After moving to Monument we needed a new dog grooming place. Took our two adorable dogs: Maggie the Sweet and Kind and her brother, Milo the Magnificent, to the Petsmart's Monument grooming shop. They seemed happy and looked great when I picked them up. Only downside and why I didn't rate 5 stars is that the bow they put on Maggie was so tightly wound that it caused a massive tangle that I had to cut out days later. Next time I'll ask them to be more careful if they add a bow.

When I went to pick up my little girl she looked good from what I could see as she was wiggling all over. When I got her home and she finally settled I could see where she was choppy. Done areas looked like brick layers. I asked to shorten length on ears. They weren't. I told the hall to not touch her tail except for the tip to be shortened. It was chopped up all over like a toddler got ahold of it. Her back was uneven. My appointment was at 3 and was asked if I could bring her in sooner because they were closing early, which was fine but I've never known I groomer to do a haircut and bath in an hr.
