I switched to Mountain Mutts over a year ago because I have received excellent customer service from Sarah, the owner. She has gone over and above by special ordering the dog food I have needed. The location could not be easier. It is a well stocked store and I love that they care.

I’ve only been in this store a couple of times, but both times the same girl was working the register and wasn’t wearing a mask either time... the first time I came in she was talking loudly in the phone to someone about how she doesn’t wear a mask. Everyone who came in during the time I was in the shop just waltzed in without a mask. I’m glad I can get my pet’s food other places because this business clearly doesn’t value public safety or the well being of their customers.

Very convenient location. Customer service is horrid though, when I walk in the person behind the register ALWAYS ignores me, even if I ask a question, and doesn't acknowledge that I exist unless I say I'm buying something. A bit off-putting. The pricing is also VERY high, not a big selection for at least 3x the price of Tractor Supply. I try to buy local, but all I've ever bought here was a super well behaved rabbit which has done very well. Other than that, I won't purchase from here because of the crazy mark up in pricing.

Great local family owned business. If the girls don't stock an item I'm needing they are always happy to special order it in. They receive weekly shipments so I never have to wait long and the prices are always competitive. Also just entered my dog in their new Mutt of the Month contest!! All in all I love this place!

Visiting from out of town. Thought we'd get some treats for our dog--but greeted with No Dogs Allowed in Store!First time I've been to a dog food store that didn't welcome dogs!

We were out in CO for winter vacation and needed to grab some snow shoes for our fur-baby, they had what we needed and were more than helpful, and super friendly!!

Love this store!! If you love your dog and care what he consumes, go to mountain mutts and get a variety of choices to feed your pet.

There are very few options in town, so I see why they're still in business. Person behind the register was unhelpful and basically ignored us. Filthy. We stepped in dog poop when we walked in! Stains everywhere, unhappy animals. Never again.
