This place is so western eclectic!!! Adorable ❤ The food was amazing. One of us had the chicken wrap, another the BLAT (BLT with avocado... came with a side salad not pictured) and another the chicken quesadilla. The price was great (~9-10/meal) and the portion sizes appeared normal but we couldn't finish the whole meal, so we were happy. (We do eat more at dinner than lunch usually- and this was lunch, so consider that). Would eat here again in a heartbeat!

What a great piece of History, my room was clean and up dated with beautiful antique furniture the bathroom had a claw tub, they have a gathering room with a microwave and coffee and tea makers, I would like to go back and stay in each and every room so unique and full of History with great people.

Was in here last week. I had the breakfast skillet, smothered. The sad thing was that the meat had kinda mealy texture to it. As though it had been held in salty water to stay at temp till it was used. The service was exceptional. Nice place and clean. I would go back and give then another try for sure.

A classic small town Cafe with pretty darn good food. I definitely recommend stopping here for breakfast or lunch if you are in town. it's also housed in a historic building with the Meeker Hotel, certainly worth checking out that too while you're there.*Update: still very good in 2022! The sausage gravy might use a little more sausage, but I highly recommend the skillet otherwise.

I had chicken fries steak. DELICIOUS! My husband had the French dip. We both enjoyed the excellent beef. Our servers were charming. The only thing we never got was the toast. But, we certainly feel that was minor.

Loved everything about this old historical cafe! Service was fast. Food was very good. Servings were plentiful. We were vacationing in the area so came back a second time later in the week. The atmosphere was pretty cool with their old fashioned wooden bar, mounted heads of bull elk and moose (HUGE). Be sure to check out the adjoining banquet room and hotel lobby with all their mounted wild animals and interesting photographs.

This is a very pleasant little cafe in a very historical old building. I had lunch here, a Southwest-style Quesadilla and it was very good. The others in my group were generally happy with their sandwiches. The service was quite attentive. The vibe was welcoming. I would stop here again anytime I'm passing through.

I have came to this restaurant for several years. I have always enjoyed it. A few years ago I think some new folks bought the place out, so it changed a bit. The food is this good. Especially after a long long day of hunting or fishing. Don't order the BBQ. Its old.not same day. Instead order the double cheeseburger. It's amazing.

Portions were decent. Prices were OK. Waitress was friendly enough. Soda was only $2. Onion rings tasted like frozen and chicken sandwich was dry and the avocado looked bad. the wait for our food was kind of long despite being the only people in there when we ordered and it was kind of dirty. The curtain behind my head had crusted food on it and didn’t look like it had been washed recently. There was also food and debris on the floor despite not being busy.

Loved our 2 night stay at this charming old hotel. If you want upscale and fancy this isn't it. If you like historic buildings, beautiful antique decor, quiet clean rooms and friendly staff this place is perfect. Cafe next store good food at very reasonable prices. Loved the fun old building quirks, even the squeaky stairs. Only complaint is not coat hangers in rooms. Would absolutely come back

We were in town for hunting, and choose to stay at the meeker hotel. I wish we'd eaten at the cafe on day one!!! Instead we didn't try it until our last couple days. SO. GOOD. Despite it being their busiest time of the day (when all the hunters come back from the day), AND staffing shortages, the staff was to notch!!! Service was quick, friendly, and the food was so fresh, full of flavour and texture, and quick! I was amazed. The staff deserves big praise and a raise!! Get the steak quesadilla atleast once!!!!! I hope the cafe and hotel stay open for many years to come because we won't want to go anywhere else 😍

Fast service, amazing fries, yummy green chili, great pie. Very affordable kids’ meals. Eclectic old west Victorian decor, including hunting trophies. This place has been a landmark since the 1890s.

Came in around Christmas time and had a fantastic meal. Social distancing was set up nicely in the diner and the waiter service was great. Southwestern burger, country fried steak, and french dip were all delicious and had a "from scratch" feel that I haven't had at a restaurant in a while.
