One of the coolest and funky stores I've ever seen. My daughter, whose fashion model is kind of Stevie Nicks old school, loved it. It's also your store for all things Steampunk too! But it's a lot more than clothes. Lots of knick knacks and historical stuff as well as local brews and sodas. Very very cool place.

Love this place. Love to bring visitors from around the country and world there. So fun and full of beautiful new and vintage items. Classy clothes to re-boot people into wearing gorgeous clothing and having beautiful things. The kids loved it, and here are a few pics of the angels with the matching Dillinger hats! Just heard they will be having food trucks starting next week!

The owners Bruce and Holly are warm, knowledgeable, and love what they do! This place is a genuine Colorado treasure, and worth every minute of the drive out. We didn't even make it back home before my partner started getting compliments on the street for her beautiful new hat. Come visit, and bring your friends!

This place is so cool! Such a fixture of Masonville. I got my wedding dress here 17 years ago, and they still have such cute selections. So many cool western themed clothes, items that have a lot of character, and a bunch of snacks and trinkets.

Super friendly folks and far more interesting than it appears. So many cool and interesting pieces for costuming, conventions, and just dressing up. Fun steampunk gear. Also it's a mercantile so a good selection of drinks and snacks. Can't ask for much more.

OMG go see the Marshall's holding jail! Personable owner. Eclectic goods of all sorts for sale. 1800's Antiques to modern replicas fill this store from wall to wall! Stop in, get a cold drink, sodas, beers, energy drinks too.They're putting the business up for sale soon, check it out while you can.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's like stepping in to the past. Great items from every era and even a bridal boutique! The staff is awesome! You can grab a snack and get a blast back in time. It's such a gem! The little outdoor museum across the street is great!

Great, fun, little place to stop on a motorcycle ride. Rest room is a port-o-john which is perfectly fine. I bought a Coke in a glass bottle and it was exactly what I needed for the remainder of the ride home.

Quaint little shop up in the hills. Recommend checking it out. There really is no other place quite like it!!!Be sure to walk around in the field across from the shop. Many interesting sculptures to check out.My kids love seeing the historic jail and the “prisoners” that remain inside.

A happy little surprise. My group stopped here in the morning before heading up the mountain pass nearby, and since they weren't open yet enjoyed the outside first. It was fun, historical, and seemed eclectic and interesting. On the way back down, we stopped again to go inside and we were blown away. I expected a small room with some gas station swag, but the building was beautiful, fun, and just kept going further back. We talked to an employee about the history of the building, the clothing shop, how haunted it was, and fell for this little spot.I'm looking forward to coming back with my family on a day trip to shop in the clothing boutique and grab a snack for the road.

It's hard to describe this local treasure. When you walk in, it feels like you're walking into a little bit of history. The variety of items for sale doesn't fit any particular category. The period clothing though..... its amazing. Such a fun place to browse, and we almost always leave with something! Definitely worth stopping in to check it out!

I didn't go inside as my mom wasn't feeling good. Cute place. Loved the old farm equipment and village across the street. Took lots of pictures. A couple teenagers wanted their picture taken so I had the girl throw her bro in jail. Just a fun place to take family. I'm sure the store is great too. I'd definitely go back.

Very nice little store. There is so much to see everywhere you look. A mixture of antiques and trinkets along with modern victorian clothes. They sell local honey also. The lady at the counter is very welcoming and nice. Worth a stop and see.

This place is cool stop in and check it out. Lots of antique goodies. a very cool burlesque type area in the back with corsets and beautiful threads from an earlier time. Across the street is a field full of history ranging from old wagons to rusted plows. Enjoy a step back in time in this shop.

This place could do a thriving trade if it was a general store but it seems to sell tourist stuff. I only wanted coffee to go and a six pack for later, neither of which they had. No gas out the front either. Would be fewer stars but the lady behind the counter was great.

This place is fantastic. Vintage type clothing, t-shirts and other souvenirs. We had so much fun trying on hats, the staff encourages hands on. Definitely will stop when I'm back in Colorado.

I actually didn't go into the Mercantile. Across the street is a really cool open area with statues and old era props where the public can take pictures. It's a small attraction but kinda cute.

This is a really cool store - I stopped in the other day while on my way to a camping trip and was surprised to find a wide and diverse collection of formal wear. I ended up finding a shirt I really liked for my upcoming wedding, but it wasn't in stock in my size. Holly helped me find a similar shirt in different sizes, and once we found the right size she special ordered the shirt for me and had it delivered to my home before my wedding. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for fancy or fun clothing or just wants to visit to look at some cool collectible items.

Very neat, unique items in this small mountain town store. Very pricey, but worth a look anyway. Friendly staff answered some questions we had about the area and was glad to give assistance when we were curious about things in the store.
