The manager was extremely rude telling me to take my Hoodie off so the cameras can see my face. I have never went to a rinky dink family dollar where you have a Karen like that running the store. I went in to buy some socks but was too disgusted with the store manager to continue my purchase. She is basically insinuating everyone is stealing and I will never go back to this place again Thank God I don't live in this town.

Mandy the store manager is a practicing Satanist so do not expect anything resembling "good" or any form of the word from this location. No customer service, no kindness, no honesty. Very combative atmosphere and blatant disregard for other human beings.

One of those locations that refuse to comply with corporate policy regarding restrooms for paying customers by saying they are for employees only. This store really astonished me this week when I witnessed them refuse to let a child that was obviously physically disabled use their "employee only" restroom which is actually against the law here. The restroom accessibility act requires that retail establishments allow persons with disabilities or illness that require quick restroom access to use their employee bathrooms in this state. Those women were poor excuses for human beings that day. Truly sad display to see.

Long line's only one person on registers when there are two to three people staffed. Impulse item shelf in the way of registers. Boxes from last truck from two days prior not put away. Not stocked real well. Also an employee likes to look through all loose change when giving change back.

I have severe bladder problems due to a surgery I had and went inside to ask if I needed a key for the restroom. The gentleman at the counter told me “ we had to close the restrooms due to COVID”So instead of cleaning the bathrooms properly and more times a day, (like every other business) Their job. Instead of doing their job, they made the choice to not let their customers use the bathroom.Needles to say I did not make it to the restroom and completely embarrassed myself.I will NOT under any circumstance return to this family dollar.

I've been working there since August and if you do not have a flexible schedule don't plan on applying. I asked the store manager that makes the schedules, if she could schedule me for days because my son needed to go to daycare. Now mind you I am a single mom of a 2 year old. Her answer was "Not happening because its not fair to the other employees." There's just always a whole bunch of unnecessary drama, and the management sucks, thats why people don't stay there for over 3 months.

(Las Animaa, Colorado store) No bathroom for paying customers, not even for an emergency!! I live 25 minutes out of town, so I had a buggy full of stuff. I am an older woman who has bladder issues. But the girl working Sunday morning, June 27 said she could loose her job if she let me use the bathroom, even for an emergency!! Dollar General from now on!!

Not the best family dollar I have ever been to.the store itself is very hectic and random, you can barely even fit a shopping cart at the checkout. Every time I buy a pack of soda, for some reason every one is flat as can be. Wouldn't recommend buying soda from here or using the bathroom. The bathrooms are always pretty gross and dirty, floors smudged and black, and the toilets are NEVER CLEAN. Everything else is just like every other family dollar.

I like Family Dollar because it's close to my house and also cheaper on the prices on there stuff. I like there clothes & other things I buy too. & it's clean too. And the worker's that work there are polite.

This store is by far the worst in Customer service the assistant managers lie and contradict what they say. I will no longer shop there and encourage others to not support Family dollar as well.
