I can't say enough goodness about this place. I've been bringing my babies,Sonny and Chica for years. My Sonny boy has had chronic ear infections his whole life. The groomer, Christina, is amazing!!! She always goes above and beyond to care for him like I'm sure many wouldn't. She loves my babies and they love her. Especially Sonny. Without her I wouldn't be able to keep my baby cleaned up how he needs. Love all the staff, but Christina has our hearts. Thank you all ❤️

I rather enjoyed the experience here. My dog jumped right in and I went to washing. I love the fact that they have a rinse and clean option. (The clean has a citrus wash, oatmeal, conditioner and something else) and if you don't want to use the clean option they give you bottles of the cleansers as well. Only thing is its in a separate room and there was left over hair so it was blowing everywhere as I was drying off my dog. Other then that the experience was great.

My little guy absolutely loves this place and the workers! Which makes me feel all the more comfortable leaving him behind while I run errands etc.He was groomed nicely, came out smelling super clean and the staff was very professional, kind, and reassuring he was in good hands! I’ll definitely be coming back and using them as his monthly groomer from now on!

3 dogs, all been groomed here, wow! Best groomers EVER! I have 2 small dogs, I get so many compliments on them, they look and smell fabulous after going here. My large dog gets bathed and brushed, and looks great too. So pleased will never go elsewhere! Very friendly too. Caring and kind!

The staff and crew take great care and show kindness and love to my pups when they go to get a bath and their nails cut. The owner is very devoted and gentle and loving with all the pups. She would bend over backwards for them to make them feel safe and comfortable. Thanks girls!!!!

My son and I took our puppy in for Self Service Grooming Bath and Dry! We had a fun time! The price was affordable, while we had access to a deep tub, soap, towels, brushes, and dryer and other items. We will be back 🐶

I have a Rottie and he has hip problems this location has what we need, minus the place having been used prior to us it was super dirty from the last customer we didn't notice until I turned on the dryer which was clogged with hair and the hair that was hidden under the tub and above seemed to make almost impossible to fully groom him. (Update!) I took Reptar back in for a wash that was compensated and was definitely satisfied with the experience, everything was clean and ready to go!

I was in desperate need of my dog getting a haircut and this place was able to get him in last minute, not to mention they had 5 stars so I figured I was in luck. Two visits later and he still doesn't have the correct haircut, even after showing them a picture. I have a pomeranian and we always get the lions mane cut but this place couldn't quite get it. Very friendly and flexible staff but only recommend very basic cuts for your pet here.

I have been taking my fur baby there for several years. They do a great job. My baby has a ton of hair so it takes a while and he always looks gorgeous. I get so many compliments on him.

I have been going here for a few years with few problems, but after what happened this time, not likely. They snipped the tip of my dog's tail. They let me know, at least, but when I got him home, I looked more carefully: his entire breach area was covered with razor-burn!! He looks like a 5 year old cut his hair!!

I am in shock that they were able to clip my rottie's nails! She hates her feet to be touched and is skittish with strangers . They did both my dogs without incident. I am very impressed!

They shaved the guard hairs on my long hair dog. Any groomer should know not to shave guard hairs.

I used to take my dogs here for daycare but after having my dogs boarded here for a week while on vacation, I will never bring them back. Numerous things wrong during their stay and my one dog came home with a upper respiratory infection, the owner claimed it was from the wind.... Bad experience overall.

An awesome place to take your dog to self bathe. The tubs are deep and there's plenty of shampoos to choose from. The price is also very fair.

I thought I found a good groomer but I didn't took my dog to be groomed and 33 minutes later she was dead I believe she was given something to calm her but I have no proof but beware if you take your dog there

Gorgeous. My cat looks absolutely fabulous. I received master grooming and expert advice for her dry skin. I will definitely return.
