Nick was such a great bartender! All around chill vibes, great tunes, wonderful selection of brews for every taste. Can’t wait to come back!!! I had the Michelada and it was a perfect late morning drink!

My wife and I discovered this brewpub shortly after noon while travelling home Sunday. We were happy to learn that it was dog friendly, but it was such a windy and chilly day that we had to leave Pete in the truck and head inside. The bartender was super friendly and welcoming, and their beer selection was very good. After tasting a couple of options, we both enjoyed a pint of our choice. And the burgers from the food truck were the best! We will be back soon hopefully! I highly recommend this place!!

I had a Tres Amigos in Alamosa from Rubi Slipper. My family and I thought we'd check out the brewery on our way back through Poncha Springs since I was headed that direction. Glad we did! Fantastic brewery with great beers (can always judge a brewery on their lagers like kolsch or pilsner and theirs is good->great), good IPAs, but their barrel aged dark beers are the real gems. Their recent oil man stout used ex bourbon and rye barrels from Laws Whiskey House who I am also a big fan of and live close to. Very good. My father in law loved their London porter which was also good. They had wine and some variety for those that want it, not a full bar though. Seems to have some great food that I'll have to check out when I'm back this way again for the Dunes another visit

Absolutely excellent beer! Great indoor and outdoor space, very friendly staff. We tried all of the stouts and the barrel aged. My favorites were the Senorita Mexican Stout and Oil man. Loved those so much we bought cans to go. The great thing about these barrel aged brews (all of them) was the whiskey infusion from the barrels was not so overwhelming that it hid the original beer flavor.

Lovely place to stop and get some tasty beers. When we were here, they had a wet hopped ipa and a mosaic ipa along with their staple offerings. Both were amazing.Awesome atmosphere, super friendly staff, and an amazing merchandise selection! I'll definitely be stopping here whenever I'm in the area in the future.

Among all the places in Colorado one may have a beer or two, Elevation Brewing is one of the VERY FEW I'm willing to drive hours for. Staff is always down to Earth, friendly and willing to talk skiing/climbing and such. The beer has always been spot on. With amazing stand outs like Oil Man on tap.Well balanced, great flavors and never weak or watered.Make this place a trip.

Not the most attractive of buildings on the outside but nice decor inside. The beer and the service were wonderful as well. Nice outdoor seating area with service to Sonny's food truck, which offers amazing brisket nachos!

Amazing local brewery! Enjoy the recently renovated tap with reclaimed wood bar and tables, including 100+ year old tractor seats. A true original. Brews are as original. I particularly enjoy the Tres Amigos!

Elevation Beer Company is one of those no-doubt five star breweries in this part of Colorado. Service was genuinely welcoming and you could tell they really enjoyed their job. As far as the beer goes, you are going to find both quantity AND quality here which I find can be rare for a place of this size. There were at LEAST 3 barrel-aged beers on tap including a quad and a really good imperial stout. If you are traveling through the area or live in Colorado and haven't been here yet, you definitely want to put this on your "want to go" list.

Elevation is exactly what a Colorado micro brewery should be! They are community oriented and it shows by the quality and numbers of committed locals! A broad selection of draft suds as well as a cooler of to go sizers and big bottles. Really good beer in fact! Chill atmosphere both inside and on the outdoor patio. I look forward to my yearly summer visits, thanks for the solid suds and hospitality!

One of my favorite Southern Colorado breweries. Delicious beers and a relaxed vibe. Well worth a visit or seven.

The food truck was lovely, service was stellar, truthful and kind - even sent me with rubber bands so my weird wrap-up job made it home safe (re-toasted fries in pic). Also beer = YUM.

Great place to stop and try some good beers. Lots of outside seating that’s shaded, and there’s a semi-permanent food truck parked out there that makes great stuff. The staff is friendly, and talked me through the tasting order of my flight. I’ll absolutely go back!

One of the best breweries I've been to. Driving from Durango up to Denver and it was a great pit-stop along the way. Beers were amazing including this great stout and a salty Mexican lime lager!

Great quiet and personal atmosphere, with a daily food truck. Their bartenders are wonderful. I really like two of their beer options (barrel aged quad & stout); my wife likes much more of their options. They have a small indoor space, but a very large enclosed (& heated) outdoor space...even in the middle of the winter. We take our kids (they have A&W root beer) and bring card games after skiing at Monarch. Great place to stop as you pass through Poncha Springs.

My husband and I stopped in on our way to Denver this past weekend (3/4/2023) and had a wonderful time. We met the owner, Christian Koch, and he made us feel very welcome. We had our 10 month old son and from the moment we walked in knew this was the place for our family. On our next trip through the area we will for sure stop back by as this is a brewery that is very family friendly. Thanks again for the awesome experience. Cheers!
