This is my first time getting an rx with them, I absolutely love how kind everyone is there. I want to shout out Whitney, she went above and beyond to get my prescription and had a big smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Whitney for going above and beyond. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.

I am SO grateful for the individual care given to me from Good Day Pharmacy! I can count on being helped by the very kind employees and expert knowledge when it comes to prescriptions. I have been particularly impressed with Bianca and Ashley's help as I prepare for a trip to Africa. They have ordered vaccines they don't have on hand, and have been so helpful in scheduling and knowing what I need. And several are at NO COST, due to changes on January 1, 2023. I couldn't ask for more personable and knowledgeable employees who really care about ME!

Good customer service is number one. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but some things just aren’t acceptable. It’s OK to be stressed or to be having a bad day, but to roll eyes, be passive aggressive and just overall extremely rude is not. We all have bad days.I called around noon to request a refill. As someone who has been in customer service for a long time, I am very conscious on how I speak to costumers and other people in general. I had been having a pretty bad day myself and pulled up the pharmacy with two black eyes from an injury and have been running all over the place with work.Usually they does not take very long so I drove from Greeley to Johnstown and waited for an hour before even driving to the window to check. She did mention over the phone that they would send a text when it was ready but I never get texts and it usually doesn’t take very long so I thought I would drive through the drive-through just to ask for an update on the status so I knew how to plan my day out.When I pulled up to the window, she immediately recognized my name. I could have sworn she rolled her eyes but maybe I was seeing things and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I was right in town and figured it would be easier to just ask in person. I was not upset and am understanding, but I wanted to have a backup plan in case I couldn’t adjust my day and wanted to try to get my antidepressants before I went a 24 hour period without them. She had said that it would either be ready at 4:30 or five and said there was like “100” people in front of me. Nobody bothered to update me. I asked for an emergency dosage which I have had to do one other time because anyone who takes anti-depressants can suffer severe effects by missing doses.With my crazy work schedule, I have already been off on my dosages all week. *update, now I’m going three days without because they aren’t even open during the weekend.*She said I wasn’t allowed to have one since there is was prescription in. And yes there was a prescription in, but I knew that I was most likely not going to be able to get back in Johnstown for another day. I didn’t even have the energy to fight her on it. I told her that I was only asking because I wanted to plan my day around it.( It wasn’t to be rude or impatient.)I too have had bad days at work but from reading the reviews this is not the first time. I hate leaving these reviews but I can’t respect a bad attitude.

I don't quite understand why every single person that works in this pharmacy has to be so rude all the time. So unfortunate that this is one of the only pharmacies in our town. When you have sick people coming to you for medication that is necessary for minor sickness or terminal illness it would be nice if it could be met with a friendly face or at minimum, compassion little compassion and a a good attitude.

Hi my name is John A chacon, I have been using good day pharmacy in johnstown Colorado for the last 5 years. And have been more than satisfied with the service I have gotten. All the staff is very friendly and alwas helpful. They are nevered rushed and take the time to help with any questions I have had. They have a very personal touch. Make me feel welcome. I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. I From being slow to being rude to not having my medication when they say they will to not filling the right amount… This week my doctor called in a script on Wednesday. Called to check on it Friday they said it couldn’t be filled till the next day, went in the next day and it wasn’t in stock so have to go back on Monday. I cannot wait until the king soopers is built on 60 and be done with them.

I was treated w complete lack of respect when I was trying to solve a problem in a professional manner. After given my prescription the pharmisist turned her back on me and would not answer my questions. I was lied to earlier in the day. Once when I called and again when I stopped by in person. It wasn't til the 3rd visit in person when they answered questions. It's because they knew I was right and had no words to come back nor wanted to admit they were wrong and apologiz. I will be filing a formal complaint and taking this furtherProfessionals in control of our health should not be able to act with such misconduct.

It’s convenient but the tech with all of the tattoos is very rude. Not sure if I want to keep my prescriptions at that location. Not sure if she’s just having a bad day or she is that way in general. I was out of town when my RX was sent and when I got back I went back to work and go in before they open and get out after they open so I called to make sure it was ready and they said both were here. I asked about my other rx and since it was filled over 10 days ago they put it back. I called just a few hours before showing up saying I’ll be there to get it. When I asked the tech was pretty rude and had her attitude from the start and let me know why it was put back. If people don’t like their job or working with people then don’t do that job. Poor customer service.

The staff at Good day pharmacy has great customer service skills and are able to answer all of our questions regarding our medication. The staff knows us by name makes us very comfortable with their fast and speedy service, and they always ask how I'm doing and how my husband's doing and that they seem to care a lot about their customers. During this rough time that we are going through they are going beyond to make customers feel at ease and that there's hope at the end of the tunnel.

Stop, truly look at this review.Do not get your prescriptions filled here. If they don't have your medication, they hold your prescription so no other pharmacy can fill it. A basic medicine like Tamiflu, they don't have and they won't let another pharmacy fill it for you. Don't waste your time, don't put your prescription in here, if they don't have it they leave you sick and medicationless.

I called in a prescription for a medication that I have been using for awhile now. I was told that my insurance would no longer cover the meds if they were not sent to their specific pharmacy. I was shocked! I have been using good day pharmacy for years and even picked up the same rx there. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and offered to fill 2 of my rx for 90s through their discount and gave me the number to the insurance pharmacy company to have this fixed. Thank you so much ROBBY!!! You were so nice and helpful!!!!

I would like to publicly recognize the staff at Good Day pharmacy in Johnstown as they truly deliver exceptional service every time I fill a prescription! I recently had delays in insurance covering a prescription and the staff spent so much time on the phone with my doctor's office, my insurance, and keeping me updated as well. They went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Everyone here is always so friendly, respectful, and polite! All of my families monthly prescriptions are autofilled on time and any drop offs never take more than 30-45 minutes to fill, but usually closer to 20 minutes as they definitely value everyone's time!I do want to point out that I have used this pharmacy off and on for 7 or 8 years and I used to dread going because after giving them hours to fill a prescription, I would then wait in line for sometimes 30 minutes just to be told that they still did not have my prescriptions ready so whatever changes they have made in the last 6 month or so have been amazing!

Even though I live in another town, I come here quite often because they always have the ONE kind of rescue inhaler in stock that my insurance covers. The drive through is also super convenient when I have my dog with me and he usually gets a treat or two.The staff is always friendly and will chat with me at the window or counter, unless there is a long wait, which is understandable. They always fill my prescription the same day and have an automated service that lets you know when it's filled. My insurance offers a home delivery RX program but I always refuse it because I would rather go to Good Day!

Updating a previous negative review as I’ve had a much better experience at the Good Day pharmacy for more than a year now. They are very prompt with prescription refills and their process is much faster. The drive-thru moves a lot quicker as well. Keep up the great work.

Got both of my Moderna COVID vaccinations at this location and I must say, as much as I’m deathly afraid of needles and shots, Ashleigh was FANTASTIC!!! She was very calming and put me completely at ease. All future vaccinations and pharmacy needs will be made through this Good Day location because of her. Wonderful job!!!

I'm using my husband's account to write this review so this is actually Emily Kellogg. If I could give this pharmacy less than a one star I would! And I should've wrote this review years ago ... literally bad experience every time I come and I come monthly. Staff is beyond slow and rude. Something is also wrong with my order each time top it off! I've read the responses, and I know it's not their intention to provide bad service but the staff needs education on how to provide friendly and knowledgeable service. I'm a nurse and never treat my patients that way even if I'm having a bad day! I'll be moving my pharmacy to Firestone as soon as my child's prescription renews unless things change.

Update: The evening of this, after my review went live, the pharmacy manager called me and sincerely apologized and assured me they're going to work to resolve these issues and to educate the techs. I've been in twice and without issues, but I also haven't been in when there was a line. I do believe the pharmacy was sincere and will do better.Just had the worst experience at a pharmacy ever. The tech was nice and knowledgeable and did everything she should for me. But there was a line and taking care of me they started calling other people up from the line. None of the people in line perscriptions were ready so they all just ended up crowded around me. Each one within arms length. A nice older man, a woman and her child, another woman with children. TERRIBLE situation A) for someone with social anxiety and B) I had ZERO privacy when discussing my meds and their prices. I even told the tech that this was the most uncomfortable pharmacy situation and she spoke softer but she should have told the people who were waiting to go wait! Who does that? Who crowds around someone instead of sitting down and waiting!? Good Day might be the only pharmacy in Johnstown but I'll be seriously considering switching my meds to the nearest Walgreens.

I am done with Good Day for good this time. My prescription today is not done after being sent electronically 5 hours ago. The clerk said there was a few in front of it yet. We quit using them for our regular stuff a couple years ago because the service was terrible. The people are just generally not helpful or rude. We live in Johnstown but it is a lot less frustrating to just run into Loveland.

Always fast and efficient when you get to the front of the line. Only complaint may or may not be there fault...there is always that one person who needs to drop of 17 things either in the drive threw on in line that brings everyone else to a screeching halt. Wish there was the ability to have to have like a express lane for people who know what they want and are not going to ask any questions.

Apparently this place doesn’t have a phone. I went to pick up a prescription yesterday and was told it needed to be ordered and would be here today. I go to pick it up and am now being told it cannot be ordered there. First and last time I try and use them

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. From service to products. I worked 4 years in fast food and currently work in healthcare I would say I know a pretty good amount about customer service, I’ve seen the absolute rudest customers so I know not to be a rude customer because you don’t ever know what kind of day that staff member is having. But for the entire staff to be as unprofessional as Good Day Pharmacy staff members are in Hays Market is just unethical of the company to not take action of this after reading reviews after reviews of the way they are treating sick human beings willing to bring them business. Not only has Good Day Pharmacy sold me an expired medication. My doctor was just speechless when I had to go threw the hassle to get the prescription reordered again. Today I was there to pick up my antibiotics and pain killers for my wisdom teeth removal and not only was I treated so poorly by three staff members but when my insurance had a known issue with the coverage on the medication and asked the pharmacy to reach out to the help desk they did it with such a bad attitude! I’m im pain the last thing I wanted was to go through this situation but that is not what upset me what upset me was that their employee didn’t have the decency to say “ I apologize you had to experience a conflict during such an unfortunate time” or “I’m sorry lets contact help desk to try and resolve this issue” no they were rude and cold. In the end I accept that had to pay for the prescription and as I checked out the lady just handed me my bag and said NOTHING. At this point my temper was paper things with your employees I responded “You guys have a great day too.” And they all replied thanks you too.”. Good Day I beg for you to teach ethics, empathy, and respect to your employees. For me and all of my community. Please.
