The room was great and the bed was comfortable. We got in late and the gentleman with the dark hair and beard that checked us in was great. Good location with a really good breakfast place across the street. The price for the room is fantastic for how nice the room and hotel are. Dog freindly is a huge plus. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Would I return? DefinitelyGranted without going closer to Denver, this general area does not have many lodging accommodations nearby, soonAnyway, we were promptly greated and checked in!Our rooms were pristine in nature!New & clean carpet, clean bedding free of any mystery stains or tears.The same goes for the bathroom, clean and free of even a single hint of soap scum or mold anywhere.Breakfast was quite descent and the price for the stay very reasonable.

My first stay here and it was fantastic. The staff was polite, accommodating, and constantly helpful from the moment I called just past midnight to check for openings on the busy holiday weekend, all the way to the courtesy late checkout due to my ride being delayed to pick me up. It was a pleasure speaking with each and every staff member that I encountered and they were always willing to assist in whatever way they could. I honestly have not seen this level of hospitality at any inn / hotel / suite or even BnB of any caliber in MANY years. I felt like I was having a stay at a place like I remember from childhood travels. Thank you for an amazing stay, I look forward to staying again.

The manager and the employees have been so understanding with the fact that myself, my daughter, and grandson became homeless and these amazing people helped in every way they could. The rooms are very beautiful and very clean. There are a few convient stores and places to eat. Two gas stations as well. I will always recommend here every time!! The manager Hunter was the most amazing. Jojo and then the red headed employee (sorry didn't know name) were the most amazing and helpful. Having a 3 month old and I myself has cancer they made everything so easy with us and I can't say enough about those three. Never once did they treat us badly even when baby was up all night crying due to teething and tummy ache!!!

This hotel really is good for the $$$ the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Thank you Cobblestone Inn for making our trip to Kersey tolerable!

A piece of metal was sticking out of one of the bed frames about 6-7 inches and my wife sliced her leg open on it, and when I sat on the other bed the whole mattress lifed up because the box spring was broken. When I went to reception the young man at the counter didn't seem very concerned and was reluctant to give new room. Before we left that room my wife hit her leg again on that piece of metal and so did my daughter. At checkout I informed another receptionist about our issues and was told she would bring it up to management and I should expect a call from them, which I did not.

I cant give enough awesome reviews about this place. Emily at the front desk took such good care of me. I was stuck and strapped on $$ and her and Mayra went out of they're way to make sure I didn't sleep in my car tonight. No hotel I called would take my moms credit card. She lives out of state. These ladies at cobblestone inn took the time work with my mom step by step through the process that the hotel provides for such cases as these. Every time I stay here, I'm shown great customer service. More than that, compassion, patience, comfort, cleanliness and smiles 😁 thank you so much

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful, however, the first room we got sent too was already occupied and we walked in on a man in the room who looked just as surprised as we did. Once we went back down to the lobby the staff apologized because there wasn't supposed to be anyone in the room. The staff quickly fixed the situation.

I’m used to staying are your higher end hotels but there wasn’t anything else available so I stayed at the Cobblestone inn & suites and I did not regret it, very comfortable and very clean compared to some of the other high end hotels. The staff was great and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thank you 👍🏽

The lady that checked us in was very rude. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere outside, broken glass all over the parking lot. They will charge you without your authorization and instead of asking you to leave bc they dont allow certain pets, they will just makeup a fee and charge as they see fit, over 2,000$ in this case...plus they have double charged us 2 weeks in a row on top of pulling out a daily fee for a whole week. They dont communicate any issues they have, no phone call to the room or to your private cell number, no note on the door. Locked me out of my room so that I would have to come to the front desk and be bombarded by 3 staff members. If you have the Do Not Disturb sign up for too long they use a "3 day wellness check" as an excuse to get in to your room.Our room was clean, we use our own towels, we are quiet. Our privacy was invaded and our debit card has been seriously abused....they are still charging us days after checking out!Photos of our room, taken upon checkout...no damages! Clean!

Nice hotel, but the wifi is terrible. Lack of elevator is a violation of the ADA for those in wheelchairs. Very kind and helpful staff, but at $120 a night, the wifi should be fast and nearly perfect. Don't waste your money.

Surprisingly a really nice motel. Clean, well kept, great water pressure. I'd definitely go back. I would recommend this motel. It's not a 5 star $1,000 a night motel. But very nice and reasonably priced.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this hotel. I stayed overnight with a $91 charge. Signed the slip for that amount. On my debit card the next day was a charge for $450. I was told that it was held for incidentals. Took 5 days to take the hold off. Now...over a month later they charged me another $91 when I wasn't even in the state of Colorado. Do NOT STAY HERE!

The good,Checked in and the battery in the door went dead with the luggage in the room, Monica did everything she could to get the door open, she did find a key to open the door and got them moved to a new room. The bad, management did not respond to Monias requests for help and forget about maintenance, they are no help.
