My car battery died at the Costco parking lot. After many attempts I went to the auto center. The manager, Finn, said he would get someone to help me. Bryan came out and tried to jump it, which didn't work. By that time it was pass closing. But Bryan and Finn stayed to replace the battery. That worked. They went above and beyond. I truly appreciate their kindness and service.

The tire center here was a God send. We got a flat and this center kept me from a full mental breakdown. They did everything in their power to accommodate us. The staff was friendly and helpful and even offered to drive us to a hotel when we thought we might be stranded. I am very grateful for the people at this Costco location, it solidifies my Costco loyalty.

We frequent here often. Usually have a good experience. Today on the way out we decided to grab some pizza. The rudest we have ever been treated by the food counter female employee. If you hate your job then quit and do something else. Don’t treat the customers that essentially pay your salary like trash for no good reason. We didn’t deserved that while with our child too. Jerk

My first time at any costco was the upmost best experience ever. The whole family went we got a membership for shopping. Then we ate at the food court for under $20! My 3 kids, wife, and I all ate for under $20. This is so rare. Never happens, I thought I was dreaming. I had a budget of $800 going in to costco but after seeing some of the great bulk item deals we went over. I'm super excited about what we accomplished today. Super amazed!! This experience for me ended up being an all day trip. Drove an hour to get there spent 3-4 hours at the store shopping and an hour home. We could not be more amazed and excited, My wife is still excited about how much we saved and got altogether. The most amazingly incredible shopping experience ever in my whole life!! I hate shopping! Maybe next time we will be getting some furniture and or house hold things.

Located between Vail and Aspen. It always seems to have everything. Neat, clean, and friendly. It was not at all crowded on Friday after Thanksgiving. By far my favorite Costco store. Went for a few things and ended up doing Christmas shopping.

This is a relatively low traffic Costco without losing on any of the products or service you get in metro areas... haven't been to all that many Costcos in the country but out of the 5 or so I have been to this is soo much better purely based on the location limiting the # of people shopping.Been to locations in Boulder Denver St Pete Florida and a couple others and this place rocks. INCREDIBLE value and selection for this mountain region.

Yet another bad review for Costco. We ordered tires for my son's work van - we ordered the exact same size tire that is on the van - we had a 12:15 appointment to get them installed - an hour later they let us know they will not install the tire because it is not the right size...... Although it is the same tire that is already on the vehicle and it took them an hour to let us know. Although we have bought tires from Costco in the past - I don't think we will be giving them our business in the future. I would rather see a Walmart or Target in this location.I have to vent my frustration with Costco membership rules. Up until this month - my husband was able to use my Costco card when he shopped. I am disabled and I don't go to the store often. My son - who also lives in our house - has the other card. They gave my husband a hassle about using my card - which I think is ridiculous. We live in the same house. He shops because I can't. I will have to go to Costco and get the membership transferred to him - but I think the rules need to change to include everyone in the household can be included on one membership.

We had snow tires put on our newer car and had these all season tires taken off See pic. They are Hankook kinetic original tires on the car. 70,000 5 year warranty rotated evert 5000 miles. Wearing on tires is even. 23000 miles on New car. Costco employees told my wife that the tires had too much wear and could not reinstall them next summer but would dispose of them for 1 dollar each. The tires new are 268$ on tire rack. With less than half the warranty life on the tires. Easy to sell for at least 100$ or more. To me that is basically STEALING! Taking advantage of people! There is not one tire with bad wear! I don't know how many people these people have ripped off but beware!! Costco I hope you fire these employees that are taking tires and probably selling them on ebay or Craigslist. Shame on all you! Fix this!

This is one of the largest Costco’s I have ever seen. Was not busy at all, incredibly spaceous. Sells alcohol within the store. They even had a $30000 bottle of 50 year old cognac. I’m sure it was still a Costco deal compared to other retailers. Great Costco, would definitely come again.

The Eagle/Gypsum Costco makes you feel WELCOME every time you walk through the front door!ALL the employees and managers are so helpful and friendly! They all work long, hard hours, 7 days a week to make sure the store is imaculate, and ALL the shelves are perfectly stocked, priced, and organized.The selection, quality, and freshness of the perishables are amazing. I am always amazed at the vast selection, great prices, wonderful services, and convenience of this really great warehouse.We are so fortunate to have the BEST Costco in our state, right here in Gypsum!

Cheap things in gigantic sizes. Gas was 4.89 on 7/9/22, 3.35 on 1/22/23, 3.79 on 10/21/23, and 2.82 on 1/25/24. They have a decent amount of vegan items but I wish they would offer more. They have beyond, but I'd like to see them carry items by Alpha Foods, Violife, etc. They also recently stopped carrying Beyond Brats, which is a major drag.They need vegan cheese (cheddar!!!) and vegan butter.

This Costco has nice, professional staff, and everything you'd expect in the way of merchandise. Friendly place with a calmer environment than most super stores I've visited. Also, you can't beat the Vail and Eagle County views on the way there.

I mean it's your pretty standard Costco. It's got everything you need but you have to buy and eight pack of them. Great selection and great views from the parking lot. I'm so happy samples are back!

I'm used to busy, crowded Costcos. Not here. While it's nice to shop in a mellow, unhurried store, you gotta wonder how they are doing financially. All the associates are awesome and helpful. I just got to the area and understand that once the ski crowd arrives the location gets busier. I hope so. I would hate to see the location leave. I need my Costco!

Got to agree, it's not crazy busy like most Costco stores,never a wait at the gas line....wonder why that is. Today, seemed like there's a help problem. Got told "no" 3 times: at the hearing counter,at the pharmacy and at the cash register. Just sayin'...

Well stocked clean Costco with friendly staff and quick service. Able to find everything I needed and more and didn't have to wait at check out. Store location is a bit tucked away but easy to find.

Costco is always great. This location is fairly big. Went during the week and wasn’t busy at all. The food court items were sorta bland. The chicken bake I ordered was burnt, dry and not at all tasted like a chicken bake.

Tire service is terrible! First they order the wrong size then they do not call when your original tire order comes in. You have to call them after two days they still do not answer the phone? Rude customer service period.

I love Costco, I’ve often thought of asking them if I could set up a cot in one of the back aisles and just live there. The only reason why I don’t is because they don’t have showers. Otherwise, like many, I transferred from Sam’s when Costco came to town and never looked back. There is no comparison between the two.
