, friendly and very accommodating.

This doggy daycare is the best. They have accommodated my care requests at the last minute for two of my dogs when I was unable to find care. The staff truly care for your fur babies.

My Frenchie Mondo loves this place. He always comes home happy and tired from playing all day. They provide a very high level of care as well.

I am so thankful to have this place for my pup! My sweet Finn was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and we are trying to get his meds right/tracking seizures etc. I am a nervous wreck now leaving him at home or otherwise. Finn has been going to day care 3-4 days/week for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it. Today, however, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my boy was looked after. I cannot express how comfortable I feel leaving him there while at work - the staff are always great and attentive, communication is on point - overall, DEFINITELY recommend!

I will never take my dog there again! He got sick while he was there and no one bothered to tell me, now my other two dogs are sick as well. I've had to take all 3 of my dogs to the vet now. I called every day to check on my dog and was told different stories each day. One girl said he was eating and the next day a different girl said he wasn't eating. I asked them to give him a bath and clip his toenails and they couldn't even do that!!! I reminded them of it in text messages and over the telephone. There is a bad lack of communication amongst employees and customers going on there. My advice is to look around and find a better place to take your animals to.

Great place. They take care of your dog here. Amazing owners and staffUpdate 7 years later: I cant say enough about this place. My dog has been coming here for years, almost daily, and he loves it. There has never been a single issue ever. The owner and staff are caring and truly love dogs. This is the place to bring your dog for a fun time or stay! :)

I never ever leave reviews, I'm not that person, but I have to here...I'll keep it simple as I can. They lied to me regarding sleeping arrangements, told me I didn't see something on the cameras with my own eyes, and somehow blew through 25lbs of food in 2 days....but then changed story and actually didn't run out of food until 2 more days later...lots of dishonesty from this place. Also there was a kennel cough out break while my dogs were there, not sure how that happens when all dogs are to be vaccinated for it before boarding. The facility itself was fine, my dogs got a lot of outside time and there were plenty of activities and socialization opportunities, it was the management that was horrible. Won't be boarding again, nor recommending.

This was my first time kenneling my dogs, so I'm not sure if it's normal for them to be returned caked in dirt and mud 😳, but they part wasn't great. Otherwise, it was fine.

I am very pleased with my dog’s grooming. This is the first time that my husband and I have ever owned a dog that required grooming and we had no idea where to go. I had coworkers who highly recommended this location. I was able to get my dog in within a week and we were greeted with a big smile when we arrived. The receptionist was very friendly with our girl Penny and even helped me pick a length for her fur as stated before, this was our first time. She looked amazing when we picked her up and she was in high spirits with a wagging tail. I also felt that for the size of my dog, the price was more than fair. This place will absolutely have our business from here on out and I will recommend them any chance I get!

The staff in the grooming salon are all so sweet and professional! They are amazing with my two girls- one of which is an older dog that has knee problems and the other a rescue with anxiety. They always look and smell wonderful after their appointments. The prices are very reasonable also. We've found our forever groomers. Would recommend to everyone

I was nervous leaving my 2 dogs to be boarded for the first time and the nice lady up front told me to take a tour of the facility which was great. After dropping of the day we left after a couple hours I got pictures of my dogs playing with the other dogs and having a great time. That instantly put me at ease and it was greatly appreciated. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

Very protective of my dogs, especially since my pitty bull rescues has been through some very bad abuse and has lots of issues and ptsd and nightmares. It was so comforting knowing they were safe, warm, and taken care of. I could watch them on the cameras or call just to check on them. Thank you for easing my mind.

We love to use the self service dog wash to wash our giant black lab. The staff is always kind and remembers our pup even when it’s been waaaay too long since we’ve been in. They also take excellent care of grooming my mother-in-law’s dog and they’re so gently with her because she’s easily frightened. Definitely recommend.

I boarded my 2yr old kitty here for the holidays and I can say they were great with her! She had her own space while there and they would have playtime with her everyday. Very kind workers.

I have been using this facility for a number of years. I have boarded 2 dogs at Country Canine Resort, two to three times a year, 5 days at a time, FABULOUS people take excellent care of my dogs. I also take them to doggy day care 3-4 times a week. I have never had any issues. My dogs have a blast and when they come home they are tuckered out. I love bringing my dogs here because I trust every single person from the owners to the young ladies who work the kennels. I also get these same two dogs groomed, more like just a bath after being outside, once a week. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great place to board your dogs, daycare is convenient and wears my pup out, which I appreciate! The grooming department is great too, gentle with our old girl and are able to take out a lot of her undercoat with their deshed process. Highly recommend

A Country Canine Resort took exceptional care of my dog while visiting CO from out of state. They were able to accommodate him on a whim. They made sure he took his medicine daily, kept his ear (wound) clean, and made certain he ate his food (he tends to be anxious in new places). They provided thorough updates when I called to check in and communicated effectively when they were uncertain about something. I highly recommend them for boarding/daycare.

Absolutely wonderful! My fur babies love it here and they love to play with the other doggies.We have recently moved to Oklahoma and when we come home to visit we bring the dogs all the way to board them here! The camera app is amazing so you can see your pups playing in the yard and having such a great time.I won't take my babies anywhere else!
