This place must have a lot of theft because staff certainly watches one suspiciously.I learned that the shelf price tags are what Top Value paid for the product, then 10% is added to that price that the shopper pays - so one must do math to arrive at actual price.I've had to fetch shelf tag for something that was on sale at a more reduced price, but at register it rang up as full price, so one must be vigilant with sale items ringing up correctly so as to not be overcharged.Also, when Safeway is out of kombucha, Top Value seems to have it, though not much of it, but it's there.

WARNING ⚠ WARNING ⚠ WARNING ⚠This place is stealing money from its customers and community.They add a " Surcharge " to your bill before the regular taxes..My bill on Saturday 10/14/23..Total before$178.13$ 17.81 " Surcharge " $5.88 city taxes $5.09 County taxes $.20 state taxes.Total after all that $ 207.11.$17.81 of that was " Surcharge ".I called and asked what this " Surcharge " was . The lady told me it was to pay thier employees and utilities.1. They don't offer bags or boxes to put your groceries in.2. No one will help bag your groceries if you do bring your own bags.3. Rude employees.The prices are not any lower than Walmart.So I ask you....Why am I responsible for paying your employees or paying your utilities?????

Honestly you have to share a truck accident sometimes I leave it in such poor condition it take for several hours longer than it should so i rate one star 👍

Great for low costs of food for stocking home. Staff always cheerful even if tired. Help is always around the corner if you need it as well. The pharmacy is wonderful, they know you personally and help with issues and questions. One of the best pharmacies I've ever known. The store has much to offer in food though it's geared to southwest type. So, your certain Chinese ingredient may not arise here. But for many if us, the store is staple to help us eat well do to its many low cost items. Even household items and animal items can be found at low costs. Come take a look and say yes a 10 lb bag of potatoes for $2.99 is what I like. Oh, there's more.

Great staff, and the sales on meat are awesome, and if you get there early enough the cuts are great. The downside being that if you do your shopping later in the afternoon the meat rack can become bare, but still a great place.

False advertising on prices. You DO NOT pay the price each item is marked!! You pay 10% more. When I called about the 10% surcharge at the bottom of my ticket, I was told that the surcharge paid for their employees and the light bill.Very misleading almost to the limit of the law,

It's a very clean grocery store that also has a pharmacy. The prices are okay and the meat is okay. has a pretty big produce section other you have to be careful because sometimes you'll get tricked into buying something that's bad. All I know is a grocery store.
